Negative experience: Friday, July 18th, 3:30 pm, I called, the staff replied: "Hey, this is Gamestop blah blah, please hold." Then proceeded to keep me on hold for 30 minutes without saying anything. Not even a "Sorry we're still busy, please stay on hold" in between. I had to give up and end the call. Hello? Do you know how customer service works?
Negative experience: Worst location possible. Guy behind the counter was an idiot. Didn't know anything about the trade in rewards. Didn't give me my pro perks and offered me $50 for my switch. I said I want store credit he said that is store credit. It states on gamestop website pro rewards stor le credit should be 85 before the 20% promotion so in total i should have gotten $102. Then I grabbed some switch 2 accessories for the promotion 25% off he called two people then said I cant find these I think we are out of stock. Joke location. Canceling my pro membership. Avoid this location
Negative experience: First time going 1 wk ago , service was horrible from a guy with glasses who acted like i ruined his chill day coming in to buy a controller and ask about gear prices for gaming products, got plenty sighs and eye rolls , manager just points me to him for help , they didnt even know the orices of items without looking em up , no price tags on alot of things.
Negative experience: Worst store I’ve ever been in. It’s so nasty. It smells bad, nothing has been cleaned, the floors haven’t seen a vacuum in years. The manager should be fired and this place closed FOREVER. Never going back, goodbye Game Stop!

Negative experience: This store must not promote there Pro Memberships anymore because I asked for a Pokemon card that comes free with a purchase the guy stated they was out I leave and wait for my wife and I see them handing them out I wasn’t aware of you have to have a membership in order to receive the card or they would of had another satisfied customer sign up for a pro membership I guess every store has there own rules definitely maybe they can do better next time..
Fantastic experience: Took my daughter here multiple times to buy Razer gear and to pre-order the new Pokemon games. I love their selection of games and gear, and my daughter loves that they keep Pokemon plushies in stock. Zoe helped us last time when we pre-ordered the games and she was super nice! all the workers I've deal with there are super nice. I live in Edmond, but will continue driving out of my way to this store for the service I get.

Negative experience: Walked in and about died from the disgusting mold smell. How do they work in there? Who wants to shop in a business like that? There was junk all over and hardly any games. Shut it down.

Negative experience: Old shabby store, The carpet was worn and nasty and obviously had not been cleaned in years. the ceiling was looking like someone had thrown coffee up there, (See attached Pictures) The employees were discussing something inappropriate within ear shop of the whole store.
Negative experience: I’m standing outside Gamestop’s locked glass doors at 8:27pm. Tried calling for the past hour. Online says they close at 9pm on Fridays, I’m just watching as a lady talks to the employees. They won’t answer their phone. Just sitting there… talking to themselves and their one friend “customer.”
Negative experience: Guys, please believe me when I say this. This was the most disrespectful place I ever went to. I have been owning my own businesses for 31 years, running 5 different corporations and many locations. From my experience I can tell u this, very bad place to go to. Don’t spend your money there, give it to someone who deserves it. I went in there, my wife had my reading glasses, went to a different place to shop. I needed to pick up a gift card for my son, couldn’t read anything so there for I took a picture of a Visa card’s back side to read. Store Clark ask me what am I trying to do. Innocently I told him, I don’t have my reading glass with me so I am taking a picture of all the specifications in order to be able to read. This guy didn’t tell me anything about no picture policy. I didn’t see it anywhere in the store either, but he went in the back and told this elderly woman, I am guessing she is the manager comes out of the back of the store screaming saying get out of her store. I was trying to tell her I wasn’t trying to take photo of her store, I was simply trying to read the back of the card by zooming it. Who is going to listen to whom. I was never been this embarrassed in my entire life.
Negative experience: Got sent over from another store only to arrive and said they closed the store at 8pm. Very sad when Google and the other store are open to 9pm .
Positive experience: I have been feeling a bit down lately, so I wanted to do something that brought me joy as a kid, that I haven't done since I was younger. I decided to attend the midnight launch for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. I called ahead and talked to Gina at Penn Square Mall, located at 1901 NW Expressway, Oklahoma City, OK 73118. I asked her how to go about the process for the midnight launch because I haven't been to one since 2008. When Smash Bros Brawl was released. She told me to bring my pre-order receipt to the location I pre-ordered from, which is the address I just mentioned. And they would give me a ticket for the event. The event would not be held at that GameStop, but would be at a location close by, located at 1841 Belle Isle Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73118. I then called the other location just mentioned, to verify the process. I simply wanted to be sure of what I was instructed to do. I was then given conflicting misinformation. I don't know who was on the phone because they never bother to identify themselves. I was told that each GameStop location was hosting its own individual midnight launch for the game, and that I needed to bring my pre-order receipt to the specific location where I pre-ordered to get my copy. This contradicted what I was told during my first phone call. These locations need to communicate more consistently and clearly with each other. I went to the Penn Square Mall location in person to speak with an employee to avoid any miscommunication. Gina helped me with my questions and assured me that the initial instructions I received were correct. I could tell she was tired of answering the same questions from Zelda fans over and over again lol, which is understandable. I just wanted to thank her again for the clarification. Gina is always great at holding a conversation. Being a Pro member, I visit this location at least once a month, and she's always cheery and bubbly, but today she seemed a little less so. Gina, if you're reading this, keep your head up. You're a great employee. As for the folks at the bell isle location. They make me want a game pass subscription.

Positive experience: Took a trip to the Oklahoma city yesterday and my son wanted to stop in to a gamestop. I spoke to a young man sorry forgot his name but he very helpful and informative! They didn't have the game we were looking for but he suggested just to get some playstation cards we did that and downloaded the game when we got home thank you.

Fantastic experience: My son asks for batteries every 2 days. I was tired of the store runs. I walked in and Wyatt automatically knew he had an XBOX one and showed me a dual charging set. I bought it and took it home. I couldn't get the back on so I took it back. They showed me what I was doing incorrectly. I went home and put them on. I haven't heard anything about batteries. I am beyond grateful.

Negative experience: I ordered CyberPunk 2077 to pick up day of in store. GameStop took the money off of my card then lost my order. When I go on the website my order does not exist. I have all the emails and everything. When I called customer service I was disconnected after staying on hold for 10 minutes. You stole $65.16 from me today. I hope it was worth it. That is the last penny you will ever get from me. Here is my order number so you know I am not making it up, 1100000022321528, but I know I know, this order does not exist. I have been a loyal customer for years, defending you all and this is the reward I get. To anyone reading this, GameStop will steal from you like they did me. Avoid at ALL COSTS!
Negative experience: Poor customer service. Staff apparently fixing stuff up not not prices. See headset for 39, take it to front desk they charge 49.99. Ask why price change they state sale was last week. Ask why didn't take it down he state it display box then proceeded to put it back up with wrong price.
Positive experience: Again not much of a selection. But also not their fault I was looking for ps3 games. But still not much of anything else to look at in there.

After taking the time to pick out 4 I got to the counter and the employee informed me that they were not doing that deal anymore. I mentioned that the sign was still up for it but they would not honor it. Lost a sale today.
