Fantastic experience: Eric was awesome, he went out of his way and above and beyond. This man deserves a raise! I asked him a million and 1 questions and he not only had an answer for each one but was patient and kind through the entire interaction. Great job.

Positive experience: The woman working in the store was very helpful and honest.

Negative experience: Barely answers the phone had to contact for two days to get an answer, placed a in store order and called to tell them I would be a bit late but still plan to pick it up on X date, basically was told they couldn’t do anything and returned my order which rendered my $5 monthly off taken from my account, this location in specific is terrible.

Here's the kicker tho you come in 5 mins after they open and the people at the counter says everything is sold out but than when they realize it doesn't have any resell value they randomly throw it on the shelf the next week

Negative experience: Saying their system is down is crazy probably the 5th Sunday I visited @game stop corporations yall customer service representatives are not doing good enough to help customers!

Negative experience: Don't go here they stole $200 from me, they sold me a gift card that was already used. They're thieves and they told me that it wasn't their fault. Jimi should not be a store manager. And also you can tell that most of the associates are high while working. Thanks for stealing money Jimi and the team. Don't buy any gift cards from them or give them a credit card!

Fantastic experience: when during the week to get a control for PS 5, got one used but like new plus bought the membership for $15 and got them back in points which I can use to buy games or accessories in store or online, I added guarantee for $8 dollars more to the control for 1 year but if I don't use it for that first year I can go to the store and they would roll over the guarantee for another year and did all this with less tnan $60 dollars, was a great visit!

The young lady who helped me was concerned for my safety when leaving the store so she told the manager she was escorting me to my car and did. Wow that was so considerate of her. Thank You so much. For my gaming needs that is my store for life.

Negative experience: I purchased a limited edition Gears of War Xbox for Christmas online. Went into the store and was given the wrong Xbox (I should have double checked), they sold my Xbox that I purchased. I have been trying since January to get into contact with the store manager after I filed a complaint and heard nothing. I send an email every month, no reply, just the same generic email of “We are hear to help...” but offer no real help.

So then I come in the next day and then another guy tells me no I'm wrong and I wasted my time and trys to charge me 177$. So I unhooked all my stuff and dragged it across town for absolutely nothing. Thanks for completely wasting my time and embarrassing me Gamestop!

Fantastic experience: I love GameStop very much so I don't think I could ever get myself to give GameStop a bad review unless I honestly had a bad experience I've been to a lot of them throughout Philadelphia area and this one's pretty decent wide selection of video games and accessories they always have consoles available from PlayStation to Xbox to the greatest Nintendo switch and their prices are pretty decent the only thing I hate about GameStop is that if you buy a brand new game and try to sell it a couple weeks later they'll offer you $1 for a cash and maybe $3 store credit even though you paid an arm and two legs for the game

Negative experience: I went to gamestop and asked a worker if there is an additonal off clearance. The worker replied with ignorant sass saying "It's already on CLEARANCE, why would you need additional off? Gamestop doesn't do that" to which I replied "Gamestop has done up to an additional 50% off clearance before." And then she tried to give me more sass "This gamestop?" And I answered her "ALL gamestops" (and yes, I have bought things from THIS gamestop that gave an additional 50% off clearance). Then she finally said she will ask her coworker about it and he answered my question "There is an additional 30% off clearance items". Then later I overheard her telling a potential customer to come in the store to check instead of checking in the gamestop database if something is in stock.
