Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at the Fontana GameStop location. The manager, Joshua, went above and beyond for us. He was extremely kind and helpful, and he even sold us his own preorder copy of Resident Evil Requiem for PS5 so we wouldn’t miss out. That level of customer care is rare these days. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, and we truly appreciate him going the extra mile. Fantastic experience: Christopher was such an awesome guy! Very welcoming and very helpful! So helpful he was an accomplice for my boyfriends mission of getting me the new XBOX. While I was distracted they were whispering in the corner about the Xbox and what they had on hand. All in all I bought my little figure and come to find out my boyfriend bought the Xbox aswell, without me knowing at all. So it was a wonderful surprise. Didn't get my preorder bonus and wasn't even told till after I paid that there was no more. so there was no reason to even get the game with gamestop, should went to best buy that way atleast I would got my preorder bonus. I won't get preorders from gamestop cuz I don't know if they have to money to fund all these preorder bonuses they promise to get it with them, go with other company for your preorder needs.

Fantastic experience: Hi I'm karen from soccer practice and I went here and asked what cosle dos you have and he responded with which one and I said the console for my child named Clark and he had the audacity to say who is that and what cosle there are names for them I was livid so I slapped him and he backed up and I screamed ant him and I was mad I had it up to here with theses workers doing their job horribly and the console costeded like 300 dollars and later he called the police . Worst service ever and then I got fired from no job because I'm an at home mom and my husband got a divorce with me and I am now just here still made at Remy from GameStop because he ruined it all worst seervice EVER

Negative experience: This is the worst GameStop I've ever been to, I asked an employee for an item he showed me one for the wrong system and when I asked him to look it up he said "No, we don't have one" now if they don't have one they don't have one but would it have been so hard to take 45 seconds to look it up just so I'm happy? I guess so this guy was really rude and this is the kind of thing that keeps me from coming to GameStop.

Negative experience: I call for information about a game, for my son I spoke to a man over the phone that works in the store in Fontana California named Brian and because, I didn’t know too much information about the video game. That’s why I am calling GameStop to see do they have it available can I pick it up and because I didn’t know about the game he hangs up the phone on me. I know I’m not gonna be going to that store or purchasing any items from that store or probably even from game stop in general. I can just go on Amazon if I’m going to get treated like that and look it up on YouTube. This is one of the reasons why the company is going bankrupt.

At first they said no because it was against store policy but I politely insisted that I wanted my money back and the manager finally did it. I was very grateful and will buy my next game at this store. Thank you for the refund. Fallen Order is nothing but a very difficult Uncharted/Tomb Raider game with a Star Wars skin.

I'm definetly going back.

Fantastic experience: This store is huge compared to other GameStops. The employees were friendly, the store was clean and well organized. Lots of clearance items too. I managed to swoop up on some Fallout merch that would have cost me triple what I paid for it. Easy to get to right of the 10 Freeway across the street from Kaiser Hospital on the south side. I definitely will be back, so much fun stuff!!! On a side note lots of good place to eat right here too!

Positive experience: I'm not sure any employee here is an actual passionate gamer. Gamestop especially in California has become an almost dreadful place to visit(visits to numerous CA locations). There is no more, "power to the players." California locations offer considerably lower cash for trade-ins. I'd suggest purchasing all consoles and accessories from their respective manufacturers. Overall I don't believe they know what they're doing at this location. Take your chances but definitely purchase the gamestop warranty for everything. Of course that'll make them more money but your product is likely to experience a defect or deficiency within the year and you'll get your monies worth and be glad.
