Fantastic experience: Hard to find good service in retail. I had an Apple TV that wasn’t working but Reece fixed it, and didn’t give up trying to help me. He let me know about a promotion and I ended up coming back to get a good deal on a trade in later that day. GameStop earned some repeat business today. Thank-you Reece.

Negative experience: Customer service was awful, The two ladies that work there need an attitude adjustment. Don’t work in customer service if you’re going to be rude to your customers. Slamming doors and getting snappy at questions being asked is not necessary. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

Negative experience: Not only are they overpriced, but staff will lie to you about Pro Membership perks to make a sale. Anything for a buck! Plus, they won't price match. Literally no reason to shop here.

Negative experience: Purchased a used game on Nov. 15. Employee forgot to include the disc. Email support told me ‘sorry about your luck,’ calls to the store went unanswered after 9 attempts, and corporate phone support told me I would need to drive 2 hours back to the location to try to resolve it. Just sharing so others double-check their purchases. Apparently, if they mess something up, they’re not going to do anything to fix their mistake.

Positive experience: The people that work behind the counter are lazy and gross. Princes nose kept running and they kept wiping the snot away with their hands. Not washing their hands or using hand sanitizer afterwards. I felt disgusted grabbing my receipt from them.

Negative experience: Terrible experience every time I've gone in there. I went in today to trade in some controllers and despite showing the guy the website showing the trade value (it even tells you that the quote is good until end of day) he puts in a completely different controller and tells me its $1 instead of $16. The guy working there (red head with a beard) was rude the entire time and when I asked to speak with a manager he just said why and got an attitude. I ended up just taking my stuff and leaving while he told me to "get out there's plenty of other places to sell your shit". I will never go to this store ever again because of that employee despite being a GameStop customer for over 20 years. I both emailed and called corporate which is something I've never done in my entire life. I would never want anybody to have to deal with the employee I worked with (again male red hair and beard). Completely unprofessional and basically just told me deal with it while lying about the trade value.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a few GameStops in the area and this is the best one by far in my opinion. The store always looks great and the service is fantastic. Everyone that’s helped me here is so nice compared to a lot of others where it seems like you’re bothering them by being there.

Negative experience: I went to buy a switch and a game (Pokemon: Legends of Arceus). I bought the switch, no problem, but when I got the game, I came home and checked it (note that I'm over an hour away from this store), and there was no game. I went to return it to a different store and got my money for the switch but couldn't refund the game since there was no game. So I went back to this store and tried to get a refund since they still had the game. I was told there was nothing they could do and was told that a manager would call me to figure it out. 2 days later, and still no call. I tried going to submit a refund through the gamestop app, and again, they couldn't do anything. This was a pain to go through and a waste of my money and time. Do Not Come To This Store for anything related to a switch. They will disappoint.

Negative experience: Went there 11:30am 6-8-2025. Girl behind the counter was nastier with me than anyone in my life, at a business at least. Sadly, I didn't catch her name. She seemed to be the only employee on duty, was very short, very petite, and extremely plain looking. I asked her if something was in stock, and it wasn't. I asked her if the nearby store had any and she told me they don't give out that information. I very calmly and politely asked her to tell her bosses that I hate them withholding information and she went bananas and started yelling at me. I turned and walked away immediately, her body language and tone of rage made me think she was going to come out from behind the counter after me. As I walked out the front door, she was still yelling at me. I'll never go to any Gamestop ever again, and I recommend you avoid them too. This nasty girl with a rage problem should be avoided at all costs. Dear Gamestop, I do not read replies to reviews but feel free to respond into the abyss if you choose to do so.

My first visit to this actual location and the young short lady, apparently the only employee was very knowledgeable and helpful while multi tasking multiple customers and tasks. Positive experience: I had purchased a SteamCard for my son for 200.00, which did not work. I knew they would not help me at store level I phone the 800 number on the back of the card, I waited online for 30 minutes and no answer. Not a good way to do business. I spend 200-600 per week at this store. I guess I need to find a new source for his game cards.

Positive experience: I frequent this GameStop with my husband, and it's always a pleasant experience. The only drawback is that they've changed some things, such as pre-orders, to being online only. It's not with everything, though, and they usually have many options available. I did once run into an issue with a pre-order where there was only a 2-hour availability window, which did not make me happy. They do have many game choices available for purchase, both pre-owned and new, for PS4, XBox One, and Nintendo Switch mostly. They also carry many gaming consoles, accessories, and portable gaming consoles. Last time I heard, they were also accepting old smart phones for trade-in credit. Also, if you like memorabilia from various TV series, movies, and games, as well as T-shirts, GameStop carries an extensive collection. If they do not have something in stock at this particular location, they will search for it at the other locations and online for you, and you can order things to be delivered to your house.

Negative experience: Not a fan of this location. Stopped in to pick up a PlayStation controller which are understandably secured to the wall. Employee continued talking to someone about a new toy line the entire time I was in the shop (I browsed the aisles to give them time to conclude their conversation) I had already looked over everything and went to the front to wait for service but after a few more minutes of not even being greeted I walked out. I don't mind friendly employees chit chatting with customers but at no point was I asked if I needed help or given some much as a welcome. Definitely won't be back when there's cheaper and closer options.

Negative experience: I went to trade in my PS4 but the guy over there said they don’t accept PS4 from outside the US because it might be regional locked, whatever that means. He didn’t even bother to check and put the serial number in the system. I went to another gamestop and they checked the serial number and took it without any issues.

Negative experience: Prices have gone up and merch quality has gone down. They used to have so much amazing stuff and now they hardly have anything in there it's very disappointing. This went from a 5 star store to a 2 star store and that's just because the people are nice

Negative experience: The app said they had several XBox's in stock. They didn't have them and we were given multiple reasons as to why they didn't have them. Everything from "the app is wrong" to "we might have them but every shipment that comes in has to quarantine for 4 days".

Negative experience: Stay away from this place. Bought a copy of the witcher 3 wild hunt complete edition and after beating the game tried findng the dlc content the disc comes with and come to find the disc i was sold isn't the complete edition version.

Positive experience: I like this location they are friendly and helpful. It has a good selection of games and merchandise. If they don't have it they will find it. The only thing is that some of the used games are only a few dollars cheaper than new. It's next to Wal-Mart. I was in the store while a boy and his mother were shopping for game systems. They had no clue and the staff was being super helpful explaining all the details, showing different age appropriate games and prices for everything. After 15 minutes the family said thank you and left without buying anything. I said to the worker that he had just put in alot of work not to make a sale. He said it happens all the time. That people want to price compare with Wal-Mart. As I was pulling out of the large safe parking area I saw the mother and her son walking from Wal-Mart back to GameStop. Good call GameStop guy. Lol

Negative experience: After several experiences with this store, I can say today will be the last. Went to sell my spare Xbox one here, and they gave terrible directions to the process which required me to drive all the way back to my house to install an update after formatting my console because their in store internet connection was "too slow to complete the process" after they told me to just format it and bring it in. If that wasn't bad enough, I went back today to return a game my wife bought as a gift not realizing that we had already bought the game before. That part went smoothly. Then I started discussing some games with another customer in the store, and one of the employees disagreed with my opinion on a game, then before I could reply he rudely turned his back to me and acted like I wasn't there. Totally unprofessional. I'll be making a point of going to the GameStop closer to my work instead of this store for any purchase I plan on making. Avoid this store if you have a choice. Most other area GameStops have great, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees. This one is quite the opposite.

Negative experience: I went in there to buy a Nintendo Switch the other week. When I bought it I got NBA 2k19 with it. They didnt tell me that i need an SD card to play the game. Also when I bought their over priced screen protector I was expecting it to actually stay on my Switch. Less than a few days later the screen protector started allowing bubbles in. Now they are showing up more and more and no matter what I try I cannot get them to go away. Probably the worst gamestop I have ever been to. Oh and it was the gamestop employee who put my screen protector on
