Negative experience: They are rude and their personal hygiene is really bad Which is weird because stinking and being rude are two things that should NEVER go together. I went in to buy a brand new joy con for my switch 2 and the short man across the counter probably very self conscious about how short he was due to the joycons being so far up offered me a pre owned one after I told him I’d like the one that was new he proceeded to have an attitude for the rest of the encounter after getting on his tippy toes to grab my newly acquired switch 2 controller

Negative experience: I had an unbelievable experience today. I went in to purchase an item and was mocked by an employee at the front desk while asking for it. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this kind of service. How do you mock a customer for buying something they enjoy? What kind of customer service is that? I’ve always enjoyed collecting cards, and it’s a shame experiences like this are why the company gets so much hate. Corporate has been contacted in reference to this incident.
Fantastic experience: This is probably the only GameStop around. The staff here was very awesome. They was good conversation. One of them was full of flavor. I enjoyed his energy he was my cashier.

Negative experience: If you wanna buy, Beyblade, don’t go here! They don’t know anything. Over price Beyblade! Sometimes it won’t scan so they just put it in the side and ask if you want anything else! They have fake Yu-Gi-Oh Retro series 2
Negative experience: Absolutely do not go here. I’ve been going to this GameStop reluctantly due to how close it is to my house. The last two times the cashier was rude, talked me into buying unnecessary items by making me feel uneducated and talking super fast. It also doesn’t help that he always acts like he doesn’t want to be there. I walked in today, trying to trade in a device and before I could even fully get the words “hi how are you” out to a whole different associate, he says “I don’t even know why you came” I tried asking why I couldn’t trade my device in and got cut off again as he said to the other associate “yeah he’s just going to give that back” I get it…I’ve worked retail but if you don’t like your job perhaps you should find another one. Like I said I was coming here for convenience. But now, I’ll be sure to let everyone I know to avoid this location as to not feel uncomfortable.
Positive experience: The manager here needs to have a group meeting about personal hygiene. One of the workers marinated the entire store with their funk. I couldn’t concentrate on what I came into to buy because I was perplexed and confused on how the entire space could smell so bad. Nonetheless, this is my local GS and I remember years ago frequenting this location. I’m going to call after I post this lol. The store should not smell like that. At least open the front door and let it AIR OUT.

Fantastic experience: Shoutout to this GameStop location! I spent a long time waiting in line to pre-order the Nintendo Switch 2 yesterday (for the 3pm preorder event), returning late at night for the midnight pickup. The staff kept us SUPER informed the entire time, and I really appreciated their kindness throughout the day. It was a sweaty day - as the temperature was in the 80s, but the staff here even brought us water and snacks to keep us hydrated/fueled. What was likely a very stressful day for them made for a day filled with exceptional customer service. The manager kept the machine running efficiently despite some setbacks that were unavoidable during the chaos of a console launch. Overall - great experience. Thanks for everything!
Negative experience: Gave me a broke ps5 after spending 500$ for it
Positive experience: The cashier messed up my order twice! He gave me the wrong game and he charged me for something I didn't order. Once more I recently found out that I he entered the wrong email for my account so I couldn't log in and claim my free game! I've had to drive back there twice already... The store has a GREAT selection however. I would go back for the game selection but I will DEFINITELY watch every move of the sub-par employees.

Negative experience: Completely screwed me over on a controller warranty that the replaced with a broken pre owned one! Spent 50$ on a warranty to get a used replacement that doesn’t work! Was told if the replacement didn’t work they would give me a new one.

Negative experience: I called to buy a Xbox but wanted to see if it was available first. They then proceeded to put me on hold for 10 minutes. Then I called back and then I was hold for another 10 minutes. Called back a 3rd time lady answered like I wasn't just left on hold for 20 minutes. Don't go here, clearly they don't want any business.

Negative experience: DO NOT ORDER OFFLINE my location of my pickup was changed to another state I’m in PA it was sent to TEXAS when I tried to call a customer service rep I cannot get through at all! If you run into this problem call the store the package was sent to it should be in your emails and ask them to cancel the order it took about 2 weeks for me to receive my money back and I will never ever buy from game stop again.

Negative experience: My experience was horrible !!! I came to pick up a gift for my boyfriend for his birthday and the cashier named E was very disrespectful! She gave me a box the was very damaged the game i purchased is $600 i asked if i would be able to switch my game system out and she told me NO. She told me my game system isn’t damaged the box just is. However when you purchase an item that’s very expensive like this one was you don’t want something damaged regardless if it’s “just the box”. I had to go through loops just to be accommodated and she was still very rude. I do not recommend in the cashiers own words “ our stock room is very small and cluttered so the boxes get smashed back there” i wouldn’t recommend getting high quality game systems from here since there “stock room is small and the boxes get smashed around”. I will not be coming back here for future purchases.
Negative experience: They should have told me about the warranty. If you use it you can’t get a refund. Their refurbished controllers are not good. Wouldn’t recommend buying one from any GameStop.

The only person who is willing to do with is slightly below average height dark skin guy with glasses, the others also always ignore details that result in lowering trade in Values for the trader. Go to 69th street staff and store is better

Nasir helped us and he was vry knowledgeable on both the additional games we asked about and for the type of controller that would be best. He rly went above and beyond to make our visit a success. We'll def be back!

Positive experience: They had the Thanos statues that I was looking for which I could not find anywhere else. However, one of the statues were outside of its box. I really wish Gamestop wouldn't do that but that isn't exclusive to this particular store. The main issue that I had here was that the staff paid no mind to me. The guy was dealing with customers that just kept coming in back to back, and the lady was talking to some people (from what I presume to be customers). Then these two men came in and started talking to her leaving the other worker on register by himself. The guys looked like they may have been some higher ups because they both had on red shirts with black pants but no gamestop logo. I understand that it can get busy, but they should know better than to leave people walking or standing around without asking if they need assistance. I suggest that they hire more staff, or try to cut their conversations to a minimum when other customers are present. It's not like I was hiding from them. I stood there looking at the collectibles for almost 20 minutes before my presence was acknowledged.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this store. Plenty of variety always in stock! Usually there's at least 2 people working which keeps everything moving at a great pace. Their store staff employees are friendly professional and courteous. Brook the manager is very accommodating. Brooke made me feel very welcome and special during my transaction at gamestop. Everything was working in a store and the store was very clean as well!
