Negative experience: I bought an used Mario Cart for WII that didn't play at all. Had to return it.

Fantastic experience: Came into the store today, looking for an ac power adapter for my Xbox one. The two gentlemen in there were very polite and friendly, they had been excited to find the item that I was looking for and bought it with ease. Great store!!!

Fantastic experience: Very nice store. Very nice employees who are good at helping you with everything. Great selection of games between all consoles; they also have a very nice retro game selection.

Negative experience: Sold a controller that didnt work wont refund or exchange staff unprofessional

Negative experience: The girl with the dreads that’s the manager here i believe is so rude to customers made me never want to come to this location again no kind of customer service and had a attitude towards every customer I was about to spend 300 hundred dollars and end up just getting a gift card she was no help and rude

Negative experience: I have been preordering games at this store for 2 years. Many times there have been problems with my preorders there and its frustrating being patient for days, to about a week and a half, sometimes further. I dont know who is running this Gamestop at Midtown but clearly it is being run very poorly. I'm thinking of going to a different Gamestop around my local area as the other ones I've been to are more competent at their work. I know Gamestop is in a tough place but you really need to reel your employees there, good Lord.

Fantastic experience: Attentive, highly knowledgeable staff. This is MY personal experience with Gamestop and 2 locations that I shop at regularly. There's only 1 reason I visit and have remained a loyal customer, for my daughter's new fav game and characters. The stores wherever I'm at, will put any new specific items I request on my "Call ASAP upon arrival" these of course are for the Newest and most sought after games for a variety of Gaming systems. They have it all.

Negative experience: I'm going to spend my time researching products by calling places that will actually answer the phone. Not everyone can or is willing to drive to you in person just for availability checks. Staff your store properly, this is why Gamestop is a failing business model.
