GameStop Corporation owners should be proud to have her on the team. I had issues with a Rocksmith game that wouldn’t play on my Xbox and she figured out the problem and made me a happy camper!

Negative experience: Went the other day to see what they'd give me for my extra PS5 red controller. She said, $15 store credit!! I was blown away. I know they've always done this,but it had been years since I've been to a GameStop. HTF do they stay open Seriously. Everything is downloaded digitally now,u can buy Playstation/Xbox live online. It has to be people who have no idea about gaming and are just buying gifts or something. I've never seen a company screw their customers over so badly and continue to stay open.

Positive experience: It's what you would expect. Slightly rude staff, over priced items, poor sell back options. It would be easier to deal with these stores if any of the employees had customer service skills of any kind.

Negative experience: The worst customer service I purchased a Xbox one power brick and have not received it I checked for my order online it says it can't be found but my chase bank statement says gamestop conveniently took the money i called several stores they all referred me to a 1800 number where i was placed on hold what's going on? With my order $54 was taken from my chase bank account

Fantastic experience: This one is my favorite GameStop. I've never gotten bad advice from one of the staff on a game I was hoping to get or one I didn't know I should get. They have the standard current gen games and consoles. new and used. as well as some nerd / collectible memorabilia such as pops miniature statues shirts socks pins and other collectibles they also have magic of the Gathering cards and Pokemon cards I always have a great experience when I go there.

Negative experience: Walked in looking for a game, since it's a used goods place I thought I could get a game for 10.00, the store was empty and the sales girl was rude ,as soon as I walked in the door, she wouldn't even help me find what I wanted as I m not sure of witch system I had after explaining,she was oh it's an old system ,go to bookmans.if she would have had better customer service, I would have bought ,alot. Bookman's have more,and cheaper prices ,and better customer service.

Fantastic experience: The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Both of my kids are avid gamers which is of course an expensive pastime; so I honestly would only recommend GameStop if you invest in the rewards program. The percentage off of used items and the redeemable points accumulated for all purchases, are the only way to get any bang for your buck. It's the only way to ease the pain from the realization that you've dropped over $120 on a few games.

Fantastic experience: I was quite impressed with the staff at the wetmore location. I brought my son in and the gentleman who helped us, was beyond fantastic. My son is autistic and has to have everything explained to him very specifically. This gentleman went over each headset, step by step, until my son made his choice. And never seemed irritated, impatient or annoyed. This location will forever be our choice. Thank you again!!

Positive experience: Typically GameStops are known for overly aggressive salespersons, however it was quite refreshing to be met with an honest salesman who was truthful about particular products and did not try to push me into buying anything at all. He answered my questions and left me to make my own decisions. It is sad that we live in a world where I can't refer his name to give him the proper credit he deserves because it is likely he would lose his job for not pushing a sale on me. Although any attempt at such would be lost on a person such as myself, his superiors would not know that and I would cause more trouble for him than good. GameStop, I hope you are taking note, most of us true O.G. gamers have been playing our entire lives, we've done the research, we helped build the history and we know what we want. Stop with the smoke and mirrors and try some good old fashioned truth and honesty, you just might be suprised at how far it will get you. Better to have the faithful ever returning customer that gives the free word-of-mouth advertising than the one trick pony that leaves them never coming back.

Positive experience: Gamestop is my go-to for any gaming needs since I am the mommy of a gammer and lost when it comes to purchasing gifts for my son! They have knowledgeable staff who are always ready to help with any questions I have, they help find items and make my experience less daunting!

Positive experience: Showed up at 10:03 for a release night game and they had already closed up. There should at least be a 15 minute minimum time before they actually stop waiting for people to show up and close the store. Other that release night the store is fine my last waiting was a 5.

Except I went into this GameStop and there was a moderate amount of people and only one guy working, unfortunately I didn't catch his name. Even though there was a little bit of a line he made sure everyone was taken care of and acknowledged. Great service.
