Fantastic experience: My first time coming and the people are super nice the cards are priced at market which is nice and they have plenty of inventory which makes shopping fun and enjoyable. Plus a wide variety of things. It’s a great place for trade nights

Positive experience: I was excited to patronize this store. I’ve watched YouTube channel for a while now. Great selection. Fair pricing. It felt very unwelcoming though. Never had any staff speak to me during the 30+ minutes in the store browsing. Checkout took a really long time due to the task of gathering the games for the customer in front of me. Then I had to remind the staff member to get our game as he assumed it was in the case already and it was not.

Fantastic experience: I purchased a Nintendo 64 and a dreamcast, got home and found out they were having trouble reading games. Took them both back the next day and the staff were very lovely and helpful, cracking the gamecarts open to clean them and helping diagnose the issues. 10/10 would highly recommend, great customer service and great people, if you have an issue with your purchase hope is not lost! Just keep the receipt ;)

Fantastic experience: Super great experience start to finish! Been watching the YouTube channel for a while now, from Phoenix Resale to this one. I took some things up there to trade in that a typical game store wouldn't take and they were happy to make me an offer on it! Also got to complete the remainder of my Silent Hill collection, which is always a bonus! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted even though they were busy going through another trade. I turn right and it's genuinely just wall-to-wall videogames for every console imaginable. I was asked if I needed anything and I let them know I had some stuff in the car but was just wanting to see what I wanted before I brought it in. I wasn't asked several times if I was still good, which is a HUGE plus for me as it made me feel welcomed and not rushed. I found a few grails I was looking for to complete my Silent Hill collection, so I grabbed the box of trades from my car and took it up to the desk. They inspect and test every game right there in front-of-store, which lets me know they genuinely care about what they're taking in. A little ways through, Caleb comes in and was talking with the people helping with my trade, spit-balling some new stuff for the business. I thought that was also super cool because you'd typically expect an owner to be a little more secretive with strategy. I would've said hello to the man that inspired me to pick up light reselling so I can fund my own collection, but I didn't want to be a bother because it's gotta be stressful overseeing so many facets of the business AND filming content for it (so hello, Caleb, if you read this one! Super cool store, it was worth the hour drive by a mile!). They give me an offer which I thought was WAY more than fair, so I took it and bought Silent Hill (PS1), Silent Hill 2, and Silent Hill Downpour with my trade credit. All in all, local businesses like these don't just deserve success, they deserve to THRIVE. QuickFlips has created an extremely welcoming and calm environment where everyone who walks through the door feels welcome and NOT ripped off. It was super great to see that it isn't just all for show for the cameras, and THAT is the biggest reason why I believe QuickFlips will continue to thrive. Say what you want about reselling/resellers, but the fact that both gamers nostalgic for a little bit of the past and resellers have a place like this to go to in Kentucky is a God-send. Keep it up, QuickFlips team!!! And to anyone that actually read all of this, open the YouTube app on your phone and sub to the QuickFlips channel!

Positive experience: It's alright. Selection is rather poor compared to the other shops around Lexington. I wouldn't bring anything here because they will give you less than D.A.C. or GameExchange and turn around to charge more than the others. The old guy with glasses creeps me out because of how he stares at me with a vacant gaze.
