Negative experience: The blonde girl had terrible customer service, was snarky and had an attitude. She had multiple people in line waiting for 20 plus minutes, taking her time with what she was doing. 2 people left because she was taking forever, and not even an apology for the wait.
Negative experience: I don't know what the ladies problem was but she was very condescending and rude for no good reason. All I asked was for a power cord for an xbox and wasn't sure which one I needed and she just seemed like I was burdening her. I walked out because she was extremely unprofessional!

Fantastic experience: We are beyond grateful for The Store Manager Julia and everything she did for us. She was not only professional, but genuinely understanding and compassionate throughout the entire experience. Her level of patience and care went far beyond what we ever expected. The Greenfield location is hands down the best around, and the customer service is absolutely amazing. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond, but Julia did exactly that. We couldn’t recommend her or this location more highly.

Negative experience: i have been a gamestop customer since black ops 1 and i have never been treated so poorly by a customer service employee ever. Juniper is absolutely unprofessional and purposefully disrespectful. All i wanted to do was buy a digital copy of a game and she just blankly stared at me and in a mono tone voice repeated "you cannot buy digital game currency with a gift card." over and over again. even after i tried to inform her that i was in fact trying to buy a digital copy of a game, not in game currency. if my child was not with me, i would have made a scene. this is unacceptable and she needs to be retrained on how to do her job. just to be clear, i called the same gamestop the day after and asked them if i could buy a digital copy of a game with a gift card, and they said "absolutely". so i dont know if she just didnt like me because of the way i look, but i will never spend my money at this store again.
Positive experience: Good store for games but they dont like things to be Returned as I tried to exchange for a different Remote and the lady had an attitude.

Negative experience: Waited 10 minutes on hold. Just to ask a simple question then got hung up on called back no answer. This hasn't been my first time either having a problem with trying to contact the store.
Negative experience: Don’t spend a lot of time at GameStop but decided to drop in for a couple of little things tonight. When I walked in there wasn’t even an employee at the counter to greet me. Whatever, I picked up the handful of things I wanted and waited at the counter. When an employee finally came out, (girl with long blonde hair) she was curt and annoyed about having to deal with me. She roughly handed me my bag and used such a rough tone I just wanted to leave and never come back. Overall maybe I was right to avoid this place.

Fantastic experience: The manager Julia was so wonderful and helped me pre order the new pokemon game. She was very friendly and helpful for the entire process. I called to compliment her and found out she is the manager, which is well deserved with how kind she is.

Negative experience: Picked up some games with original game case and cover art and upon checkout I was handed two GameStop generic game cases. Upon asking if I could have the original I was told that they needed the cases for the display. That made no sense to me given that I saw multiple generic cases on the shelf. Cherry on top was that apparently my games are now non-refundable. Makes no sense whatsoever.
Fantastic experience: Went in to look around and ended up with a new console. The team is very friendly and informative. They answered all my questions and concerns. Even gave genuine advice and recommendations.

Negative experience: Went in today and was interested in buying a refurbished PS4 and a PS5 with my son.The person behind the counter was doing something so we waited a few minutes to let her finish. Not a big deal. She asked what we needed and asked about the price of both systems and was snapped at about what type I wanted.(digital or disk drive.) I said disk drive and she proceeded to ignore us. Didn't answer the question and just completely ignored us. My son and I were just standing there wondering what was going on. We ended up leaving without an answer. I ended up going somewhere else and dropped $700 for both systems. Never going there again. Do better.
Negative experience: I have been going to this gamestop for many years and I got to say starting this year I believe will be my last. GameStop needs to stop catering to the they/thems and actually cater to their loyal customers. The employee today was rude and said they could not accept things from another store for a price adjustment. It shouldn't matter where it came from as long as it was within the same state. Just do right by the customer and do the price adjustment!!
Negative experience: I've been to this gamestop for many years, haven't been in a while but my most recent stop when picking up the switch 2 was made pretty horrible due to the manager named Julia. She was incredibly rude and condescending. I'm not a fan of complaining about workers as I completely understand what customer service work is like and how rude customers can be. However to make my partner feel embarrassed and harassed was pretty gross to me.
Negative experience: Julia the apparent manager (found this out when reporting the incident) is rude and disrespectful to customers. Having to do a midnight release the night before is no excuse to be rude and condescending to customers picking up a preorder. Unfortunately I will not be coming back for even a preorder again after finding out she's the manager. No manager should be acting like this nor having employees act like this. Horrible experience. Go to another gamestop or find somewhere else completely. She should 100% be fired and I don't say that lightly.
Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal customer of this GameStop location for years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. During my visit, I witnessed a manager treat her staff in a completely unprofessional and disrespectful manner. While two team members were actively assisting customers and receiving training, another young woman—who stated she was off the clock—stood behind the counter on her phone. Rather than offering support or handling the situation discreetly, the manager loudly criticized the staff in front of everyone, accusing them of not doing their jobs. Her tone and demeanor were unnecessarily harsh, especially considering the staff appeared to be doing their best under pressure. The manager then exited the store, still on her phone and audibly cursing, leaving a very negative impression on everyone present. It was upsetting to see employees spoken to as if they were less than human. No one deserves to be treated that way—especially in front of customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any workplace, let alone a customer-facing environment. I sincerely hope leadership takes a moment to reflect on how this incident reflects on the store and the broader brand. I’ve always appreciated the service here, but this incident has made me think twice about returning.
Negative experience: I usually shop here and have a good experience, but I had a particularly bad one today. I showed up with my kid to do the Switch 2 pre-order. I got ticket 48/52 for the Mario Kart Bundle. We waited in line for about two hours, but he really needed to get home. One of the employees said that we could leave and come back as long as the line still existed, so I took my kid home to get him out of the sun. I came back as quickly as I could (around 1:15). The man who was in line in front of me was just exiting the store when I got back. When I got to my turn to go inside, the woman managing the line proceeded to yell at me for leaving the line in the first place, then she yelled at her employee (Cade?) for giving wrong information. I was genuinely shocked that I was being yelled at, so I just handed her my ticket and left. Logic would dictate that the unit reserved for ticket was still available, but it didn't feel appropriate to make a scene about it since other people were still in line (who just wanted to shop and weren't trying to preorder). I'm feeling pretty burned, and I'm not likely to shop at this store ever again.

Negative experience: My husband & I went in to buy a NEW ps5 and the two year warranty, Brett and Kade was helping us. As they were ringing up my husband asking to see the PlayStation before hand. Brett said we couldn’t until he finished our purchase. So we bought it, he went to the back to get the PlayStation, brought it out to me. I grabbed it & then gave it to my husband, he looked at the seal was broken & the box was a little crappy. They blamed it on the “shipping”. Meanwhile we asked for an exchange or store credit he asked Kade privately & then told us no. We went to the car my husband looked everything over. It was missing a piece so we brought it back in. Brett told us we couldn’t return because it was taken out of store & opened. Meanwhile it was already opened when put into our hands. He was very rude & arguing/yelling at us. These too employees are VERY unprofessional. As they should’ve let us confirm that the packaging was sealed before we bought. Because we would’ve never bought if we knew that the deal was broken. I will be contacting corporate, GameStop needs better employees that aren’t going to get back!

Negative experience: Usual go to place since it's close to my house and usually don't have a problem, but today the salesperson would not let up with their membership push after saying no like 5 times. I only agreed to is so I could finish the transaction sinc I had my kid with me and didn't wanna be aggressive with them in tier presence. Honestly if they don't take no the fist time for a answer then I can't see myself continuing to use them.

Fantastic experience: I went to the store to pick up the care bears universal monster Funko. Nicco and Julia were very helpful even with a busy store. They work well as a team. They made sure I found everything and even went online to find out if they had Frankenstein Grpy in stock. I found in box and was very happy to make my 4 purchases. It makes me want to come to your store to shop things other than going online.

Fantastic experience: I am a long time shopper at GameStop but this experience compelled me to make a review. I went here a couple of days ago and the staff were friendly and helpful. The short lady at the counter (I can't recall her name) had a good attitude even when I changed my mind on a few products and ran around the store finding what I wanted even though she was by herself. I originally wanted an Xbox one but she explained to me the different types of xbox's and got me set up with a series s console instead, she saved me money by going pre owned and setting me up for a pro account. No regrets here!

Negative experience: Sign on the door says, “On break, be back at 8:44”. It’s 7:30 and they are open for another hour and a half. Just witnessed 6 customers try to walk in and walked away. No wonder the company is struggling. Eat your meal at the counter, I don’t think anyone cares. What a joke.
Positive experience: 4 stars still because this is a decent store but my god you can tell these people get paid by the hour. The gentleman who's been here the past 2 times I've came has little to no work effort. Super slow and wish I had another option for a gaming store.

Positive experience: about 2 years ago I came here to buy a nintendo switch. my mom doesn't know much about video games but wanted to get me one as well as a few games, and she talked with the guy at the front about this and that, really nice guy. well she calls me over, and as it turns out they didn't have a new version of the game i wanted. not only did this man double check, he also looked through the pre owned games and was able to find me a perfectly working copy :). they helped me pick out two more games, and when it came time to pick a pre-owned system he guided me towards an awesome nes looking switch, AND he gave me options for the joycons that came with it. at checkout, he offered me a job but sadly I was too young. Now, I'm ready to take up that offer

Fantastic experience: Nate (a manager or the store manager) was absolutely amazing!! I ordered something from the Game Stop website on Black Friday to be delivered to my house. Long story short, it was a really limited re-furbisehed item that evidently was probably never going to be in stock and yet I couldn’t cancel it through the website because it was never shipped. I tried to call customer service but was on hold once for over an hour and another for 38 minutes before giving up. I called the store and associate Jay assured me that if I came in, they’d figure out a way to help. Even though the store was really busy, once it was my turn, Nate took the time to call customer service himself and cancel the order for me. I have already received my confirmation that it went through. If you want things done correctly, go to the Game Stop in Greenfield, WI. Thanks so much to the staff there!! ☺️☺️☺️
Fantastic experience: Bought a new controller about 6 months ago. The clerk informed me about the warranty and recommended I get it. Last night about midnight, the stick began to drift. So today I went in to cash in on the warranty, and although there was a line and I waited about 15 minutes, it was a painless process. I would recommend getting all your supplies from them.

Negative experience: I got a play station 5 controller as a birthday gift in late august, now it’s late November. Controller started drifting it wasn’t bad it was just annoying. As of today the controller broke, it turns on but it won’t move when you move analog sticks. I don’t eat or drink around my controller so I don’t know what happened
