Negative experience: Terrible experience. Worker was having a full blown meltdown. Threatening to off himself and just being all around unprofessional. Worked incredibly slow and made everyone in the store feel extremely uncomfortable. Will never ever go back here.
Negative experience: I'm not a gamer but someone I know brought a portalable game from here. Anyway, they tried to return within five days and their system supposedly couldn't process his return for $269. This guy came the next day and the store opened an hour late.

Fantastic experience: Its always an in and out situation. Never crowded. The workers are polite and knowledgeable about the products. I noticed some of them are honest not salesy. Which I think can be appreciated.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service and people at the register do not know what they be doing. I asked to use my Monthly free 5 dollars off reward but the air head used my actual points. A time before that they use my monthly reward to put a warranty on a game I did not ask for. They never answer the phone and do not do trade ins for system here because their machine never works.

Negative experience: Went to this GameStop to take advantage of the buy 4 games under $20 for $40 deal I go to check out and the prices were not $20 as the tag said they were slightly above which then made me ineligible for the 4 for $40. Highly upset I didn’t get anything but 1 $20 game. Bad business and it’s obvious no one is doing their job. Will not be coming to this store again.

Negative experience: Frustrated with their gift card limit. I wasted time and money going to multiple GameStop's to try to use more than 2 giftcards for the purchase I wanted. That policy should be changed, I'm spending money at GameStop just the same, I just wanted to use the gift cards gifted to me for the purchase I would like rather than wasting them on 2 smaller purchases I don't need.

Negative experience: Really shady and misleading business practices here. I bought a PS5 bundle and manager said I could come back the next day to return whatever I didn't want from the bundle for store credit. I know you usually can't return individual items from a bundle so I made sure I asked her four times and she said yes each time. The next day I came back to just return one game from the bundle and she straight up lied and said she never told me that. She then said I had to open it and trade it in and get a fraction of the value. Huge disappointment from a usually good company.

Positive experience: The children can't go to GameStop by themselves so they get grandmom to take them. I just stand they and wait until they are finish. They know what they want and are usually quick to get it. Maybe 40 or 50 years ago GameStop might have held my interest, it seems to hold my grandsons.

I wish I had gotten the sales persons name that helped me pick out new controller last week (buy the Astro not the scuf) but I didn't. They opened boxes and let me feel what I was buying and I ended up very satisfied with my purchase.
Negative experience: Ugh. Went to buy Gta5. The case said it was $16.99 so I go to go pay for it and the lady tells me she can't give me $10 off on it. She said they didnt change the tag on it yet and that it's no longer on sale. Meanwhile the other girl defensively says they have price changes Wednesday and Sunday as if that is common knowledge and as if that explains why the game still had the wrong price on it. Because it was Friday. And they weren't doing anything behind the counter. They acted like I was trying to get a discount on something that already was discounted. I always have some kind of problem at gamestop, no matter what city I'm in. But gamestop is trash in general. Literal leeches of video gaming industry consumers.
