Positive experience: It’s decent but no benefit really

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service. I came here to pick up something they did not have in stock at another location that they had in stock here. I called ahead just to be sure they had it in stock and also that it came with the case (it was a used item), and the worker I spoke to on the phone took the time to find the item and also made sure it had the case. He confirmed they had it and was even thorough enough to tell me the condition of the case itself without being prompted. When I picked it up, my experience was awesome. Paid a great price, too!

Fantastic experience: The staff has always been super friendly and knowledgeable.

Negative experience: We were sold a broken cup at the La Cholla store and when we returned it here Ven literally kicked us out in less than five minutes because he only wanted to give a partial refund when dispatch said we could exchange it for a replacement cup. He kicked out a disabled man with a cane and heart condition when nobody was anything less than civil to him. We will never again shop at any Game Stop based on his abhorrent behavior. We have never been treated so horribly before.

Negative experience: Trash customer service specifically to the employee named DAKOTA. I will drive 10 miles to another location before I step in there again.

Also, I want to add that my neighbor is kind of a jerk, too, lol. He wanted me to change my review because he didn't like one of the games he purchased and completely trash the employees.

Fantastic experience: GameStop has been one of my favorite gaming distributors that I have ever shopped at. I was really impressed by the staff and neatness of the store. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to see other customers and myself were taken care of. And on the latter compliment, I was impressed with how the store looked in the middle of last minute Christmas shopping... it was nearly spotless.

Negative experience: My experience sucked so we waited in line for 1 HOUR And then when we got to the front they called there boss saying the registers have not been working all day then they said it would take 30 miniutes to maybe fix them so this is the worst game stop ever

Negative experience: GameStop itself not a issue, the employees make this location a problem. I made two phone calls trying to give my over 50s parents some insight on consoles they are interested in. Was given attitude for asking simple questions.

Fantastic experience: Called in my regarding an order I received. I asked if I could bring a disc by, under warranty, to have it replaced since it wasn't really being read by the xbox (other discs worked fine). Sullivan helped me out and even checked which stores may have another copy of my game to replace on the spot.

Positive experience: Quite frankly I don’t understand how GameStop is still around. I really don’t. Don’t get me wrong it’s nice to speak to someone about games who has knowledge about games hell in my many years of going to GameStop I have never had a bad interaction with staff there. It’s always great but once again I don’t get it. In regards to this particular location the staff is great. I think the selection of games and the availability of those games could be better. Hopefully they stick around but with the advancement of digital only consoles and the ease of buying physical games online through Amazon, Wal-Mart and others I don’t see it

I was insulted and embarrassed then told to go to a different location and it's there store policy not to help anyone that comes in with brand new software.

Fantastic experience: The employee was awesome!! I had taken my 8 yr old grandson in there, with him not having any idea what he wanted. After about 20 mins of us walking around and me asking him did he want this or that or this, etc... I decided to ask the employee (who finally got a free moment to help us) for some ideas. He had suggested a couple of things and then he showed us the Nintendo LABO. My grandsons eyes lit up, he was so excited!! When we got home, he got to work and before I knew it, he had the fishing pole assembled (99.9% done by himself) and was fishing!

Fantastic experience: I've always had an amazing experience coming to this store and interacting with the employees. Today, they had a very rude, rowdy, and obnoxious dad make a scene and DJ/BJ (forgot his name) handled it VERY professionally; I could not have handled it myself!

Negative experience: Very small GameStop Trust me When I SAY this go to Wal-Mart for switch Games for example the new paper mario is 49.99 at walmart but 59.99 at game stop and sonice forces is 19.99 at Wal-Mart but 36.99 at gamestop oh it doesn't end there yohies wild world is for 49.99 and about all the switch marios games at walmart are cheaper and dont worry about stock they have a lot super smash bros is 49.99 and these are there everyday pricea go to walmart

Negative experience: The guy that help us (his name is Dylan) today was very rude; when he waited on, us he gave us a dirty and worn-out one dollar bill that was unusable. When I asked him to replace it he told me to wait until he processed another transaction or go to the next door store and buy something. When I questioned him, he told me nobody in the store can open the cash drawer which I know is a lie, and he didn’t apologize. I will not come back to this store. Stay away from this store.
