Negative experience: Called to get some info if they had a product in, the guy that answered said, "We open at 12PM, I'll tell you then." Lmao! Why answer the phone then if you aren't open yet?
Negative experience: Although they're price are good and their refurbished controllers are like brand, they're employees just lie about how a PS3 game can work on a ps4.

Negative experience: Poor service period. I was looking for a Nintendo Switch pre owned or brand new. I contacted the store before making a trip to the location to confirm this item was in stock, which it was, both pre-owned & new. When I arrive I introduced myself and asked to look at the pre-owned devices. Staff points to a corner shelf at the top of the ceiling to show where the pre-owned devices were. I asked to take a closer look to determine if it was worth it and what the prices were. Staff absolutely refused to do show me. I am not understanding how they can sale a used device to anyone sight unseen, makes no sense. Even after discussing the concern she refused to allow me to take a closer look and any device. This staff member's attitude was unhelpful, non chalant and lackadaisical. Really changed my mind on patronizing the business. No customer willing to spend cash should be treated this way. I didn't appreciate the lack of unwillingness to provide any customer service or assistance. 0 out of 0 I wouldn't recommend. In reference to the staff member I spoke with today...when you don't like your job, it's not just you who suffers, it also the customers who have to endure the ugly attitude and lack of customer service. If you don't want the job quit - don't subject people to your misery.
Negative experience: The sales associate was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. They would not help me or answer questions regarding my switch 2 setup. They were indifferent because i bought it at another location when they didnt even have it in stock. I would never buy from them again.
Positive experience: Needs more games like older games PS3, PS2

Negative experience: Used insurance to swap controller.. gave me a messed up controller and wouldn't exchange it saying " it was the wrong one..." we just received it from them. o.o So now stuck with a messed up controller.

Negative experience: The new store manager is highly disrespectful and rude towards customers. I’ve seen Merriya go as far as demean her employees on several different occasions. Merriya is very immature as a store leader. Merriya also made my family uncomfortable with her derogatory verbatim she use towards my family and I. I would give this store a negative five stars, if I could. I’m disappointed in the direction Gamestop has been going in of late.

Negative experience: Terrible service- there were two employees in the store and as I was waiting at the register, one leaves for a smoke break and the other ignores me standing at the counter for approximately 12 minutes! Finally she comes over to check me out and doesn't say anything like "Did you find everything okay? Do you have any questions? I'm sorry for the delay. " It was a mess. Then, one of the Funko Pops I wanted to buy was restricted for sale until the following day so the gal wouldn't sell it to me. I told her " It was on the shelf. It has a price tag on it. ". Her response, " You can come back tomorrow and get it. I can set it aside for you but if somebody orders it online they're going to get to take it home and you will be out of luck. ". Not going back there again.
Positive experience: Really knowledgeable staff, and nice. Only ranked it down because it's GameStop. It's better to keep your used games then to sell to them. You will always get ripped off. They buy back super, and sell used super high.

Negative experience: Complete waste of time. I called to see if they had a power adapter for my sons xbox one, the girl told me they had 2 I asked to double check and she said yes they have them. I wanted to be sure because I was coming from San Bernadino. But when I get there she tries to hand me a charger for a controller. And had the nerve ti to laugh and say I thought you meant this. I don't have time and money to be wasting gas ain't cheap. They need to reconsider who they hire or train them better. Will never go to that store again.

The management is nice and sociable, with normal employees being the same way. prices are good, especially with a membership. Great selection of new games, and able to order any games they might now have in stock (as long as it's available online). Always having various sales and deals, so keep an eye out. Always looking forward to a conversation regarding games new or old with the employees.

Negative experience: Anyone who has given this store a rave review recenty must have been traveling with the Doctor and ended up stuck four years in their future because they must be stuck in the past! (That was when the previous manager left. Real nice people person) Now, ignore my scathing rewiew if it seems biased. I'm just a die hard Nintendo fan and frown down on other consoles made by competitors because many of the games are way too violent for my tastes. But in the last few years after the previous manager left, things went downhill fast. One time I tried to sell my old copy of Sin and Punishment Star Successor (I just sold the disk, I could still play my game without it) But the trade-in value was only a stupid 89 cents! 89 CENTS?!!? If video games were that cheap, you think I cold just buy a rare complete vintage copy of Stack-Up on eBay for one red cent?! A couple weeks ago, they said they were not a big Nintendo store. They didn't even put up any SIGNS!!! Unless that manager who I last saw working at the Gamestop in Lake Elsinore still works there, I am so done with Gamestop. I won't put any more money in their pockets.
Negative experience: Dont know what day these other people came. But the wait was to long just to make a payment. Two guys working and only one on the register. The one on the register looked like he didnt care how long the line was. The other just stood around. Bought food from ono hawain and it still got cold waiting. Not to mention my son had been in line already 30 minutes. Horrible service. They need help.
