Fantastic experience: Store was good. Area was kinda nice. Plenty of product in shelves

Negative experience: We have gone to this store twice to try and trade in our systems and have been told that they "might" have time and make us wait 15-20 minutes before telling us that they can't do the trade in. This was two separate employees that did this, so maybe it would be helpful to implement a policy that they don't do trade ins 30 minute before close or something.

Negative experience: Not good, workers are creeps. Just keep looking at you but not asking if you need help. Need new employees

Negative experience: My 10-year-old son and I decided to stop by GameStop to check out their games and their Pokémon cards. we walked into the strongest smell of marijuana that could possibly be. The entire store smelled like pot and the guy behind the counter didn’t even lift his head when we walked in. I told him wow the store smells like marijuana. He never looked up. He just said yeah there’s a Papa John’s next-door so it smells like that. I haven’t had a chance to use any air freshener in here. Still never looked up at us I said man it’s so strong. We’re gonna have to leave. He said OK thank you. He never never looked up off his phone. He had dark hair the only one working and this was about 730 on Tuesday. Horrible customer service, and an absolute shame that you can’t even take your kid in the GameStop, which is supposed to be a fun place for kids as well. We won’t be back.

Negative experience: went to trade in my PS4 to purchase a PS5 as I do not need both. Apparently they have a policy that says they want the HDMI cable or they will charge you 15.00 for one. I said take it from the PS5 box. In short they lost a $450.dollar sale for a $2.00 cable that they would get right back but said company policy won't let them.

Negative experience: Lived near this store for a little over 4 years now. I call and Noone knows how to answer a phone. As soon as im in store buying something and the phone rings they stop ringing me up and answer the phone.

Positive experience: I had an outstanding experience with Atlas at the GameStop on Capital Blvd (not the mall location). While waiting to pick up my order, I was drawn to the Funko Pop wall. Atlas was busy with a tricky trade-in, but when she noticed I was waiting, she opened another terminal to assist multiple customers. She was incredibly patient, helping a child left alone in the store, reminding them about a subscription renewal with care rather than pushing for a quick sale. Once it was my turn, Atlas handled my pick-up order and collectible purchases efficiently. She listened to my complaints about GameStop’s holiday issues without any rush or dismissiveness. Atlas’s multitasking ability and compassionate approach really set her apart. She took the time to connect with three very different customers while maintaining professionalism and warmth. If more employees like Atlas worked at GameStop, the company would be in much better shape!

Negative experience: If you are trading in games be very careful. A man with glasses tried to pull one over on me and take my games without trading them in. When I called him out he just got a nastier attitude. Please check your receipt at this location. They will try to take your stuff for free.

Negative experience: The cashier was too busy with his Apple Watch to help me. I stood at the register for a good 30 seconds before he would look up and ring in my item. He had no problem making eye contact and speaking to my boyfriend, though. I was the one purchasing something, not my bf.

Positive experience: Good place but didn't have what I needed

Negative experience: Condescending, unfriendly, and possibly sexist staff cost this location 1k+ in sales today from us. I sure hope the man that came in after us, whom you completely ignored us for, bought plenty. I’ll take my questions and money to another location. Management, you might want to retrain the long-haired gentleman you have working the counter before he dismisses more potential customers as not worth his time. Happy holidays.

Positive experience: Good location from a product availability perspective, but my experiences have been annoying. Several times now I've bought games and the people working either actually spoil the ending or give me a rundown of all the bosses. Why would I want that? Obviously I haven't played the game since I'm buying it, I don't get how that would be an invitation to talk about the game as if I've already beaten it. I'm probably going to avoid this location now because I don't want spoilers for games literally as I purchase them.

Fantastic experience: Young man Malachi is one of the coolest dude in this game stop. After having hands down one of the worst experiences at the game stop in Triangle Towncenter I came to this one that’s been around since I’ve been a nice school and honestly has never let me down. I would literally do everything I can to avoid Triangle town if at all possible and just make the extra five minute trip to this game stop and talk to one of them instead. The management service at the Triangle town has to be one of the rudest I have ever encountered and unfortunately in the game stop area they are known as being the rudest. So again I would like to think this one for restoring my faith in this company by providing wonderful customer service.

Fantastic experience: The addition of a strong store leader (Aerial) has bumped this location up to a 5, where it was previously a 3 (former store leader has 3 guests myself included waiting for over 30 minutes while we hung out in the store unsupervised.

Fantastic experience: I bought a refurbished iPhone, while trading in my old one. Shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition in the new refurb packaging. Saved money and got a free pop vinyl as a bonus around Halloween.

Fantastic experience: Of course, if you know what GameStop is then you know they have all kinds of cool stuff, not just games. It's even a great place to go if you just wanna talk about games, comics, anime, ect.

Negative experience: The GM here is rude. Telling lies about MUST PURCHASE WARRANTY In order to Order the new console BUNDLES we already don't want . We just want the console .but more so this Location needs a GM who doesn't lie to its customers who are already buying your bundles giving you money.

Fantastic experience: Went in here a about 30 minutes after they opened on Thanksgiving. There was a line, but everyone was greeted and told where the line started. An employee was going through the line and taking orders, filling them, and having them ready for when we got to the register. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, which I thought was great as they were taking the time to answer questions and help each person as if they were the only customer in the store.

I recently bought a game and was given the wrong disc which I didnt notice until an hour later which by the time gamestop had closed. I called hoping someone would answer and Glen picked up and was willing to stay open for me until I got there to exchange the disc (he wasn't the one who made the error). Glen is what makes this gamestop feel amazing - I highly recommend this location and if you get there with Glen working - it makes that experience that much greater

Had an employee spend a good amount of time looking for a pre order bonus when I got there late for the night release. No one mentioned it that went before me. He offered a replacement but eventually found it. They took care of my bo4 pre order when Triangle town center mall's Gamestop was flooded so I was able to get it on launch from there.

Negative experience: I called this specific GameStop yesterday because I needed help registering this Brand New PS4 with Sony I brought. Someone told me to come in and they could help. Walked in and no one could help me. Told me to call Sony. I had the Sony registration pulled up on my phone,& I brought the PS4 box in and all. Wasted my time. How you work at GameStop and not be fully equipped in all aspects Just because I didn’t buy the warranty from y’all doesnt mean your staff shouldn’t be fully equipped in all areas. That $322 dollar PS4 I brought from you all so you all could of been more helpful. Lazy!
