Fantastic experience: Workers make sure that any questions or needs are taken care of. If what you're looking for is not there, they are very knowledgeable on places in the are at which you can find said things. Clean, organized and workers are well dressed.

If only I would’ve gotten that young man’s name I would’ve given him a shout out but my visit was on 3/4

Positive experience: Occasionally stopped by this GameStop just to check it out. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. There was one occurrence where I ordered a game to be picked up in store but when I got there around 1pm, the store wasn’t even open (shutters were closed), but I was able to pick up the game at a later date.

Negative experience: Went to buy WWE 2k23 and their used prices were more than Walmart brand new.. honestly GameStop is good for nothing but small toys from these games that you maybe can't find at another store. But use caution before buying games or systems

Negative experience: #1 they close an hour earlier than what it said online. #2 they sold my pre-order of horizon forbidden west. #3 they told me they only keep pre-order games for 48 hours (lie). #4 I came to get the game. Was there at 7:30 pm.... you suppose to close at 8, you closed at 7. Your fault, customer is right this time. #5 offered me petty discount. 10%.. (I don't care about $6.50 off a game price). I wanted my game!!! #6 only option was to wait for them to have another shipped in... 3 days. #7 went in a couple days later to purchase a system for my son and witnessed them do the same thing to another guy about his wrestling game or something. Use to be my favorite game stop. Not anymore. Midtown is better now. Customer service is way way way better. More lively & bubbly. Plus... they told me they keep pre-order games for about 2 weeks.... and they had my game, even showed me how to use my accumulated points. Got the game for $30 off. BYE BYE EAST CAPITAL. Get it together. Whoever fault it is.

Fantastic experience: It was fine, I came in, found the games I wanted, traded in the games I didn't need anymore and then I left all in less than 15 minutes. Clean place and nice employees from what I've seen. All in all, a good enough experience.

Negative experience: This store was already becoming obsolete; but when I cannot even rely on the actual open times to be accurate. Rarely open "one-time" I arrived at 10:58 am since the store posted it opens at 10 am; just to see a hand written sign "Open at 11:30 am). They don't even post their hours on the store anymore, I guess their open time is "whenever they feel like it." What's the point of even taking up this space? Some employees are flat out rude, the store feels crowded and over stocked with things no one will ever purchase. Avoid this store and just go to Bayshore.

Negative experience: On10/16/21 i Walked inside of game stop on north Richards and bought madden 22 and then brought it back an hr because I didn't like the game. the black lady/ manager with glasses and a yellow shirt said she did not remember selling me the game and charged it as a trade in, instead of giving me my refund. Then she took the controller I wanted to trade in and didn't give me the option, just charged it as a refund off of other games I was about to buy....she has 0 customer service skills....

The console works great but the controller was greatly malfunctioning. Luckly they replaced the controller. 2 star for the experience 4 star for correcting the issue Thank you Nathaniel for assisting me today with getting a new controller

Negative experience: If you can't even answer a phone, why should I waste my time coming out to the store? I worked in the highest volume restaurant in the city and never, NEVER was the phone allowed to ring without a customer being addressed.

I went with the idea of just buying 2 things and thanks to his service and very helpful advice, I ended up buying all 5 items I was looking for.
