Negative experience: Sign is gone, it looks like it was shut down.

Negative experience: IT IS CLOSED! Dispite what google says. All boarded up, sign taken down

Positive experience: Just come to grab my pre-order of wwe 2k25 pulled up and the store was completely empty

Negative experience: So... Is it just me, or is this GameStop permanently closed? Because I was shopping the other day, and noticed the sign completely disappeared and it was closed. It was during the day, mind you.

Fantastic experience: This was a wonderful location filled with awesome memories and people.

Negative experience: Employees here were dishonest with the stock they had for a recent limited release at the store - whether they took it for themselves before or after they watched people stand in line for two hours remains to be seen but regardless, I guess this is another reason GameStop is failing. Thanks guys!

Negative experience: This branch told me they had a game in stock so I drove 30 minutes to pick it up. Once I got there, they told me they hadn’t noticed it had already been reserved online. Thanks for wasting my time!

Negative experience: I wanted to go pick up a game from GameStop at this GameStop. I got this game call of duty, infinite warfare, legacy edition with call of duty modern warfare when my dad got the game he gave me a new case with a new disc and I popped it into my PlayStation give me the legacy edition That the game said it would give me and I did not get the full game. I would not recommend this GameStop.

Fantastic experience: Went today to buy a Ps5 Slim, Allan was REALLY AWESOME. Answered all my questions and gave me suggestions/tips. I live in Racine and drove to this location because they had it available in-store. I will go back to that location specifically because of him!! Thanks again Allan.

Negative experience: I bought modern warfare 2 here and after i paid with my credit card, their system crashed (they said this happens alot). I was charged for the game and can proof it by showing my bank account. Even one of thier employees witnessed this, i think his name was Cruz. They told me I need to call corporate to dispute it. Thier system crashed so I need to call corporate, are they crazy!!! They need to call corporate and fix the problem. All i wanted was the game or my money back and I got neither. Never go to Gamestop!! Customer service is very bad and unprofessional. I lost my money.

Negative experience: “No military discount for new games.” But upon some research, military discount does apply to that. Also, they decided to not ask me and just redeemed my 5,000 points for $5 off coupon. Trash location, don’t go here.

When to pick up an online order and both staff older lady and older dude making fun of the game consoles they are selling calling them trash ( tampon disposal )way to business I will step a foot on a store like that and give my money to trash people sad that game stop hires people like that, that doesn’t have respect for kids and adults around

Positive experience: A fairly well-stocked store with plenty of new and used games for the current main consoles. They haven't stocked games for older systems, though, in favor of stocking limited merch from popular games. They're doing the best they can with the limited space available.

Negative experience: Worst place to do business .... the fact they barely give u anything and wana charge a ridiculous cleaning fee for dust is just sad.... and then they sell the item for $200+ worst place to do business

Negative experience: I was ordering a gift card online and when I tried to track it. It wouldn't let me and it said my email or Zip code or ordering number was wrong. Even tho the email GameStop sent me had all the "right" information. I'm scared now that my gift card won't get sent out.

Negative experience: Really run down , not a whole lot of selection for switch games, most were priced brand new . You're better off ordering from Amazon

Negative experience: I ordered a digital code online and it was a mess, I mean first of all it took a whole day just to “process” it, and later on my order was canceled but I still got charged didn’t get no code and I was charged 71$ instead of 63$. And costumer support is terrible can’t even get a response to why this happened. Please avoid online shopping from here.

He got me the membership too! I never write reviews but I think he deserves a shout-out.

Positive experience: Disclaimer, this location is as good as the employees can make it. The older male manager is pretty rude in how he treats customers and is not very helpful, also has some sketchy policies such as occasionally refusing to give you your receipt. The other employees are usually very kind, and helpful (mostly when the manager isn't around). The store itself is clean and fairly well organized and the selection is usually pretty great, so no complaints in that field. Honestly with kinder management this location would be a 5 out of 5, but sadly it hinders this location's ability to have returning customers and I'm not the only one who feels this way either.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocked and saddened to see that Bruce is back working here. I thought Gamestop turned over a new leaf when he left, but he is back and meaner than ever. In the 25 mins I was there I saw him spit on a child customer, yell at someone on the phone and call them a f*ckhead. He personally threatened me when I said I did not enjoy manga. Gamestop just lost a customer for life. I will NOT be coming back.
