Negative experience: Love this GameStop. It’s near my home and usually the staff are super helpful as well as friendly however, today the female employee was the opposite of helpful. Asked a few questions and got nothing but attitude and sarcastic responses. Sad professionalism I hope next time she’s in a better mood.

Fantastic experience: Went today (midday) and the guys helping me today were great. Bought a game online from PlayStation- advised me I couldn’t transfer without huge headaches- explained how to get a refund and sold me a gift card. Amazing - went home did what they said and got my refund. I am set for Xmas THANK YOU

Negative experience: Cowardly and unpleasant staff. Female staff member today mocked a child customer, behind the kids back, and in front of other customers. The kid was only trying to inquire and uphold the store policy regarding restocks when noticing another customer who had already purchased limit return to the line for second dipping. Yes, staff/management permited second dipping.

Negative experience: The cashiers get credit for every pre-order sale they make. They'll pre-order for 100 certain items and only getting 10, per say, and all the other pre-order credit goes in their pocket. They don't care about the customer. It's all bout their sale. They didn't call me and sold my helmet Game stop employees are selling you items they don't have. It's all about the money you don't matter!!

Negative experience: Don't bother pre ordering if you want any of the stuff they advertise for the pre order. You won't get it unless you can be there the second they open. I have pre ordered multiple times now for the pre order gifts and every time when I pick up they don't have any. DONT ADVERTISE IT IF YOU CANT FILL IT. It is not that hard. Useless. Order somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I don't really do reviews ever but I just want to say that Rachel and her co worker (male but I didn't get his name but he had a necklace that said "Jasmine" were super awesome, super cool people. I was having a bad day and their excellent customer service really lifted my spirits. They're patient, informed, cheerful and they love veterans! I wish them much success- they're too nice to work at GameStop. (This is a fake name btw)

Negative experience: Just got refused service over a mask (while I had mine on), my 10yr old son has a medical condition that doesn't allow him to use a mask. Ill take my business somewhere else poor kid can spend his birthday money online. Good for you guys.

Negative experience: Really bad employees that really don't know what they are talking about. They seem to just treat it as a job. My girlfriend asked for a blue/what xbox controller for the new xbox and someone told her it didn't exist and she had to pretend to talk to me(a man) in order for the guy to take her seriously. Management needs to step up

Fantastic experience: I wish I would have asked for both of their names because both employees were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable AND made sure to "upsell" and to let me know that I could go to Gamestop.com and have a larger selection of games (I have a PS3) and have them sent straight to me. My cashier was Arturo. His coworker was a tiny gamer chic. Great job guys!!!

Fantastic experience: I've shopped at most of the GameStops in the whole city of Tucson, and this is my favorite location by a landslide. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. They're incredibly accommadating and helpful. They even go out of their way when I'm in search of something specific. Awesome staff, awesome GameStop.

Positive experience: I went to get a new joycon mine broke and they wanted $80 not counting taxes I then went to Walmart only cost $70 and that's for the red and blue ones. do yourself a favor and go to Walmart and get them from there

Fantastic experience: Went looking for a specific MIB Pop figure. Although they didn't have it here they quickly located one at the nearest store. They reserved it for me and I was able to go to the other store and pick it up. Great customer service

Fantastic experience: Just so it is notated and well documented. I had to go through a learning curve here when I first started at the store. I did have a couple accicdents as I was learning. Now I am Senior Game Advisor with the experience under my belt, and I do my utmost and best to take care of my store and my customers. Unfortunately there are rare times when not every customer gets what they want. Especially in regards to Microsoft, PSN, or NSW Currency/Beta codes. If theres an error on our part we at the 2929 store location will make it right ;) I am truly sorry your experience turned out as you say Sean Parker. However lets try an not sour the experience for others just because yours wasnt the best. My store including myself and staff are amazing and we want and welcome your buisness. Come on in and find out for yourselves :)

Negative experience: It ain't what it is to be that's for sure. Now that they replaced all of their old staff it's sad. The welcoming vibe isn't there anymore. When Sal or Armondo was there it was welcoming and less pressure. I won't do anymore busniess here that's for sure.

Negative experience: Worst Gamestop in town Been a Customer with Gamestop since 2004 and will never go back to this Gamestop Had Pre-Ordered Far Cay 5 Gold Steel box Edition and the Day after it was release I had not Picked it up yet so the Store Manager Called to tell me to pick it up She was pushy about me picking it up today 3/28/2018 and when i told her i pick it up in a day or too she became rude and hateful about it and told me that their policy (Gamestop) was you Had to Pick it up with in 48 hours after release When i pointed out that one there is no posting for this policy (in store or on the receipt) and that the game was release on 3/27/2019 She informed me "I had to pick it up by 3/29/2018 before closing time and hung up on me.Canceled that ordered and happily ordering it from Amazon now

Negative experience: I have pre-ordered 3 games now and each game I've paid off well in advance. Never once has this store or it's management contacted me to let me know my game had arrived. I just realized yesterday that I had pre-ordered Skyrim back in April for the Switch. It came out over a month ago and no phone call... I had almost forgotten that I had even pre-ordered it that long ago. I finally called them last night and it's just been sitting in their store for over a month. You didn't think that maybe you should call me? I've never had this experience with a GameStop location...

Fantastic experience: Went recently, and there was this particular guy, who knew how to juggle advertising and being the gatekeeper for my game. Not overly salesman happy, (Us gamers know the type. Want to add this 40$ item that has absolutely no relevancy to your purchase?) Nor did he make it awkward when I politely declined. I appreciated that, made decent conversation, makes me believe in a good atmosphere at gamestop again.

Negative experience: Worst gamestop ever. Two people working at any time any only one is helping educate customers on what a video game is and apparently taking as long as a university lecture. While the other employee taps away at a computer pretended to be busy. DO NOT GO TO THIS GAME STOP IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND YOUR LIFE BECAUSE YOU WILL WASTE BOTH IF YOU WAIT MORE THEN 20 MINUTES IN LINE.

Negative experience: Never seem to have anything in stock that i am looking for even tho they told me they have it over the phone. The manager Kyle is a huge tool as well. Mistreats employees and ignores most of us waiting in line.
