Fantastic experience: Staff is very energetic and nice
Negative experience: I know there is an older guy with glasses that works there which he’s really chill but there’s a nerdier looking guy in there and Im not sure what was up his butt but he was very rude to another customer buying a video game. First off he didn’t sell the game for the customer in front of me and was being very rude about it. The customer was very nice about it and he just started raising his voice at him. Not cool at all, need him fired that’s not how you talk to someone especially a customer!
Negative experience: If youre wanting pokemon cards I wouldn't look at Gamestop, they are overpriced AND looks to be resealed.
Negative experience: This store is always absolutely dreadful to stop in to. They do not take no for an answer when they ask about signing up to their pro membership and just repeat how its basically free over and over, as well as the insurance. No I don't want $0.99 insurance on a 15 year old game that costs $2.99. The same game didn't even work when I got home. When I went to return it the employee Iche (always annoying and rude to deal with) stated I could only exchange it since I was outside of my 7 day return. I then showed him the receipt that said 15 days for defective items to which he replied "yeah the receipt is wrong". I ask for a manager and then magically he is able to "make it work" before the manager got up front and provided me a refund. Very sleazy customer service. Absolutely no wonder these stores are always empty when I go in.

Positive experience: Went in for one game and came out with another game because they Didn't have what we were looking for
Negative experience: This is not a bad store but its not great either. Went to trade in 2 switches and 1 Xbox. The 2 switches went fine but the Xbox failed to connect to the stores wifi, so they wouldn't take it. It was 740ish at the time. Employee said their wifi was bad and I could go to the store 15 minutes away and it might work there. I commented it closed at 8. Worker said no. Closed at 9. So we drove to that store just to fine it closed. I went to the other store the next day and traded in the Xbox with no troubles. Took less than 5 minutes. Overall the experience was kinda sub par. Felt like I was being jerked around for no reason. I probably rate the store one star higher if I hadn't been told the other store was open, just to get there and find it closes.

Negative experience: Called your store to ask about a game that got stuck in my system he told me not to yell at him your weekend crew is horrible and I just want to let you know that the game is now downloading because I had to tear my PlayStation apart and he told me to look on YouTube cuz he doesn't know what he's doing. And the game is scratched so it will not work in my system so I will be returning it tomorrow or either a non-scratch one or refund.
Negative experience: Paid $10.99 for same day delivery and order was not received by the time they gave me of 8:00p.m. On 04/11/2026, could not get in contact with anyone to follow up and track the order. Just leaving my review as proof that the company did not honor their same day delivery window that I paid extra price for. If you were to ask me, this is a prime example of a breach of contract and poor business practice, the service sold was not the service received.
Fantastic experience: We stopped in and bought some second hand stuff and a few accessories. They guy who checked me out were great. It was so nice to be taken care of by someone who isn't miserable and hates their job. Super refreshing.

Negative experience: Came in for the midnight release for the switch 2 that I had already paid for I got in line waiting for an hour. Shortly before midnight a frequent employee came out through the line very quickly asking people to come in if they had their pre-order finalized but did not explain. When time came when I was about to go into the store they would not let me in and said that my pre-order was not finalized,still did not explain and told me to get in the back of the line very rudely,at that point I just had to leave cuz I was very angry. Since the GameStop by me went out of business this is now my store and I have to drive quite a bit to get there and almost every time I get there I'm treated with attitude/poor customer service an half of them don't even know anything about video games it seems
Negative experience: i bought a xbox one Ac brick power and i was very happy my dad bought it becaude ï had good grades and it was 50$!!!!! very overpriced and when i opened it, it was broken ï was very sad and i didn’t get to play with my friends and i’m scared to talk to my dad because he knew that it was gonna be broken and a im teenager snd don’t listen sometimes, my dad said game-stop is terrible and lost your business when we were at gamestop we got rushed very bad customer service, my dad bought me one from amazon that i can return if it was broken, and they don’t have return policy very bad. I hope none of this happeneds to you guys dont recommend coming here.

Negative experience: I've never liked GameStop. They will lowball you on anything just so they can turn around and sell it 10 times the price. You go in for a used controller, and you'll be forced to buy a brand new one that they probably bought for pennies. Just go buy a brand new and if you're going to sell it. Put it on eBay at least you'll get the money

Negative experience: I’ll drive out of my way to go to another store.The staff always makes you feel uncomfortable and not welcomed.The looks you get when you’re there or the body language the staff just makes it a overall unpleasant experience.

Negative experience: I used to like GameStop but after Matt ische sold me a bad working ps5 in a brown box with a bad disc drive while being guaranteed it’s tested and working. Im calm and patient but I won’t be doing business with GameStop ever again.
Negative experience: Bad interaction with an employee. I had this multiple times with this same employee. Today I came in asking about Black Myth Wuhan and anticipated release. This guy had no idea and was very condescending. Not cool.
Negative experience: This particular GameStop is dreadful. They scoff and shoot you dirty looks when you return a game because you didn’t enjoy it. You have to remind them about the pre-order bonuses. Then they won’t stop pestering you while you peruse. And don’t even get me started on that abhorrent stench inside.

Negative experience: I love that you can go get store credit or cash for your old games. But they have changed their program again. You can no longer get your $5 monthly credit in the form of credit to use on your choice of gaming system. They are now forcing you to spend it on store each month. We used to get a gift card for our Switch every month and save them until a new game we really wanted came out. I have canceled the renewal and won't be giving the company any more of my money.

Negative experience: 1/23. The first staff member I talked to was super cool but unfortunately I was rang out by a not so cool one that added an extra 14.99 for a magazine subscription without My ok! I noticed it on my receipt and when I called to ask for a refund he laughed at me and refused to make it right and claims he told me and I got what I asked for. We will see if corporate cares about its customers more that this location does. 1/24. One year later and after being assured a refund and my card would not be charged again, I got charged for it again and never reimbursed. Luckily I payed with a credit card and they’re taking care of it. GameStop is Crooked from the top down.
Negative experience: As soon as I pull up they see my lights. Run to the door and close all windows. I call 3 times for them to finally answer and say they closed early to technical difficulties while they are playing on their phones. I even knock on the door for them to look at me and look away like no one’s there. What an absolute joke

Negative experience: The staff at this location is extremely arrogant. Went looking to purchase some PS5 controllers which were advertised online to be $49.99. In the store they were marked full price. I asked the store associates about it and they behaved as if I was wasting their time. They kept repeating how the prices online were different than in store. Additionally when discussing colors, one guy stated the listing online needed to specifically state the controller as "metallic red". The controllers aren't named "metallic", it's Volcanic Red and Cobalt Blue. If one is to behave so arrogantly, one should certainly know the proper names of the merchandise. I ended up purchasing two controllers, in the colors I wanted, down the street at Best Buy. Their controllers were also advertised at $49.99 online. The in-store prices matched the online listing with no fuss. I won't be returning, and will seriously reconsider shopping with Gamestop in the future.
Negative experience: this review is not for this location, it's the customer service phone number you call for help! Horrible customer service. was on the phone trying to place a order after waiting for a call back. Then the line gets disconnected and I never receive a phone call for the support agent. so no my order didn't get placed, and the item I was wanting is more than likely gone seeing how the item only had a few left at that point anyways. the website was down and not letting any order go through. 1 star for the customer service phone number call center!
Fantastic experience: The store was amazing and had a lot of used and new games for multiple sytems.
Negative experience: Purchased a used PS4 controlled wouldn't charge, took it back for another one, this one won't hold a charge, never shopping with Gamestop again.

Negative experience: They have roaches , I ask them to make it right nothing major just a unit sealed roach free I was calm I printed email I already sent so I didn’t have to explain at the I try to be discreet as possible I left car detail appointment return they wanted to give me another used unit even know he admitted allegedly bugs getting in from a restaurant 2 doors down cause they closed & now mind you I just sat the letter & unit down left to my car to get detail not taking any changes no type of accommodation and they selling units with ROACHES even showed them my home security footage waste of my time cause they know they got roaches

Negative experience: Took a console in for a trade in I had bought from them 2 months ago. Came with a controller. When I went back they told me to USB connecter was making a bad connection. I NEVER US3D THE USB CONNECTOR. Long story short they labeled the whole console as defective which they sold to me in the first place! I will NEVER buy pre owned or anything else from gamestop period. No winder why it's a failing company. Don't even know how to thoroughly check their used products before selling

Negative experience: Holiday tip they are lining up down the center of shelves in front of cash register there are no signs and if you ask the manager tells you with a rude tone to line up in the middle even if customers not ready to check out are blocking the isle he will have an attitude.
Negative experience: I was meeting somebody there to trade my xbox one for their ps4 and I had asked if we could test the systems in the store just to plug them in and make sure they turned on and the dude there that was more of a heavy set dude was very rude and wouldnt allow us to do so. Even offered 20-50$ just to check and they still refused. Dude said the store was too busy when there was only 2 other people inside that werent even at the front desk yet.

Positive experience: The employees are great, but stock is pretty sparse as of right now. Not just a lack of consoles and controllers, but games as well. There is only a fraction of what you expect to see on the shelves for each console, and can be difficult to find something to spend your money on.

Negative experience: Went to this location to purchase a controller. The associate that helped me told me there were 2 in stock, one new and one used. I opted to buy the new one only for his coworker to tell me he can’t let me make the purchase because he has to save them for Black Friday. GameStops lack of inventory is not my problem but if this how you treat customers all over a craze, well I’ll just continue to take the trip across the street to Target where they won’t make you wait to Black Friday. Not wasting another trip on Black Friday only to be told your sold out at the time lol. Also poor customer service, wasn’t even greeted while waiting smh. No acknowledgement for customers entering the store.

Fantastic experience: Encouragingly knowledgeable staff and Amazing Savings! Found just what we were looking for and they inform me of the specials going on. With our three Nintendo switch trade ins we were able to get both games and an additional PlayStation classic and still have money to burn. I'm going to take their advice from now on in regards to trade-in deals and offers. I would definitely recommend trading in newer games to get other ones you want to play before the value depreciates on the title
