Positive experience: If you still buy hard copy games or anything gaming related offline, then go here. They'll take your old games off your hands for some change too.

Negative experience: What I am about to state pretty much everyone knows or should know by now about GameStop. I’m trying to get away from games as I just play too much. I go on the app and look up trade credit, which takes me out of the app and to the web. I type my system in, a Nintendo switch light. Cash for a non pro member (as I’m not a pro member and I have no need for store credit) is 49 dollars. I wanted to see what they sell them for so I go back to the app and look them up. A used Nintendo switch light that they give 49 dollars for (non pro or 53 and change pro price) they charge 149. It just blows my mind how bad and blatantly they screw over their customer base. When COVID hit and I read all the stories about how bad they were struggling I actually got excited thinking oh my gosh hopefully they don’t survive the pandemic. Customer service might be nice but the company itself takes advantage of the customers more than any other company I can think of.

Fantastic experience: I got in and out with my game in a timely manner and had a moment to stop and chat with the person helping me about games which is always nice.

Positive experience: This store is always friendly and helpful. Update: The last few times I've gone in, the person working made me feel really awkward buying anything in the store. Kept asking me questions I had no idea what she was trying to ask and then tried to make me do store work for them. Talking about themselves and things isn't what I'm looking for when I come in.

I was looking for a game that my daughter wanted for her birthday, it was really late when I went to gamestop, when I arrive asked for the game they didn't have it on the store I was in but the guy at the store pulled a list of stores that would have near me and advice me I had enough time to make it to a near store to purchase it and guarantee they would have it. This is a love about gamestop if I would of went to Walmart or target or even bestbuy, I will still be going store to store looking for the game..

This is the best GameStop in the valley! Keep up the great customer service amber, game stop is lucky to have ya!

Negative experience: Called a different GameStop on accident ( the one on 5610 w 4100 s) and the person working there (i think it was Justin) told me to bring my Nintendo switch in and he will get me a replacement as soon as he could. Thought I had called this store so I brought it here. The person who was working said there was nothing he could do to help me and I would have to wait and assured me that this isolation stuff would end before my warranty would (in 10 months). Went to the the GameStop I actually called and (Justin?) requested a new system for me and 11 days later it had arrived at his store. I will not go back to this store even though it’s the one where I bought my son’s switch because this is the second time this had happened. The first time was when my joycons started acting wonky and this particular GameStop said there was nothing they could do unless I swapped out the whole system. These employees are either lazy or the manager is not teaching them GameStop policy.

Negative experience: I have had a few bad experiences with this location usually there's only 1 person working and the wait can be long. The reason im writing this is because my son bought a playstation card here and the scratch strip completely fell off soon as he got home to use it so the number was not readable. He went back and the kid there had no clue what to do he was brand new and no one else was there. I called gamestop corporate and they were rude and hung up on me. I finally just called playstation it took 12 days to get it resolved. If you buy any card at gamestop they refuse to help you 8f there's a problem.

PlayStation store has better deals on pre order games like new God Of War out in April 2018 on PS4....there are even stories online station g that their corporate management tells workers to mislead customers to.make profits go up....I mean u can find games here that are hard to find but as for like old Nintendo games some are worth alot of money and these guys will rip u off
