Negative experience: Horrible experience , arrived to the clerk on their phone , then not offering any assistance, while looking around randomly just said "Oh were closed now"....no asking if we were going to pay for anything , no heads up prior , just closed and we gotta go. It no wonder these stores are shutting down left and right.

Negative experience: They no longer sell physical copies of Steam Gift Cards. The reason they give is that there is too many scams dealing with the cards so they only print them on receipt paper and only allow cash only because they are not authorized to sell gift cards using banking transactions. Yea they are not trust worthy at all. Also the person blatantly stated they only sell receipt codes of $50 and $100 and no other amounts which again sounds like a huge scam. A bit of advice that is literally written on game cards is to never use a receipt code and only use authorized gaming card codes because receipt codes are too easily stollen.

Negative experience: This has to be the hardest Review i've ever had to write for this gamestop and this GameStop alone. i'd like to start off by saying i've never had a problem with gamestop, let alone this one since it's within riding distance and not out of the way from work. this has be my favorite gamestop since it's close to me not just in a way of distance, but it was one of the first ones i've been to. but this review has to be the hardest one i've had to write. I just got off work and was considering getting Echoes of Wisdom from Gamestop if they were going to have a late night early release that was the condition, if not then i'll pick it up on my way home from work tomorrow. that is until i went inside. i'm barely in the store for a second, there were two employees there one male, one female. the Male welcomes me in and the female stares me down. i start to ask if they were going to do a late night release of "Echoes of Wisdom" but i was barely able to get the title out before the woman decided to cut me off by stating no. i thank them and walk out. This was between 430pm and 45pm on Wednesday September 25. i say again, this was the hardest review i've had to write.

Fantastic experience: Brandon is a god damn legend, he's like the kindest GameStop employee on earth; he is such an example of how a human has to be. He touched the ETB box I bought there and 2 hours later I pulled a hit with a value of 60 dlrs. Very kind and friendly, he also answered all of my doubts... and yeah the GameStop was good, nothing unusual.

Fantastic experience: Brandon at this location is a legend. Always gives me great information when I come in and hooks it up with whatever deals or discounts the store is running at the time. This guy should get commission because I always leave with more than I intended on buying. Solid guy, great store.

Fantastic experience: I stopped in here to see if they had PS3 controllers. They did not but I did receive recommendations on where to go find it. I was greeted when I walked in and helped. There were other customers in there as well. Store looks nice and clean and there’s cool stuff in there. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Came in to buy a birthday gift that I was unsure about Autumn the store manager helped me easily find the exact game that I needed to get for the gift, and made the payment painless and quick. Negative experience: This place never has what a GameStop store is supposed to have. They ask you to go online because everything in this store is overpriced. The staff is usually in a bad mood all the time. Go ahead and buy gift cards from this place and get your stuff online. You will waste your time because they never have the products that they should have. Waste of time and gas

Fantastic experience: Tray (trey???) and Rochelle helped me out. Thought my ps5 was toast. Nothing would load after I bought a game. I went through PlayStation, and Best Buy where I got the PS5 and google. Reset and deleted and redownloaded everything even my router was reset and I couldn’t get it fixed. Brought my ps5 in to probably get rid of a “broken” console and Tr(a)(e)y ran thru what he could think of and got it working again. 10/10

Negative experience: I went in to buy a refurbished controller the employee ran the analog stick test and everything worked. 15 days later and the Left analog stick is falling off and the controller won’t take a charge.i have to fold the charger in order for the controller to charge. I bought i brand new ps4 controller charger because I was convinced into buying one. The controller charging port is loose. It seems like GameStop fixes broke controllers to last the 2 weeks so you can’t return them. I will spend $30 more and buy somewhere else. This is the second time I’ve had a problem with GameStop controller at two different locations. DO NOT BUY USED FROM GAMESTOP! YOUR PRODUCT WILL EVENTUALLY STOP WORKING!

Negative experience: Would give it zero if I could the customer service here was so bad ! Grabbed a game that was on sale and it rang up a higher price so I said that’s the wrong price he said it was a old sticker and that he can’t give me the lower price because they forgot to take off the sticker and that it’s not his fault I should be paying more because they can’t do their job I will no longer go to this location since they don’t know how to do what they get paid for !

Positive experience: Item was sold as new, even though it was a bit dirty and had been used before, but is working with a constant humming noise. Staff was exceptionally friendly and masked; went above and beyond to help and make feel comfortable.

Negative experience: Only positive was that I was able to find the Switch console I wanted and trade in my old one. Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. Only stood there and said ok when I said what I was there for. Very awkward and not friendly at all. Hardly communicated any of the process to me during the trade-in. So little, in fact, that she just started deleting my info off the old console as soon as she had it in her hands, before even bringing out the new one. Which didn't allow for any transfer of game/save data, which means I lost it all. 100s of hours of gameplay progress lost. Very upsetting. Would avoid this location, if possible.

Negative experience: Went to buy the new Call of Duty and was asked if I wanted to buy 10 more things. I was in a rush and dont like being pestered. If I want something, I'll ask for it. Went a few days later to get the new Battlefield and the same exact routine happened,at a different store nonetheless. I usually just do digital downloads but with new games I prefer the disc so I can sell if I dont like it.

Negative experience: I am 12 years old and I called this GameStop to ask about a game, and the man working today was cussing at me and hanging up on me and my mother. This is the worst experience I have had with GameStop. On May 18th at 3PM. I stated this time and date, so the man responsible can be held accountable. Positive experience: I have found this location to be hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Some days are great and other days I wish I would have bought on Amazon. It's always clean and not usually busy, so you can get in and out quickly. They definitely aren't the cheapest in town, but its the place to go for pre-orders.

Negative experience: This is a very shady store if you have any issues the manager ignores you. And it would seem they sell stolen property out of this location. Buyer beware and go to another locations. Unless you dont mind buying something stolen then go ahead

Fantastic experience: Customer service has always been great. I've walked in said I need a red Xbox controller and was literally in and out of the store in 60 seconds, but if you let them know you're just looking they will leave you alone to do just that.
