Negative experience: The staff are very rude not only to customers even they are trying to sabotage other stores in the mall as well . I heard them multiple times they are talking bad about other stores , very unprofessional!

Positive experience: Small location within Triangle Town Center. Usually has good stock. Staff will help, but you'll need to ask for their time. They do deals on collectible cards from time to time, but usually nothing major on Pokemon or those type cards. I find the selection of used games to be less than some other locations. Probably just because the store has a smaller footprint.

Negative experience: Dont come here, 12/13 waited in line more than 30 min, guest how many people in front of me? 1. There is time and better to be flirting, people are spending a mot money to be waiting for you to finish your girl talk. P.s. the girl with black hair and glasses

Negative experience: Store manager Douglas Hudon called my 12 yr old autistic son “Stupid”, Doug got very aggressive when I questioned him as to why he said that to my son. Doug approached me very aggressively and tried shoving a paper in my face! Videos on Facebook!

Positive experience: This tiny Gamestop really lacks stock. Nothing from before 8th gen, very few used titles, and not much merch. It's a small location, though, so I realize it would be hard to get much in here. In the end of the day, it's just a GameStop, and if you're looking for those recently released AAA titles, you'll find them here.

But overall it was ok found injustice 2 for Xbox one new for twenty bucks for my friends b day that was awesome store was ok found what I needed it's game stop results will vary indeed.

BUT, when I stop in to buy something and tell him that, "No, I'm not interested in buying anything else today," I don't need to be asked, "Are you sure you don't want anything else?" three or four different times. I understand that's part of the job, but pushy sales people are a pet peeve. Also, this Gamestop is in a mall. I know that bothers some people.

Fantastic experience: This is one of my favorite gamestop locations. Tabitha is usually working when I visit and is super friendly and helpful. She doesn't shove all their special deals at you when you first walk in like some places do, and makes conversation while you're browsing if it's a slower day. Only downside is this location is pretty cramped. It'd be cool if they moved to a slightly larger location in the mall.

They once gave me a promotional Super Smash Bros, for Nintendo 3DS poster when I preordered it because they messed up my transaction. Great store, see you soon. P.S. It's really easy to get rare amiibo at this place too!
