Fantastic experience: The guy Michael was very helpful and friendly and professional even though the store was super packed for the holiday he maintained a calm head and took care of everyone that was in the store and assisted me with my warranty swap I just want to say great job and y'all need more employees like him thank you so much and have a happy holiday I definitely will be back and will recommend to family and friends as well

Negative experience: It’s 11:07 doors still locked, employee just standing inside at the cash register on his phone looks over and just says “closed” even though the sign says they open at 11. This place always has terrible employees, that never wanna work. Cool I’ll take my money elsewhere

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. And the lady manager has horrible customer service, always has an attitude and seems like she hates her job. I was in on Oct 13th to purchase a new controller, and one of her employees that was there that day (very nice gentleman) explained to me that if you pay a extra $15 for warranty you can bring back within a year for a BRAND NEW controller. When I went in, the LADY manager tried to explain to me that the policy changed and that she could give me a used controller under warranty. That’s not what I paid for and not what was explained to me. Told her I’m in a manager and I’m a position like this you must honor what you or your employees explained. Funny thing, the nice employee that explained that to me was there and even told her it was his mistake. After calmly asking them to honor what they told me for roughly 15 mins, I got a bit irritated, I think that’s what the lady manager wanted to happen so then she could call the police and have me removed from the store I’ve been coming to for years. Without getting a new controller under warranty. Horrible management skills, horrible customer service.you signed up for the job? If you don’t like it then leave. Why do we have to deal with that?

Negative experience: I sold my Xbox one elite series 2 core controller here and the lady at the front said she’d give me $35 and I ended up getting $12.95 DO NOT SELL YOUR STUFF HERE I SPENT ALMOST $140 ON THIS CONTROLLER AND GOT $12.95 DO NOT SELL HERE AT ALL WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE.

Negative experience: Walked in to sell a phone. Immediate attitude. Asked for my ID before I showed the phone. I obliged. Handed them a unlocked phone. Manager put it in as at&t. When I tried to explain that it's unlocked (being bought outright from apple) and employee names Monica chimed in with attitude stating that because you have a at&t sim card, that it's not unlocked. I showed her where it says " no sim restrictions" and she said in order for it to be accepted as unlockd it has to be bought from a prepaid provider like metro pcs. Caught and attitude with me and started shaking. I politely asked for the phone back and left. Won't come back to this one

Negative experience: Ordered same day delivery for 95 dollars my.order was picked up then canceled. When I was told my the chat line of gamestop to call the store which is this one. First I was hung up on the finally someone answered I told them the situations and was told I was the 2nd person to call with the same issue and because my items where already picked up they couldn't help me and to call uber/postmates and when I contacted uber they said they couldn't help me because I didn't order from them I ordered from gamestop and now it's the next day and I had to contact again an im hoping g to just get ehati paid for and for better customer service. This store was so rude to me and didn't help me at all.

Fantastic experience: I stopped in looking I'm for a nintendo pro controller for my new Nintendo switch but they only had used models so I ended up purchasing one of those 4 for about $25 less less than a new 1. The only drawback was that it did not come with a USB to USBA cable.

Positive experience: I called to make sure they had some used ps4 controllers and checked the price, they assured me they did. I get there not 10 min later and they dont have any controllers except the $80 ones. But they did do a search online to try and find me a store nearby that had some.

Positive experience: I really like the selection of games and accessories. But More important than anything else is the staff who is knowledgeable. I didn't feel like I was being policed or hounded by being asked 5 to 6 different times "You need help with anything?" I could chat with the staff or browse on my own and it was fine. This visit was a great one.

Negative experience: Not only are their prices high, but this GameStop sold me damaged product. Their MANAGEMENT's customer service was belittling me and not honoring my warranty that they manipulated me into buying. I didn't normally shop here, now I remember why.

Negative experience: Purchased a XBox Live card. Son tried to redeem 2 days later. The error message said the card was deactivated. Visited the store so they could reprint my receipt so I could contact Microsoft. Microsoft said the store shouldn't have sold me this card. They opened a case. I returned to Gamestop only to be told that I must contact corporate or take a loss. The Leader, Kayla and DeAndre were of no assistance to me. Neither one of them sympathized with my situation. They only cared about getting rid of me. My family USED to patronize this establishment but I no longer do so. If I could give negative rating I would.

Fantastic experience: This game stop is so close to our house which is convenient. My husband and our son play lots of video games and its nice that game stop sells pre owned games and accessories. Its saves us money. The pre owned are always in great condition. The employees at the store are very helpful and friendly. They also have deals on game systems and controllers which is nice. They offer a membership which gives discounts on purchases and a free monthly magazine about games and game systems.

Negative experience: In the words of the manager, her "idiot employees" put a game I ordered online on hold when they weren't allowed, so when I showed to pick up the game, they couldn't honor the deal. I was forced to leave with nothing. In her words, since I "didn't pay for it, it's no loss," except for the time I spent coming out to get the game and the fact that I now can't get it anywhere else, either. Won't be coming back to this location. Even with this problem, I feel like the manager could have done something to try to make it right, but instead she just blamed her employees and I left empty handed.

Negative experience: Great store for the most part! Jeff and Kayla are great and they always make sure you find what you're looking for. My only problem is the fat black guy that wears the ponytail. Dont know his name, but he's a major a**hole who will charge you a refurbish fee on a trade in when theres clearly nothing wrong with your merchandize. Other than that, great prices and a great selection.

Fantastic experience: As a frequent customer, i do enjoy coming here! There are 3 people who regularly work here and their love for games (and information about gaming and games in general) is insane! They are usually upbeat and love to joke and talk about upcoming games they (and you) are excited for. They are friendly and usually go out of their way to help you or find someone who can if they cannot. As far as game selection, most are recent, but they do have older games too. NOTE: THIS STORE DOES NOT SELL PS2, GAMECUBE OR PREVIOUS XBOX GAMES! Only the current console games are sold here! Customers are just as friendly...especially with checking out. The power of discounts come in handy, so usually if a person has a membership card, they generally offer to use it to knock your price of items off a few dollars if you don't have enough.

Negative experience: I went in there today and got a game for my boyfriend for Valentine's day, after I made my purchase and returned to the car, my boyfriend gave me money to go back in and get a game I seen while waiting in line. As I checked out the second time, I was served by the same guy, Shawn, who was VERY rude! He complained that my second purchase was going to "ruin his numbers at the end of the night!" And said "it was ridiculous that I was just in there 2 minutes prior, and could have made 1 purchase instead of 2!" Seriously! I get that he has quotas to meet, but he really needs to work on his people skills. I might go back again only because it's close to my house, but I do not want to come in contact with that guy again.

Negative experience: Use to be a great place. Use to feel like you walked into a friends secret vault of games. But lately all the employees seem to have attitudes and don't really care to discuss anything if it's not between 2 employees. I've started Going to the one on morse road by easton. They make it feel like this one use to.

Fantastic experience: This has been the gamestop I go to since it was first put there. When you walk in you don't really feel like a customer buying a game from employees. It feels more like being a friend of the employees and chatting with them about what addons or games is to come.
