Negative experience: I almost bought a Switch 2 from this location today, but the guy at the counter told me there was no Nintendo warranty, and I needed to buy a Game Stop warranty (which was $52 for only 1 year) in case there are any defects with the console. I looked it up and he was outright lying to me, there's is a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. I am very upset about being lied to and will now make this large purchase elsewhere.

Negative experience: Very surprised GameStop is still running, found a a game I actually wanted for once to go up and purchase for them to say it was priced wrong and the current price was an old price tag and changed it at the checkout, literally crazy.

Negative experience: The store is fine but GameStop is useless for anyone who actually games and is broke. I have enough gift cards from my recent birthday to drown a horse with ZERO ways of to spending them on anything I actually want. So now I'm losing the money I was gifted because I'm not allowed to buy console currency, which as a game company is completely asinine. If I could give GameStop a zero star review I absolutely would.... Hell if negative stars were a thing, they'd be a -5.

Negative experience: I used to like this store but after today I will go elsewhere. I stood and waited an hour for a whole less e$5 price match, instead of looking on the phone trying to figure it out, just make it happen. After her partner says did you call Levi and ask, no not yet, that was the last straw. You could have called a manager and asked what to do, but instead I had enough and walked out the door empty handed. Mind you I have nearly $45 in credits I could have been using too but your refusal to just make the change from $15 and some change to $11 and some change you lost the sale all together. Good grief. I guess Huber Heights wants my money instead.

Negative experience: Bought a PS5 slim pro COD bundle, took it to get cleaned and I was informed the HDMI was replaced, mind you I bought the system brand new ( I have the receipt) horrible store and customer service. DONT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION.

Negative experience: I tried to trade in an old system and games but was told they don’t do console trade ins in the “last hour of the day” because they then have to “put it in a box” and that could be “tough” to do if other customers come in. I had arrived at 8:00 (the store closes at 9:00) and there were no other customers in the store so translation: the employee didn’t want to do any work. I had already driven 20 minutes out of my way (40 minutes round trip) to go to that location because of the type of console I was trading in and would have to do so again if I want to complete the trade in solely because the employee working tonight was lazy. I won’t be doing that nor will I be making any future purchases from this or any other Game Stop location.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful GameStop is still around. Old games, new games, and get your used games. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love going there and seeing all the games and toys. My daughter would buy out the store if she could.

Negative experience: Buy a new controller and a warranty and the controller stops in 6 months and they give u used equipment to replace even when you buy brand new equipment. This controller has scratches and food in the creases. But it does work. Nasty and won't be buying equipment here again.

Negative experience: Worst GameStop I’ve ever experienced. Was told I couldn’t use my warranty on a purchase from three months ago. So I double checked at another store and the warranty actually was able to be used.

Negative experience: Scam of a place, sold me a used Xbox s, barley used it so I decided to return it. I never used the controller in the box as the buttons were sticky, now they're telling me they can't take the controller they gave to me when I bought it. Why sell me the controller if you won't take it back.

Fantastic experience: Picked up a Pre-Owned PS5 controller while they were such a good price. Gentlemen behind the counter was nice, I actually managed to beat my order by a minute, was handed a controller and left. Realized I hadn't checked the item and discovered that it hadn't been sent to their return center for cleaning and had a terrible smell. They apologized for the inconvenience and made sure to give me the best possible condition controller they could. 10/10 and will be back for any other needs.

Negative experience: This location is nothing more than a bunch of thieves. Sold them a phone for a gift card and the card was empty when I went to use it. Don't waste your time at this location go to a different gamestop.

Positive experience: The store was great. I visited for a limited release item. People lined up outside for a couple hours. About an hour prior to acceded opening an employee came out and presented us with the rules for how things would go. It was very timely and fair. Definitely worth standing out in the cold. Once inside the process was pretty fast, but they limited the amount of customers in the store to 1 per register. That meant everyone else was out in the cold that much longer when they could have been inside shopping. Overall it was a great trip. Got what I wanted and more.

Negative experience: I've been a pro member since 2012 and this store made me never want to enter another gamestop, dont advertise pc games on your website and then not have it or make a big fuss when I come in to get a pc game. I had my phone grabbed out of my hand by an employee without my permission as well. Not a good experience and I've been trying to give this store a benefit of a doubt for the past year but this last experience was the last straw for me. Gamestop has lost yet another customer.

Positive experience: 2/22/2020 this is the 2nd time that I've been to this Game Stop store. I was greeted as I walked in the store with a friendly hello. I thought that store was well organized and I could find what I was looking for pretty fast. However, the prices seem alittle bit high on the used games. The store did have lot the really good games.
