Experiencia negativa: Staff was not completely helpful. A little bit on the roadside. I want my purchase to be delivered somewhere else for a birthday gift they said they would and instead and went to an address that I did not want it to go to what I told them that the address was not correct on my receipt they said the computer will fix it in about 24 hours needless to say it was not fixed thank goodness I received a package to deliver it to the birthday person. I feel like there should be a 1-800 number for this business so you can call customer service to correct these matters before it's too late or the Packers goes to the wrong address.

Experiencia negativa: The employee that was there today, December 22 Sunday was by himself and I said politely and I smile. Oh yeah, just opened it was 12 and the man said I’ve been here all day with an attitude since 10 o’clock and I replied I was here at At 10 AM and the door was locked. Wait a few minutes 1015 door was still closed. I come back at 12 to make some purchases. He had an attitude I walked out. Ain’t getting my money I’ll go to target or Walmart like I’ve been doing

Experiencia negativa: This GameStop turned out to be so horrible! When it use to be a very good GameStop! The new people they got since they reopened back up are horrible. So rude when you try to get help. I jus placed an online order to pickup in store today, it said online they had a copy left, I placed the order, it processed, took the money off my card, and the email said they were preparing my order. Then not even a half hour later I got an email saying they cancelled my order and I should get my money back in my account in 1-3 business days. I SHOULD GET MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY! Then when I went back online it said they had no copies left. I am BEYOND PISSED! I am only a 5 minute walk to this GameStop and I’ve been going here for years, the people who use to work here know me as a regular, but the new people they got are so horrible and rude.

Experiencia negativa: I went in to get my son a switch gift card and then idiots sold me a year membership instead. So my son took it back and they refused to take it back so he put in a complaint with the bank, now it's just a waiting game for the dispute to get settled, so the charges will be returned to our credit card eventually. They also had a bad attitude because I am an older woman trying to buy something I needed help with and they dismissed me.

An employee who was buying a pop at GameStop walked behind the counter trying to convince me to buy the last used ps5 remote with the warranty for 80$. Left got pizza and a new remote 2 yr warranty for the same price off target. What happened to the girl who used to work here?

Experiencia fantástica: My kids and I stop in here faithfully. Everyone that works there is very friendly helpful and informed. Especially the manager with the dreads. She was very helpful to my son who couldnt find a charger to fit his controller. She ended up finding him one not being used in the back. It was very kind of her.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible. I tried to sell them an Xbox one s but they wouldn't take it because it was kind of dirty. I admit the Xbox had some dust inside of it but that's only because I never used it. But the guy that looked at it was very rude. He looked at me like I was the scum of the earth. That guy needs to be fired. He judge me without knowing the facts. Needless to say I will never go to this GameStop for anything.

Experiencia positiva: Nice selection... but the most of the staff is playing and chatting with thier friends instead of dealing with customers. I was ignored for 3 mins. The one clerk that did help me was new and when the main clerk or manager saw i was spending over $100 he wanted to step in. The staff needs to focus more on customers and not friends.

Experiencia negativa: A women by the name of Ashley threatened both me and my brother in front of our family. Now usually I don’t write reviews but I don’t believe this should go unsaid, we were warned about cursing which is understandable, being its a professional establishment. However later on though we were trying to improve on it we slipped once or twice, we were buying an item and she threatened us stating “I freaking told you guys not to curse if I hear you again I will be kicking you out of the store.” And I stated it timidly, she was very emotional whilst demanding it and frankly, I believe there should be some type of punishment. If not I will not be going to another GameStop ever again, I barely feel comfortable going there now.

Experiencia negativa: Their exchange and returns policy isn't the greatest, you only have 7 days to return new games or exchange opened games, over that time frame they only offer you ten dollars store credit or eight dollars cash. Terrible.
