Negative experience: Dianna is the worst employee there. She is always rude and disrespectful towards me and my boyfriend. I can never have a conversation with her about things without here hating on everything. Overheard her talking to a coworker, with coworker saying ,"shouldn't we let the customers know?" and her whispering then whispering some more. She needs to be fired, she is super unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Store is well organized and staff are friendly and professional. I was buying a VR game and they made sure that I know I was buying one and needed to have a VR headset. It was thoughtfull.

Negative experience: First thing first during open hours if the store closes for 1hr like right now I think somewhere online it should say that it's close and not open, so that we don't Travel here thinking it's open just to find out it's closed.

Negative experience: The big chick there as a really bad attitude problem. I was a former store manager for this company and trained with Andrew and John (district manager). I was in the store attempting to sell an Xbox Series X I longer wanted when I was told I can not trade it in due to it have a wired controller. Keep in mind this was the controller I received from their store at the console they sold me didn't have a working controller. I asked if this was a new policy and was told this is the way it always was which is incorrect given my insider knowledge. Told her it was and she preceeded to banter about how it was and that it's always been like this. Needless to say I went to Jordan Landing gamestop were they know what they are doing and they accepted it while laughing at the idiotic position this employee took. If I was still a part of this company this employee would not have a job there.

Positive experience: Always expensive

Fantastic experience: Best customer service. I called the phone number and staff were very courteous and friendly. They were able to get me a preorder of the double pack if I came in store. I’m about 26 years old and I’m very old school when it comes to doing things in person. I’m very satisfied with the service. When I came to pick the game up there was about 25 people outside and it took no more than 4 minutes to receive my copies. 10 out of 5 stars.

Negative experience: Disappointed with the customer service. My fiancé got a call saying that a figure he ordered had arrived and he could come pick it up. We drove to this store to pick it up only to be told that it actually doesn’t release until the 10th so we actually can’t pick it up. My fiancé then decided to cancel the other pre-orders he had because this has been an on-going issue with GameStop. When he told the employee he wanted to cancel the employee raised his voice and started getting an attitude with us for no reason.

Fantastic experience: This is the best GameStop that I have been to. They have the best selection of Funko Pops I've ever seen at a GameStop. I like to see what video games they have in stock. The person who I tend to see working there seems to enjoy his job and it makes the store more inviting.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful patio (when it's not winter obviously.) Good place to be. I've been going here for years off and on and it's always a great time. They have the indoor area with the pool tables and fairly typical bar food but they do it right. Fries and dips are on point and they have smoked meats that are absolutely legit. I will keep coming back for a long time. I only wish their outdoor area was bigger as it can be full at times. They have a full bar and good beers on tap. 10/10 Utah bar. Customer service was amazing as well.

Negative experience: I love GameStop the company itself has tons of great deals. However, the employee here was extremely pushy. The other day, I was just trying to buy one game and he kept trying to add on stuff. He kept going on about buying more stuff for about 15 minutes. He wouldn't stop, even though I said no thank you. Today, my husband and I came back to buy a used PS4 controller. It was the same employee working. When we asked, he said they didn't have any and they were all sold out. So, my husband asked if there were any at other locations. Quickly, he responded, "No, they are sold out everywhere." He didn't even look it up for us. We ended up calling a few other locations, which in fact did have used controllers. We are never going to this location again! Super unprofessional and pushy.

Negative experience: I came there last week and it was my first time shopping at game stop. I went there for my little brother. So far everything was good until we were ready to buy. She asked for my ID which I was fine with but then she said “people need to stop coming here who are under 19” and that made me mad, she might not think that I heard her but I heard her 100%. She has blue hair but never got her name. After that comment she made we never ever came to that game stop ever again.

It’s hard to find customer service from genuine people, it’s not about the sale it’s about making sure you get what you want and being happy and not pushed into an unwanted sale. I’ve never left there unhappy or regretting my purchases.

He was such a smug jerk wad you would have thought I asked him for the world. How embarrassing to have an employee like that. Shocked my 10 year old.

Fantastic experience: Very nice staff and the store was very well organized.these guys have a decent selection of games including older console games i e PlayStation 3 which is what I went in for. There they do a deal where is long as the game is under 4.99 you can get 4 for 10 bucks and surprisingly they weren't all trash games. Please with my experience and will be back to buy other stuff as they also sell pops and memorabilia

Negative experience: Waited in the store for about 20-25 mins and didn’t get any help. Wanted to purchase some turtle beach headphones and a few Games. I never was greeted by the staff or told I would be assisted in any way. The person at the counter would just stare at me while waiting on hold on the phone. But would greet other customers coming in. Guess amazon can have my business from now on. The store wasn’t even busy.

Once they even sold off my preorder.. Edit: Changed from 4 stars to 5 stars. They've been amazing at making sure I know when my pre-orders come in. Along with the friendly staff, the management Jason and Rachel are amazing and have taken great care of me.
