Negative experience: Online and say open at 11, but you get there and they open at 12 smh

Fantastic experience: I leave my games under $10 so GameStop is not really the place for me, but I do occasionally find a game or two. GameStop is really for the people that like to trade in brand new games for used games, or who like to trade in brand new consoles for a used console.

Negative experience: Door says open at 11:00am. It's 12:13pm, gate is still closed...

Negative experience: The lady working was really nice but for a place that has game in there game didn't have any

Negative experience: Went to trade in my games controllers and new switch system I have over $1,000 and everything and they offered me $125 for one wireless pro controller for a switch it's $60 if I go buy it right now they wanted to give me $5. Do not trade your stuff in there they are a huge rip off

Negative experience: In the last 3 weeks I've came to this gamestop during the day when it should be open it's closed. It's closed right now it's 5:09 PM on Thursday

Negative experience: Was the best gamestop. Just walked in and traded some games in towards the new pokemon game. Was told i couldnt preorder game while they were sitting there looking at how many copies they had new they had extra but still wouldnt pre order me a game to pick up tomorrow. Ive done this multiple times and usually as long as they have extra stock its a no problem situation so i said i didnt quite understand to which i was left with a blank face no goodbye or anything very rude stares as i took my trade card and walked out the door. No im sorry no sympathy of any sort just a no and notying else said. Even though they sat there and told me there were extra copies. Really not happy and i will just be taking my buisness to reynoldsburg or whitehall from here on.

Fantastic experience: Had a good experience at this location. I told them the game I wanted, they gave it to me. No aggressively trying upselling me memberships/insurance. Great experience. To the marketing people and managers who thinks forcing your employees to repeatedly try to upsell even after a solid "no thanks" from the customer is a good idea, you're wrong. If they have a quota on upsells, that's a problem. It's nearly stopped me from visiting GameStop all together in the past. Thankfully I didn't get that at this location. Will return to this location because of that.

Positive experience: They had a decent selection of stuff, not as big as the one in whitehall but its still a really good store to get all your gaming needs, the only thing that threw me off is the associate wasn't very friendly, she didn't speak nor ask if i had questions about anything, she just kinda watched me. Maybe she was shy or new? Not sure, but that wont stop me from coming in here just another tidbit about my experience.

Positive experience: They know what they are saying and love what they do here....If you already know your stuff and don't really care about what you're getting, then go to Wal-Mart or Target or Meijer ... if you want to get some knowledgeable information along with your games or other gamer related things...then go here.

Negative experience: Some time the store is good depending on who’s working. But I’ve had the store manager tell me that he hide funko pops in the back for special people. Which I think is messed up and then I wait for a pre order from them just to go in 6 days after release to see my pre order on the shelf they never called me for it. I want to like them but the main guy in there makes it hard!

Negative experience: Ordered something on the 16th, a dockable cover for nintendo switch, it would not dock so came here on the 17th and the guy there was very rude and would not accept the return because it was open, it was not my fault the dockable cover would not work. Went to another gamestop and returned with no problem. It was a guy with lots of tattoos.

Negative experience: Tried to exchange an unopened headset. They wouldn't do it because they said it was a holiday purchase. In any other given day, you have 30 days to return items. The cashier in duty acted like my son and I were contagious and kept backing away even though we weren't close to him. He was also short in speaking to us.

Positive experience: Went in for a new release game today. I'm glad I did because they only received 1 copy. That's insane!!! Other than that my experience was a positive one. Friendly staff. They were helpful but didn't push things down my throat to buy. If this was the staff they would have always had I would've shopped there more. Only real down side was they parking lot. It's a mess. But that's what happens when all the other businesses go out.

Fantastic experience: I love this game stop. The staff could be a little more excited. I get its a minimum wage job but you have to have great perks right? I do love the prices and how clean it is when i go. And I'm glad they keep the shelves stocked. I'm also glad I see the manager every once in a while and she works! You rarely ever see a manaher doing anything other than being bossy or pretending to be on the phone. So 5/5 fpr this location!

Fantastic experience: This is a good store with friendly staff. The selection of non-game items has increased since the last time I was there. This makes it a great place for game related presents such as tee-shirts, backpacks and figures.

Positive experience: I waited in a line to have the store let others cut in front why even have a line. They said cards only an they just let people cut instead of having some one directing in the front of the line asking people who had already waited to see if they were using a card to direct to the right line.
