Negative experience: The store opened at 11:00 AM , I arrived at 11:05 AM. There was only one person in front of me in line. The store only had 3 people inside, with me and the person in front of me included. The person in front of me bought two premium collection boxes. Since the store was empty, I was hopeful and excited to finally be able to purchase some cards since this store is always sold out. Andrea told me they were sold out. Absolutely insane, I couldn’t believe it.

Daniel gave me great advice on what to do to see if my charger is really damaged or if its how I’m using it, I left the store with great deals! 4 items for almost $40 pretty cool!! Making this our main game stop to come to! They know what they are doing, I gave the’ my number and they were able to find my account. (Pulaski location couldn’t) Thank you, Veronica and Daniel!!

Negative experience: Gamestop opens at 11 I'm literally in front of gamestop and I'm waiting for 15mins and the worker finally gets here we think oh cool it's open and she took 1hour more mins to open up the gamestop and even when more customers came she failed to open up the establishment and customers could not wait any longer and left this employee is unprofessional and needs to be fired immediately

Fantastic experience: GameStop is always my go to spot for video game. With that said there are a lot of GameStops in the Chicago area, but I'd say this one provided me with the best service and is the most friendly by far.

Negative experience: I remember when i younger i used to come here and browse their games and there was always a freindly face there greeting me, chatting with me and i felt a sense of community. Now i feel reluctant to even come here because that new manager lady gives off a negative aura. Her words, empty, her tone of voice, unfriendly. Nowadays when i buy there i just want to walk in buy what i need and gtfo. If it wasnt for the cold weather i would walk to the one at pulaski (the one with friendlier staff) and buy/browse there. I hope they change the manager to someone less...unfriendly looking.
