Negative experience: Gamestop is a complete scam. I placed an order two months ago that never arrived, and they refuse to issue a refund. All I get are emails full of lies while they keep my money. They are happy to take your cash, but they won't deliver the goods. I was patient, but two months with no product and no refund is unacceptable.

Negative experience: It's adequate but it's a hole in the wall. Not a lot of options for games, maybe to pre-register for a game or to find another location. Only stop if your curious to see if they have anything but not likely

Negative experience: Wendy the assistant manager is racist, unprofessional, and does not respect anyone’s time. Me and my brother stood in line for nearly 7 hours to pre order the Switch 2 and she would not sell both of us a console. When we made it to the counter this woman went out of her way to single us out and ask her associate who was assisting me with my pre order to cross examine me and brothers licenses (Something she did not do to any of the other groups of people who were clearly related) to see if we lived at the same address. She claimed that they only allowed 1 pre order per household, but nowhere online or in store said anything about pre orders being limited to “1 per household”. The sign posted on the door and online all say “1 per customer” My brother worked a nightshift and I took time off work to line up to pre order and I couldn’t get a preorder because Wendy decided she didn’t care. I’m never shopping at this gamestop again. Wendy completely wasted my time, ruined my day, and completely ruined any chance I had at getting a Switch 2. Thanks a lot Wendy. I hope you’re happy with yourself. Cause you certainly seemed smug looking at my disappointed face as you told me I couldn’t get a preorder.

Fantastic experience: I waited in line for 3 hours for Switch 2 preorder and the people working there came an hour and a half early to make sure everyone knew what they wanted and they were nice, great location and people!

Negative experience: I've tried calling over the course of 4 hours and they don't answer the phone. GameStop needs to stop being cheap and hire more employees. Phones cannot be answered if there's only 1-2 people working during a busy time of year.

Negative experience: I've been trying to process a warranty issue but can't get this store to EVER answer the phone. They referred me to customer service, customer service is referring me to them. The service model is obviously flawed with no follow thru. I bought a pre-owned system but the controller was broken. I've been trying to contact the store as I don't live in town and there has been no efforts to handle the phones. I'm going in store and hope they have a competent associate who can help repair the negative experience this is turning out to be.

Negative experience: Either this location is perma closed or their phone is just left off the hook because everytime I call I get a busy signal. I know this gamestop, and they are never that busy, so something is going on.

Fantastic experience: I don't buy games except when I'm buying games for my younger brother who needs help, at times. I buy mostly from GameStop, online. Their collectibles are so good. This store had action figures that I will come back for. I came to this store because They carried GameStop Exclusive Toys Adult collectors buy. I don't know much of games but I have had conversations with customer service reps that do want to help whenever making an online order. I'm glad GameStop is open. The deals they create are so good for everyone.

Negative experience: Ive been going to GameStop for years and always hated the amount of swindling they do in regards to the total trade in values for used games that I have brought in to get in store credit for. Buying a game for $60 that I play for a few months and then bring back to trade and only get a measly $10-$15 bucks or so if im lucky… Nevertheless I still returned to keep accepting defeat and live with my saltiness.. If you want more value for anything you plan to sell back to GameStop, I recommend considering other options like online apps or selling to friends. Or be like me and continue to be swindled at gamestop!

Positive experience: It was just ok.I say that because they only had one person working and although I appreciate the attention she was giving the customer before us, I had to wait over 25 minutes for her to finish buying games from the previous customer so I could buy a gift card. y'all need a self check out or more than one person. You can definitely do better

Positive experience: There is always a line at gamestop. Yes they have the best selection, but if you need something quick and common just go to target next next door. I got a replacement switch controller in and out the door from target in 15 minutes. I would have in like twice as long or more in gamestop.

Negative experience: Worst experience I’ve ever dealt with at a GameStop, their system messed up on my transaction so the manager wouldn’t subtract the measly 25 dollars to let me be on my way. Had to wait 30 minutes and still went through with my purchase, stop hiring and promoting just anybody, make sure they have a brain please!

Positive experience: Took my boys in to get some games and as always they spent a long time deciding. We finally get up to the counter and come to find out they didn't have any of the 4 games my boys took up. I asked why did they have them up if you don't have them I stock? She said they had to leave them out to show that they have it. Cause it displays the price. Really? Come guys prewarn the parents so we can prepare our kids before the get hurt and disappointed.

Positive experience: Great service once I got through the line. Since they didn't have my item in stock they went the extra step to find it online and order it for me so all I had to do was pay in the store. Which is why I went in person to begin with. I appreciate the help. My only criticism is the line was long and the second clerk was on break. Once he finished his break the line moved quickly.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this Gamestop ever since I was a little kid. There wasn't ever a place besides Olive Garden down the street that brought me such a juvenile sort of joy. I'm glad it's still around. Even if they never gave enough for my games when I sold them. They're my favorite place to shop for escapism besides Harkins.

Fantastic experience: Due to the store being 1 of 2 in the hemet/san Jacinto area, there isn't a HUGE selection of used games. Dont get me wrong, tons of games for each system are available and if there's a specific game you wish to play, it can be located at another location but the best thing to do is always call ahead.
