Negative experience: Went out looking for a limited item. Different GameStop sent me here saying they have one left, got there and it was on the counter and someone calls on the phone asking for it so they hold it for him! While I was in the store, what happened to fcfs

Fantastic experience: Valary was SUPER helpful with my exchange. I received a same day delivery with damage done to the disc and the Wii console was just not registering it at all, she understood our situation and handled it with the best support and knowledge. She also understood our frustration with another store location not accepting the return and reassured us. She exchanged our game and made the day better after the situation that occurred at the other location.

Fantastic experience: Went here to buy a used headset and the associate was super helpful in recommending price point vs usage. The headset I got has been insanely good for what I got it for (helldivers 2) and it being second hand. I followed up with some questions about my small business and some PS5 issues we were having and the manager I’m assuming and the associate, even though they didn’t really have to tell me anything, took the time out of their day to walk me through pretty extensive knowledge of the issue I was having which greatly helped me. I was extremely pleased with my overall experience and the customer service 10 out of 10 and that’s coming from a retail worker.

Negative experience: Horrible service. Thus guy was fumbling around through drawers to find the game I wanted for like 20 minutes. I looked over the counter and it was just on the floor. Then he sold me an open game as new. Good that I now know to never go to Gamestop again.

Negative experience: Employee was nice, until I refused to buy a (whatever it's called) GameStop special membership. My daughter was excited to spend her own allowance to buy a game she'd been waiting to be released. The employee was nice but the moment I refused to sign up, they turned mean and curt. It was unnecessary. I get it, they're told to sell these accounts, but c'mon. Read the room. My seven year old isn't buying into these membership things corporations push, nor am I going to teach her to do so.

Negative experience: I went to the store at 10:30am and the store was closed when it clearly says on the location website and on the sign in the store that they open at 10am.Look how?! There was clearly someone in the store chilling in the back of the store and they didn't care to open.I sat in my car til 11:01am and still nothing.So unprofessional!!

Fantastic experience: It was nice! We pre-ordered a game for our kids here and were able to pick it up with no problems. The staff clearly enjoy video games and engaging with other gamers, so it made for a nice shopping experience.

Negative experience: Horrible experience at this location. Looking for a video game as a present, I called this location to see if they had it. The employee who answered told me they had one and assured me he would put it aside for me. I assured him that I was getting there within 2 hours. When I got there earlier than I thought, first of all the store smelled like everyone was smoking weed inside. Then when I asked for the game a very nice young man told me that the guy I spoke with was gone. After checking with him he came back to tell me that the employee never cared to look or put any game aside for me and that they didn't have the game in stock. Thanks a lot Kyle for your unprofessionalism.

One man show when I went in and he handled everything and everyone in there to sell/buy or otherwise with professionalism and in a timely matter without rushing anyone out without their questions answered. And this was after he apparently had an unruly customer previous to my visit.

Negative experience: I had a problem with a online order I called so I could come in and get it fixed at first it was great then they said they had to call corporate to see if they can never called back like they said they would and when I tried calling they left me on hold for 30 minutes then hung up and I tried to call back but after a few rings each time they hung up I called 10+ times and same thing every time

I mean you could really tell they wanted to make sure we understood everything we were asking, even though we were slowly starting to make our way out the door, they both called us back to give us more information. That's what customer service is supposed to be and I really appreciate that from them both, especially from the young lady. Being that you could tell she had ‍♂️ particularly a bad day before coming into work...(that's all I will say about that)... but that did not discourage her on doing her job. I promise to God if I could give her a tip in a cash payment or something, I really would have she was awesome with extra sauce..lol. Which is why this GameStop location has been my number one choice for the last 2 years. Great job guys and ladies...

Negative experience: Staff doesn’t know anything about anything. Went in the other day to buy a PS4 controller and told me they were out of stock of all controllers . Asked them when were they expecting and they replied they don’t know. I honestly can’t wait for them to close GameStop down indefinitely. Too many bad experiences and heard too many horror stories to count.

Negative experience: Went in and asked an employee behind the counter if they sold PS4 cameras. The employees response was "I don't know, I am off the clock." and continued to play on a tablet behind the counter. Understandable to say you are off the clock but to act like you don't know the stock of the store you work at or try and direct us to someone else that is working was highly unprofessional. As a result, I went to the Target that is in the same parking lot and bought what I was looking for from them.

Positive experience: This is by far my favorite game stop. The employees here are friendly, helpful, and well informed. The first time (in a long time) I went, I had a conversation with an employee about a game I was unsure about getting. I did tell him I don't have much time to play. He explained honestly that the game was repetitive, and I shouldn't get it if I was not into hours of grinding just to get stronger. He then directed me to another game that was similar, but one that would not require to much time to play.
