Negative experience: Will not be coming back to this location as it is always something!! They seem to be closed more than being opened. Today i went to the location at 2:20 and sign on the door said they are closed from 2:30-3:00 yet it wasn't even 2:30. I had to go to a different location out of the way for my purchase.

Fantastic experience: very helpful and knowledgeable, did a trade in and was one of the smoothest experiences I've had in a long time.

Negative experience: This website says 12 the lady in the shop said they open up at 2pm in the afternoon. I don't understand. I think I'll just be driving 6 miles to the gamestop that opens in a reasonable time.

Negative experience: Clerk with ponytail was extremely rude and thought he was important by not allowing a return that should’ve been taken back per corporate policy. He thought he could create his own personal return policy. I called Customer Service and they allowed me to return the item and also provided me with a a $25 gift card for the inconvenience at the store, so it worked out to my advantage anyways. Regardless after this ridiculous situation I will never set foot in another GameStop and I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Stopped in 8/16 in the evening with the kids and took a look around. The two gentlemen that worked there asked multiple times if we needed any assistance. Asked my kids what games they liked and offered recommendations that were actually kid appropriate. While we weren't there to get any new games, I really appreciated hearing good advice that was for their age. I knew most or already owned the ones they suggested so I just wanted to say well done and I appreciate it.

Negative experience: Website said $13 cash offered for defective HTC M8 so I go to sell it to them girl with the gauged ears say only $5 because the screen on the bottom right had one of them black spots from the screen being stepped on.. (defective sure as advertised to buy for $13 I took it to Kroger phone recycling kiosk they gave me 10 for it. Kiosks offer more than electronic and game stores just an FYI

I noticed that most of times I'm there, not all the games are in their original case or come with an instruction booklet. The cases are unappealing and it makes it difficult to find what your looking for. Overall its okay if you know or have an idea of what your looking for.
