Negative experience: If I could give Dani's customer service negative stars I would but I cant so ill leave a 1 star. My wife and I came in to purchase a ps5 and extra controller and some games.. around 800$ purchase. She was the most bitter person I've encountered. I walked out with a 50 controller due to her attitude. Gamestop.. get your stuff together. And Dani if you hate your job so much get a new one.. seriously.

Positive experience: Went to sell some video games which I did however it was pretty annoying to get the money on a card instead of cash because the drawer was too low considering they charge you everything you use the card or pull money out

Fantastic experience: I had to exchange a set of gaming headphones I purchased from a different store location and the cashier was beyond helpful and attentive. I walked out happier than when I entered. Thank you Gamestop.

Positive experience: The store was great and well kept the staff was friendly. I would say its the best store in town to visit and I don't say that lightly. Like all others sadly their pokemon cards have been scalped. But all in all a great location to visit.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. DON'T BUY any trading cards at gamestop unless you are certain you aren't overpaying. I bought a mtg set and when i got home and looked it up, I could have gotten it for thirty dollars less from multiple online retailers.The company associate gave me attitude and I reciprocated that attitude back.I was also NOT told all sales were final. Even though the box was unopened, they would not take it with receipt and they would not even price match. Terrible experience.

Negative experience: Came in around 12:15 for a wii controller, man gave me great advice that it didn't work with motion mechanic games, I wish he had rather instead of cutting me off and shutting me down with how it WILL NOT WORK and that it only works for wii store game that is now disabled. Instead of shutting me down, see about what other games I'm interested in like windwaker that doesn't need the motion mechanic system. Man was just obnoxious and loud and what seemed like a booming voice in a library when talking to you. 1/10 will visit other locations.

Positive experience: It's gamestop if you still like physical media like me it's great. They also do sell pc games as well. Trades have always been rough here, so if you're going to get credit, it works out cash they tend to cut into it more.

Negative experience: Called beforehand to check inventory of a new Xbox. The employee confirmed, so I wiped mine to trade in for the new one. Got all the way through the trade process with the same employee who originally confirmed stock, for him to let us know he read his stock wrong. So I had to take the cash value instead, and find/drive 40 minutes to a walmart with stock. The employee was apologetic, I know mistakes happen. If you don't have time to check stock though, say that instead of guessing. Also would have appreciated the employee checking surrounding game stops for stock, which did not happen.

Positive experience: Love the energy

Positive experience: Called ahead and placed my item behind counter for pickup in attempt to make it faster..except no. It was mid-week and early afternoon and only one worker. He was doing his best but I've never been to a gamestop that employed "fast paced" workers..even during holidays or important "drop" dates or releases for products.

Fantastic experience: Great staff working here. More than helpfull and friendly. This and Campbell and Glenn are the only locations for myself.

But she was working today, Sept 7th, around 8:30, and she was so friendly and helped me out a lot, looking up prices and seeing what was or wasn't included in the bogo apparel sale. Very knowledgeable employee!

Negative experience: The train in process was bad I trained in my duplicate game for the ps4 and got $1.10 for it which I not understand I was hoping for $10

Negative experience: Bad experience!so when I went to this GameStop and bought a Nintendo switch lite with 2 games , after a few days I went back to trade my 2 games that I bought there after I traded them i went back home because I didn’t like the Nintendo switch lite so I wanted to trade it for the original Nintendo switch and once I got home I notice that the guy who ring me up only put the games on the receipt without putting the Nintendo switch that I bought I actually have an account with them and everything it should show that I bought my Nintendo and games , after I told him about my situation he told me he couldn’t do anything , watch out with these scams they are doing I would never go back to this GameStop they would ripped you off make sure you see your receipt before you leave the store this people would trick you to ripped you off and spend more money , I’m so mad I have to make this account to let you guys know , they are playing with people money

Positive experience: Great to buy games buy do not trade them in. I repeat do not trade them in. I bought 3 ga.es for 22$ each totaling up to 68$ i traded them in I only could get 16$ for all 3 and then they put it up for the exact same price as when you bought it. And don't even try to trade in phones I bought my phone for 100$ and when I went to trade (cracked screen and dead battery) I could only get TWO CENTS.

Negative experience: They lied to my little boy about the pokeman cards that were coming in last Friday only for him to find out when he went in to buy some around 2pm like they told him only to find out he needed to preorder and prepay for the cards that came in. My boy is 11 years old and I think its horrible to mislead children. Sad part is renewed my yearly membership with GameStop and bought playstation cards SMH

Negative experience: I have always preordered collector editions through this store for years and never had a problem. After release I called them when I didn’t receive a call from them. They told me they had called me. Checked my texts, voicemails and even email And NOTHING from them. He also said I was the only person to preorder and that they had already sold it. From now on I will order from somewhere else.

Negative experience: Poor management. There was no ps5/Xbox inventory count on the door. I was the 12th customer and waited 8 hours in line in hope that they would have enough PS5s for sale during BlackFriday. The manager comes in around 6am only just to tell us there are only 2 PS5s and 5 Xboxes. Wish manager could have posted the quantity sooner on thier door and not waist customers time that are lined up at the door.

Negative experience: I went to GameStop over on Old Spanish Trail and I had bad customer service from Richard because I ask if they take military discount and he said yes so I show him my retired military ID and he said that's a dependent ID so I show him 2 different IDs of me being a Veteran and he said that my IDs were fake and WOW, I fought for this crazy world and this is thanks I get for being called a lair. This place just lost my business now.

Positive experience: The cashier was very sporadic and tried to tell me about too many "specials" to quickly and slightly belittled my wife when she said didnt know if she should use the coupon on the account. He also gave my wife grief when she wanted to change the email on the account.

Positive experience: It's a GameStop. If you're into video games, you walk into GameStop for the experience and expertise of the employees. Buying games from the console is more convenient, but nothing beats talking to Ned about the 20 games he's been playing and why he prefers these 3 over the other 17. Plus you can sell back your used games for credit.

Positive experience: When arriving home and checking my receipt there was an obvious discrepancy with the trade amount that I was told I was getting ($39.60) and the amount that I was actually given ($26.99). Leaving the store counted as my "approval "of the amount I was given, it is what I get for going to a different Gamestop than I normally do.

Positive experience: I liked that all of my questions were answered but walking into the store without the employees saying hi and just staring at me was rude. Please smile even a fake one to ease the awkwardness.
