Fantastic experience: Gonna miss this place amazing staff, I was thinking you guys should reopen in the Packard Plaza in cudahy next to Finch’es my uncle had a discount store there for year.s With Finch’es selling collectibles and you guys sell great movies and electronics. It might be a perfect fit.

Negative experience: I parked in the Mega Media Exchange parking lot, I was only there for 17 minutes, I was getting my son a birthday gift. 1 week later I got a ticket from a company saying that I was parking on a private lot, I didn't see a sign or anything stating that i could not park there. Very disappointed in this company for taking advantage of this situation. Mega Media Exchange needs to stand up, and take charge.

Negative experience: They racist asl if you black don’t bother going mainly the manager

Negative experience: I find it highly stupid and rude how you have to pay for parking, in a public parking lot

Negative experience: Love the store, but got a ticket for $82 for parking in their lot. This ticket came in the mail 18 days after i visited. Be aware.

Negative experience: Drove into your parking lot and read the parking sign and got back into my car and drove away. I won't be back.

Fantastic experience: This place is dope! It's a "you gotta be lucky to find what your looking for" but it's fine, kinda like a game in a game store. Good vibes and helpful staff. Definitely try going here at lease once.

Negative experience: Great selection of DVDs - excellent prices - disappointed and overall customer service though. They post a big sign that says free parking for customers - however they don't specify that it's a gamble. Don't pay the parking and if you get a ticket they will pay it is what I was told. I asked so there's no refund for parking only paid and I was simply told "No" they could have easily given me the credit on my purchase for the price I paid for parking. For that reason alone I knocked down the stars. Makes me question the return policy and the overall Trust I have in them.

Fantastic experience: I feel like a little kid again and again everytime I come to mega media. I love it. As a movie fanatic especially horror movies I am a kid like in a candy store. This is my candy world of movies. I recommend mega media truly and honestly to anyone. Their prices are incredible. I have found many movie titles that I have had a hard time finding anywhere else. I usually find them here. Two thumbs way up! Love!!!

Negative experience: Bought an Xbox game got to the car and realized it was for Xbox series x went directly back in to return and exchange for Xbox one game they told me no refunds but could get in store credit so ok that’s fine. Find they have no good Xbox one games so they have 2 other stores ask them if in store credit works at the other 2 and they said no. So my money is trapped and I can’t get it back have to find something I don’t want in the store to use my money on. Defiantly never going here again

Fantastic experience: Been going to mega media exchange since they had one by Southridge Mall when EB Games was still around. It's a nice spot to go to for discounted DVD, controllers old systems and new. I think the prices are nice too. Always friendly service when you walk in. Although no place seems to have any PS4 controllers. Other than that it was good. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for good prices for any cables, game consoles, games, movies, and more.

Negative experience: What ever you do dont buy used electronics here ive bought two controllers and both had something wrong with them that u wont know until to late but you cant get your money back only in store credit which is useless when they only have 1 controller literally a scam .. You were warned

Idk if Im just randomly lucky with my timing but idk they are pretty convenient!! and the staff are kind n informative! ...customers are even pretty chill n nice. Ppl laugh n smile watching my 2 n a half year old walk fast n giggle at me as im like no baby boy you come back here n i pick him up... They have such a well stocked variety of movies, TV shows n seasons, disney, anime, pokemon, DC, games, consoles, controllers all different kinds of games incl. Nintendo xbox etc. n a lot of newer n almost brand new dvds n shudder originals! so i once again enjoyed my visit n got a few bonus items i wasn't expecting!...lots of newer blurays..a lot..and DVD. Etc. They put your discs in the machines to be sure they are not scratched for our piece of mind. But their collection is well protected and taken care of here. I haven't had an issue yet! Have fun! hope this helps. N bring your mask for the time being plz. Call ahead if you have some specific items ur searching for to be sure, if ur traveling 15 minutes or more>> they will check on the spot over the phone for you to verify whether they have it or you'd like to be notified n leave ur number..or put it on hold for 24 hours. Fantastic experience: Was absolutely awesome, staff were helpful, the place has an open and kind feel to it. Tons of stuff to look through. I could sit in there for 2 hours and end up spending $300 because of all the cool stuff i find and want.

Negative experience: At least their customer service is better than the Brookfield location, but their movie selection leaves much to be desired. Every time I go I can’t seem to find any of the movies I am looking for (nothing unreasonable, just some new releases and blu rays of some popular horror movies). The positive is that when you can find the movies you are looking for the price is right.

Positive experience: Good place to go for cheap movies and video games. I would say the stuff you buy works about 80% of the time. Just remember to always keep your receipt. Also not a great place to bring your kids since the whole building smells like pot. Also theres this guy called Brother Charles that is occasionally spotted in here. He has this scheme where he has you buy candy from h and he claims the money is going towards charity. Just know that this man is not afraid to approach children and shake their hand. Overall a good place.

Fair prices too, usually everything sells just as much as it would online. The movies and CDs are very cheap and while we may have moved away from the physical media age you can find great deals here if you want to own the media you love

They seemed like they were doing me a favor by burning me in order to make a huge profit......The lesson learned is that DVDs are only worth $0.50, note to self & others try to dicker & talk down these modern day pirates since we know what they had to spend, plus overhead.
