Experiencia negativa: Not sure how this place is still open. There never seems to be more than 1 person working at a time, making the line wait unbearable. They also never seem to be in-stock with anything.
Experiencia negativa: This store only had one employee available on a very busy day. The employee got stuck buying an Xbox and there was no one else to check out customers. I waited 30 minutes in line behind the guy selling the Xbox for someone to process a return for a defective controller. Whenever I got to the front of the line, the employee could not figure out how to accept the return even though the GameStop website says you can return an online order in store. I can’t imagine a more satisfying use of my lunch hour.

She's talking to me while reading a book or looking at her phone… and she looks very miserable… who hires these people? At least smile and make a customer feel welcome.. Never again.
Experiencia negativa: Twice came to the mall around 11:30am and both times they are closed. I don’t get it. No signs on the door or anything. There’s a FedEx guy with 20 boxes trying to deliver stuff to GameStop and no one is answering hahaha pathetic this location.
Experiencia negativa: I have tried calling this location probably 10-15 times over the last few months, and they never answer the phone. I’ve went inside and the staff ignore you to chat rather than help you checkout. I rather put my money elsewhere at this point.

The lady was insanely rude and had no clue how to do her own job. On top of everything she loved to curse even in front of the children. Horrible experience… never again.

They got false advertisement in there because where is the pink PS5 controller. They still got Christmas stuff in there lol its lowkey a catch cause i got them Christmas sweaters just cause.

I gave then a 2nd chance and they did worse that the 1st time (which I didn't believe possible) These employees don't deserve their jobs. I'll never go there again

Experiencia negativa: When I was in the store and Brooke helped me she was great. Went back for help with an issue and was helped by an Asian girl who was unbelievably rude to me. She cut me off when I tried to explain my issue, she refused to help me, she told me I’m just out $50 because a gift card I bought there did not work. She even cut off the other employee who tried to help me. Rudest service I e ever received. She treated me like I wasn’t even worthy of talking to her. I’ve legitimately never been so insulted before. This employee was so miserable. Even the other employee looked uncomfortable. Will probably never return to this location now. Tried to call and talk to Brooke but they never answer the phone. GameStop customer service will not answer or call me back either. I may have to take legal action against GameStop since no one is willing to help me. GameStop is basically stealing my money at this point. I will be filing formal complaints with the BBB and FTC.

Experiencia negativa: I will never shop at game stop again. I bought it through PlayStation Portal. When I brought it back the next day to return it, they said they couldn't accept a refund because the product's box had been opened. How can I understand this without opening the product box? First of all, I don't have x ray machines. How do I know without opening the box? They also state on their website that even if the product has been opened, it can be returned within 7 days. I sent an e-mail to customer service. Of course they did not respond. I will apply to court. Because I looked on their website and saw that you can return it within 7 days, I made the purchase. Do not buy anything from here.

Experiencia positiva: When I walked in there was two people working behind the counter and one person was dealing with a customer. The other employee was removing stickers or something and playing on her phone and didn't acknowledge that I was standing 3 ft in front of her whatsoever. After about 5 minutes I interrupted the other employee and asked the question I was there for and then left. I wouldn't go back just on the employees attitudes towards their customers

Experiencia negativa: My fiancé and i stopped in here because he wanted a pair of wireless gaming headphones. 3 people behind the counter talking amongst themselves about a video game, a handful of people in the store. We asked if they had any wireless headphones since we only saw wired ones and so we asked an employee who then decided to ask the girl behind the counter who rudely said ‘uhh yeah, up there’ ( behind the counter ) which we didn’t initially see since the headphones are in a different spot when you walk in. My fiancé proceeded to ask a few questions or try to about the different ones while the workers continued their own conversation about whatever game, and sighed while having to intervene to help us. Eventually my fiancé picked a pair out and the one employee showed us the box but wouldn’t let my fiancé physically look at the box because they claimed to have just been robbed..meanwhile I’m assuming an employees backpack was out? Opened and longboard right to the side of the register.. when he decided on a pair since we couldn’t look at the box he asked the girl working how to connect them and she said read the back of the box rudely as she rung us up. It seemed like the whole interaction was an inconvenience for the THREE people working behind the counter and we interrupted their conversation to give business to a dying store. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience here and it was honestly all due to Alex. He was very nice and helpful even when we had a specific issue regarding a pickup order. He went above and beyond to solve the issue and made sure we left the store happy and with what we came for. It's employees like Alex that will keep me coming back to GameStop in the future. As a business owner myself I know that employees like Alex are hard to find nowadays and I hope the company recognizes what they have and gives him the recognition and advancement opportunities he deserves.

Experiencia negativa: 1 star, would give 0 stars if possible. I purchased a steam card, and when I got home it didn't work. I thought it wasn't activated so I contacted GameStop and they told me to contact steam support, I did contact them, and steam support told me the card was not activated, and I had to go back to the store. When I went back to the store the cashier told me that the card was activated, and steam would have to honor the purchase, I contacted steam once more and they confirmed again that the card wasn't activated. Then I contacted GameStop corporate and what they told me was that the card was activated when I purchased it, but it was deactivated 4 minutes later. So I'm guessing an employee there did that on purpose or something.

I guess I have to goto Best Buy.I don't do business with dishonest companies or people.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid this location unless you want to pay for their grift of the day. I couldn't buy the new Zelda game here on release day without first registering for the PowerUp Rewards program, which costs $15. The workers told me - and everyone else buying the game - that registering for the program was the only way to override the "reservation period" during which only people who preordered the game could pick it up. I contacted corporate, and multiple agents confirmed is not a GameStop policy and should not have happened.

Experiencia negativa: Stopped through the store to buy a PS5. Soloman advised I needed to be a member to buy a console. GameStop corporate and friends who shop at GameStop said that was incorrect. Long-story short, Nicholas who identified himself the store manager said this specific GameStop has additional policies to only sell consoles to GameStop members. This store would stand to do a LOT better at communicating to customers about their individual store policies, particularly when they are different that their own corporate entity. There are also several added warranties that I'm seeing on my bill that I was never asked if I wanted or not.

Experiencia negativa: My son went to Gamestop in the mall to get a game and a headset. They were out of the headsets and the employee told him that there would be a shipment of headsets the next day and he would set the game aside for him until tomorrow. We came back the next day around the same time and a different employee was behind the desk gossiping with another mall worker. When they were done 5 minutes later and she finally left we told the employee at the desk that we were there to pick up a copy of Wildhearts and a new headset. The employee stated that his manager had reserved the last copy and she was coming to pick it up. He had no concern about the previous days situation. It seems that when the stock gets low they hoodwink customers with false promises so they can reserve the sought after items themselves. I don't know why we wonder why physical locations go out of business. Just shop online folks, it's not worth the hassle or the membership they try to sell you. The magazine they connect to the subscription is digital. If you want to know anything just Google it.

GameStop is slowly becoming obsolete and only contain consoles equipment new releases and digital currency. There is no point to go unless your in the area. The games are not ridiculously over priced, which is always a plus, and they have a rewards program worth looking into if ur a serious gamer- even if ur not, and u can get insurance on ur purchases!
