Negative experience: Dropped preorder without notification of receipt or cancellation. Item is now out of stock across the company and value has already near 25% rose. Don't bother buying cards here since they can't do the standard of letting you know the item is now in stock. Staff likely kept it as same staff already openly said while I was preordering that they buy and hold items as they go out for after market resell.

Negative experience: I preordered Tears of the Kingdom, went to the store to pick up the preorder plaque, but the employee claimed that online preorders would be shipped alongside the game. When the game arrived, it didn't have the plaque, and customer service rep said that the plaques weren't being shipped with the game; they had to be picked up in store. The employee either lied, or didn't have a basic understanding of how preorders work.

Negative experience: I guess they just like to lie at this location because I asked if they had a copy of Hogwarts legacy and the employee told me it didn't come out on PS4 until April. When I looked online it had come out on the 10th.... Im sure it had something to do with politics...

Fantastic experience: This store is awesome. Nicole, Madison and Michael always have a smile on their face. I consider them family since I'm always stopping by 2 to 4 times a day. I know it sounds creepy but I do work in the mall and you never know when they get in all the amazing action Figures I need or want. Along with the chase funko pops. I really appreciate them all. Here's to happy hunting.

Positive experience: My son went to sell his Nintendo Lite. Girl working in store was very nice , and we agreed on $99 for trade-in value. My son purchased a Nintendo Switch in exchange. While we we talking an employee (Guy) came and changed trade-in value to $90, without any communication, when no one was watching. I walked out the store and realized what he has done. Went back in to see how/why he did that? He said I communicated the price change with you... which none of my 5 family members heard. He was lying, as he is quite loud. I asked to take my console back, as my 11 year old son was mentally prepared for $99 trade-in. Store employee (guy) working there refused to return it. He said you have already signed the paperwork, and I can't return your Nintendo lite. Mind you, you don't see the paperwork till signatures are completed on the electronic sign-pad. Update : Changing review from 1 star to 3 star because district manager called me and offered to sell me Nintendo switch back for $90. Very impressed with how responsive District Manager was! I went back to store, paid $90 to purchase it back.

Fantastic experience: As a pro member I get to enjoy my games and apparel at reduced pricing. This makes getting new games and apparel more resonalable. Being able to use my saved points towards these items makes it worth having my pro membership every year.

Negative experience: Great customer service...they take time to suggest items, explaining others (usually to parents doing their Christmas shopping, so their kids are not with them to serve as advisors) Although, they seemed understaffed for the Holiday Season, especially since it was the last week before Christmas.

Fantastic experience: ok so I ordered funko pops from this location and I hut around for them quit alot and this is one of the main places I go to and one they couldn't find one I ordered and they spent 20 min trying to look for it and the fact that they did that ment so much to me because some retail places won't even try and the employees who worked their literally stopped what they were doing and focused on honing the funko pop and that is what I call customer service the best people around by far, thank you so much you guys are the best

Fantastic experience: Originally my experience in here was ok, I asked for help and an employee was helping someone else but aknowledged me. This employee asked another associate behind the counter for help as he was helping an elderly couple. I saw the employe behind the counter look at me and then piddle around for a while. I stood in the same spot waiting for help for about a half hour. I left when the employee behind the counter proceeded to go to the floor and help another customer. I came back a while later when my fiance got off of work after I told him about what had happened. The original person (Chris) I asked for help was free by this time and has went above and beyond to help get me the game I was looking for. He looked up and called several stores to locate what game I was looking for. Without Chris I would not have given this location five stars.

Positive experience: Great place for games. I would give them 5* but they have a bad habit of giving you two bucks for your game and turning around and selling it for twenty. that is a huge mark up. though they have a great selection of used games at cheaper then what you would by them at retail for. and dont get me started on how the game companies loose out on all that money though. you ever wonder if not for places like gamestop buying and selling used games, then the manufacturers might bring in more money and then sell the new games for cheaper? hmm.. but still a great place for games.

Negative experience: Preordered the new keys go eevee deluxe bundle late October for my daughter for Christmas then had to go out of town. Went in today (December 4th) and was told they didn't get enough in and weren't sure if they would get them in time for Christmas. How could you not have enough product for people who preordered?!? They offered the standard edition but obviously I'd lose out of the perks of both the preorder and the deluxe features. Im beyond mad. Seriously hoping it features in before Christmas or im gonna go off!!

Negative experience: I had a few games placed on hold during black friday sales. Got confirmation email that it was available for pickup. Went in after an hour drive, 30 minutes of parking, and another 30 minutes waiting in line, got to the register and they told me they cannot find the games. Disorganized and dishonest is not good business practices.

Negative experience: Scam Artists. I was told by a long blonde haired gentleman named KENNETH that if I bought new Call of Duty Black Ops 4 figures that I would get exclusive in game skins specifically for the new BLACKOUT mode. I thought about it a lot and believed him because he insisted they weren’t supposed to tell customers about it, so I gave in. I bought two of them which were $20 each. He pleaded and explained why it was such a good purchase. Tonight I entered the codes and turns out it’s only a calling card for online play. That’s it. In fact you can only use one code for it to work at all. I got played and turns out these guys will do anything to get a sale. Not worth it. Go to the GameStop off of 121 and Ohio they are much better and don’t scam.

Positive experience: Not the best looking Gamestop I've seen, the place can also get more crowded then it needs to be in a small time as well. Collectiables aren't as far as in between comparing local gamestops from where I live. If you have no other options, then go ahead otherwise, its middle of the road

Fantastic experience: Amazing, interactive staff that are so kind. I came into the store looking for something and they immediately asked if I needed any help, and directed me to the item that I was searching for. The store isn’t very big, but for a mall it’s impressive and pretty big. I recommend shopping here :)

Negative experience: I bought a preowned game console for my nephew. Due to some unforeseen situations, I couldn't visit him to give it, so came to gamestop to return the console. I did not even open the box they gave me. Since I came one day late of the return policy, they refused to refund me. I understand they have a policy, but its just one day delay! I usually support brick and mortar shops mainly for human interaction and jobs, but next time I won't come to gamestop. I wouldn't hesitate to buy consoles online where there is better consumer support and empathy.
