Negative experience: What is the point of this place other than to rip you off when you're trying to sell your games? Never has restock, and when they do. Only 27units compared to the 147 to other stores. Then today one one of the biggest pokemon drops and they don't have any. Management is definitely pocketing these cards.

Negative experience: Extremely upset at this specific location online it said it had 2 games available to purchase and pick up. Since I live about 1 1/2 hours away I decided to call and make sure. I must of called over 30 times but no one ever answered at all. So decided to drive over to get the games but when I arrived it was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from GameStop. There excuse was there phone line was not working really on Black Friday weekend your phone is down yah okay. Then there rude female worker tells me that one of the games was sold and they just didn’t take the case. Then the other game they had supposedly 2 of was never taken off there system inventory but were packed and sold. What don’t get it but I’m able to purchase both games online. So she said yah but then when you come in we just refund you the money. So your phones don’t work then you make customers drive from really far to pick up games just so you can refund them there money. How about my time and gas plus I have 3 kids I could have chosen to do something else instead. The worst part is they don’t even apologize instead they talk to each other with condescending attitude like I’m the dumb one. Then they deny me there information plus there supervisor. Instead they said just call customer service to complain and dismiss me. Don’t worry I’ll be letting everyone know how your store conducts business and treats there customers.

Negative experience: Went in with my son to purchase some games was never greeted by either associate. Stood in line for about 15 minutes and they were still helping the same patron. No one said a word to me entire time even though there was two people working

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience and helpful employees. Recently went into 2 different gamestops in which 1 told me I didn’t have a warranty on a controller, and the other told me they couldn’t do the exchange cus I didn’t have the “physical long receipt”. Came to good ol university parkway location and they ensured me I did have my warranty still and the sticker on the bag was the receipt. Whatever Caleb is doing to train his employees here he is doing it right and they are always extremely helpful. The man and woman who were weeding today (July 20th 2025) did a great job on helping and fixed my problem with the other 2 locations giving terrible service. Great job Caleb

Negative experience: I submitted a card for grading and was told even though I was using my brother’s account, I would be able to pick up my card. Tried to pick it up and was told my brother would need to because it was submitted under his account. I also called the store three times before I went over to ask if the card was there but no one answered, but when I walked in there were two associates behind the counter.

Fantastic experience: I love this GameStop. I've done my business with them for a few years now and continue to do so even though I moved and that there's even one or two closer ones to me now. They do a fabulous job in explaining things even when it's those questions we ask that by chance they may not know completely. (Happens everywhere right) HA! Like at restaurants etc. They are VERY nice and cool and outgoing people there, customers AND employees. Sometimes I come in with tall orders and sometimes just buy a game or trading cards and done deal. I love the opportunity to save being a member I never feel ripped off or anything. They get me with the amazing products they sell as well. Cups, plushies, Pokemon this Pokemon that!!! It's LIKE heaven!!! Thank you guys for your amazing customer service

Negative experience: My Father asked an employee for a 60$ gift card for a game, he had given him a 12 month card for Xbox live gold instead.Not thinking much of it he went back to the store and asked for it to be fixed and they weren't able to do anything about it...now I have to wait for someone with authority to reach out for my birthday gift...Not to mention they seemed as though they didn't even care.

Negative experience: You might need to update your hours on Google. I was in 4 yrs ago, and it was clean and neat. Workers were professional but I can't actually tell how it was today. I showed up today as I'm back in town, and around 1120ish someone whips in and runs up unlocks the door raises the shutters to get in and seals up the store. So if the store is open at noon that would be good information to have and to update. Guess I'm going to the highland store when I get to that side of town.

Negative experience: Man looks like Walmart and other places will be taking more of your business. So you can’t buy a ps5 system without being a member and you have to buy something else to get it.. Already guaranteeing that I’ll probably walk out spending 700+ on a system that is 399-499. Smh

Negative experience: I come to this store quite often. I have always had good things to say.... but this past visit changed things for me. I was buying something that had a specific price on it and when I went to purchase it the lady took off the price tag and said that was from last week.... the price went up significantly. I think if you get something that had a price tag on it whether it was an old sale or not I should have been sold it at that price. It was wrong of that employee to do that especially In front of me as if I didn't see the price tag.

Negative experience: The games top website says that xbox 360 games are in stocks and that it is was updated today however upon arriving to gamestop found out that they do not carry any xbox 360 games period. So website is a lie.

Negative experience: Honestly I used to like this gamestop and I stopped going here because of that one employee named Corn or whatever. She's very rude, opens the store late, and lies about stock. For example today I went in for a controller and she said with an attitude "they're not in stock." But not even a minute later she gets a controller for the other person behind me and mind you it's the same controller that "wasn't in stock" so like please fix her attitude or drop her.

Fantastic experience: Picked up my last 6 consoles or so from this location. They employee on duty was super helpful as well. While it bites that the Inland Center location closed, this store has always been my go to spot for new games and gear.

Fantastic experience: I've been shopping here for over 16 years and the service has improved steadily to what it is now. I'm writing today because of how helpful an employee was with my hunt for the PS5. Had they not given me advice on how their site works and what to do to insure I got one, I might have had to wait until 2022 to get one! I've asked at other retailers and locations before, and was always met with a bit of a standoffish attitude followed by snarky attitudes, not here though, it's the total opposite. The air here is friendly, and the answers are well informed and the employees are great with customer service. I cannot stress it enough how helpful the employees were!

Negative experience: STORE HOURS ARE NOT UPDATED!!! I drove all the way over here because Google and Gamestop.com both say that the store is open at 10am. I arrive and the store does not open till12 What kind of business is that, specially with the holidays. It is not hard to update your Google hours so that you dont lose customers and waste their time.

Positive experience: I go to this GameStop as often as I can to get all the games or items I need for my systems. But today I got a preowned brand new switch at normal price only to ding that the right joycon doesn’t work. I have no clue as to why but it doesn’t. I just want to ask that the staff at least check that all preowned products like remotes work before reselling them. Thank you for your time.
