Fantastic experience: Kareem and Kirk are great employees with great customer service they took care of my husband without me having to go in lol other game stop employees go see how good they are on east broad street check them out

Positive experience: I came into GameStop East Broad Street, Saturday, There where only two guys there .One of the guys was excellent his name was Kurtis. He helped us with everything we needed. The store looked very clean and that made me feel comfortable and welcomed . I stood around for help waiting for Kurtis at no choice since the other guy was just sitting in the chair never greeted me or asked what I needed , just was not helping my anxiety at all It was four customers in the store I was the 5th costumer at the obvious and , The guy Kurtis helped all the customers and made sure ‘ everyone was happy , also welcoming with a smile .The guy that was behind the counter in a chair as I could of been helped at least by voice was quiet yet a need anything least would of been helpful , challenging . I have been coming in that GameStop for a while , I was about to say the heck with this store since all the workers it’s been through there usually not welcoming and I hold my breath every time I go to purchase a new console or game they usually seem over worked and stressed , since the store seems cleaner and the new guy is so welcoming and helpful also seems knowledgeable I’ll keep driving 45 mins for r now I can not speak for the other workers Kurtis is the only one besides the younger I’ve seen still there . So I’m giving y’all four star’s :) , thanks to Kurtis, but I would’ve liked to give y’all five sorry I could not recommend anyone else as I usually see the younger guy and other workers that are not there anymore .

Negative experience: I went into the GameStop 3733 E. Broad Street and the lady attendant was the rudest I ever dealt with. I came in smiling and said hi. She gave me the dirtiest look and asked me what do I want, with a puzzle face I just said I’ll take a used Xbox controller. That’s why these places like GameStop don’t get good business from time to time because they hired people who don’t know how to really deal with people. I’m not gonna bring race In the mix because she was white and I was black, and I don’t know if she was having a bad bad day, but I do know when you are in retail and you work with people you don’t treat people like that or they won’t come back and buy your product.

Negative experience: Here at gamestop on E broad and they say they open @11am and it's 11:30 and it's not open. Very Unprofessional

Negative experience: Not open on time. I stood outside of a locked caged door for 15 minutes and they never opened. This is a loss of money for this company.

Fantastic experience: This was the only Gamestop left this past weekend that had PS5 in stock! I forget the associates name that helped me (short blue hair) but we had a great conversation with their recommended games to get on the PS5 system and had all the answers to my questions. The associate was also very considerate about personal pronouns! I don't believe I've ever personally had a negative experience at Gamestop in general.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very friendly.. been watching my grandson for a couple months because of covid and almost every day he wants to go to GameStop for a little something very helpful he's 9 years old so he wants to touch everything he's not allowed to so I don't let him but the staff is great and he usually comes in with change she gets from his family members from his "swear jar".. not for me of course but he enjoys it and that's nice he calls the workers his friends he's 9 years old

Negative experience: It should actually be no stars. when I went in there to ask them about buying a nintendo switch they waited till after their elaborately checking their in-store database to infer that there wasn't any in stock. I think something that's sold out like that should be told ahead of time that I needed to order directly through Nintendo instead of GameStop.

I HIGHLY recommend taking them to video game exchange on east broad in Reynoldsburg,... they by far beat gamestop ... also on that and buying used systems, they are definitely cheaper. The only thing that gamestop is worth going to for is getting new games, and new systems.... simply because it beats going to Walmart or target for NEW gaming items.

Positive experience: Employees very educated when it came down to the merch. Appreciate it. Although the line was long and moving super slow. I was 3rd in line and waited for 20mins no exaggeration. If it wasnt for my nephew I would have left. Also, it didnt smell fresh in there at all. Like a stinky basement. That was before it filled with people and no it wasnt a new release day for a game. It was just another Sunday.

Negative experience: I went in to trade my old PS4 and they cleaned it then after cleaning it they told me there was going to be a 100 dollar fee for cleaning it. They pulled the fee from the trade in value and I only got a fraction of the money I should've gotten from it.
