Fantastic experience: They were closed for lunch but reopened on time, I think it was 1:45-2:15. The guy working was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He made it a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I went to purchase a gaming system for my son, who lives out of state. The clerk, Chuck, was very, very helpful as I am not tech savvy. He ordered the system for me to send directly to my son, plus he helped me access my Samsung pay, which my phone stated I already had, to make the purchase. I would definitely use this store for future purchases.

Negative experience: After my fun ordeal of being told to basically go F myself at neshaminy mall I went to Philadelphia mills mall to trade in the gently used Xbox series S. I was told this morning I could get 105-110 dollars for it. I go into the store and he tells me it’s broken cause it can’t connect to the internet to clear the profiles off it and if I get the profiles off “somehow” return it to him for 30 DOLLARS! Attached is a picture of what does not work (working perfectly fine).

Negative experience: Did not open on time. Said on window 10:00 am. Was not open. It's Madden day and can't even be open the time it says u will. Very disappointed about that.

Fantastic experience: The employee named Chuck was very helpful and professional. He reimbursed me when I returned a game that took 2 days to install on my Xbox One and ended up not being able to play it. I wasn't expecting to leave with 3 Assassin's Creed games on a buy 2 get 1 free deal.

Positive experience: Like any GameStop, it's small and just sells the basics of video games and VERY little other geeky stuff. This location is close to the food court and the theater. Employees were nice and helpful the times I was there. Only problem is the long wait it can be if a few people in line. Prices are fine for used products and decent for any other stuff.

Negative experience: Disgusting return policy. The staff cannot explain anything. Not friendly staff.

Positive experience: Everything was just alright, They had some of the newer games Like Yakuza Like a dragon, But they had 0 playstation cards and they don't seem to restock often, Same with pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh Cards. If you're a magic player they have a healthy amount of Cards pretty often. Or if you're looking for the newest game then they most likely got it here, just some games are pretty overpriced Like Dragon ball fighterZ For $60.

Positive experience: The store seemed a bit cluttered or maybe simply reorganization in progress. They seem to have a lot less merchandise than usual. I was attempting to speak to an associate about a title and proved to be fruitless. He seemed distracted by his co-worker who seemed equally uninterested in assisting myself and the other gentleman inquiring about the new consoles.

The store was out of stock of almost all the main, high demand things like gaming headphones, controllers and gaming systems. They did have a pretty good sale on most games for all systems like by 2 get 2 free, but if you are like my family you probably do not even own disk anymore we just by online. The store was well organized and no wait to enter.

I asked a question and was ignored the first time then laughed at the second time I repeated myself and still not helped or pointed in the right direction. Could care less if I actually bought anything because they were to wrapped up hanging with their friends. They weren't teenagers either. Grown men, disrespectful to customers & Completely rude! I definitely will not be back to this location. Your employees are a reflection of your brand. What ever happened to customer appreciation?
