Negative experience: Was closed with a note on the door , left at 2:40 be back at 3:40. I came to spend a bunch of money on trading cards. Actually drove from Dayton after looking at their inventory. This is horrible business. And you have the audacity to try to sell me a discount membership. For 25 a year you get 5% off. Thats not a great deal. Kinda forces you to buy from them. And they do things like this a close in the middle of the afternoon on a busy beautiful Saturday.

Negative experience: The only reason it's getting a 2 is because some of the employees are personable. I can't believe they closed the Winton GameStop to get more business to this one. It's half the size, they have no games, only collectables, it smells like a comic con and a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament rolled into one, and it's dirty. There's no space for the stuff they actually have. If they had actual games the smell would be tolerable, but it's a glorified collectibles shop now. And you can't walk 3 steps without bumping someone. The only time it's empty is when they lock the doors during business hours to do God knows what. Corporate said and I quote, "We want people on the tristate area to think of this GameStop when they think GameStop." What a mistake that was. Y'all really closed every other GameStop to consolidate us to this virgin hell hole.

Negative experience: Worst GameStop bar-none. Constantly understaffed, which I know is more of a corporate issue but God damn. Anytime I come here (within their hours btw!) the door is always locked or someone's on a break or the phone won't pick up. Consistently annoying ️

Fantastic experience: I want to say this was an amazing store thanks to an employee named Tim. I have autism and a lot of confusion and questions. He never got frustrated with me, or pushy to get me to buy something I didn't want or need. It means a lot to have an employee like that and I hope he is treated well!!!

Fantastic experience: We love this game stop! The workers are always so helpful and super nice. . They were so helpful even with games and systems not in stock. I highly recommend for any gaming system questions, or game searches that you can't find in other stores.

Negative experience: This place never picks up the phone. Continuously lets it ring and won’t answer on purpose when you call with a question. Seen employees intentionally ignore calls. If you don’t like your job, don’t work there.

Fantastic experience: Most GameStop’s I’ve been to are subpar with the employees I encounter, but this location is actually pretty good. The employees are pretty chill, one dude I think his name is Austin or whatever. Was very nice and helped me info. Would visit again.

Negative experience: Redeemed a multi-use gift card for a GameStop gift card to put towards Xbox Gamepass. Went to check out and was told 3rd party gift cards/subscriptions aren’t eligible for gift card use so now I have a GameStop gift card I’ll never use.

Negative experience: Don't buy your systems or games here because if you buy a brand new system like a switch if the controllers go out or your system goes out the warranty said that it will replace it for a new one but now they are saying you can only get used stuff and return of your brand new stuff this is the most crappiest company for their warranties I've ever seen I would recommend going somewhere else to buy your game systems

As one employee shouldn't ruin it for all but my son & I are knew to the whole gaming atmosphere; with that being said we needed some assistance the internet said a game was available here go there to find out its not. This employee acted as if we should know everything. Other than that could be a little more organized.

Negative experience: I went into the store at 8:40 and was told by the worker that he was helping the last customer even though there was still 20 minutes until the store was supposed to close. When that customer left the store at 8:45 the worker locked the doors.

Positive experience: I don’t know what the smell was… but please invest in plug ins, because it recked havoc in there. However, Morris has great customer service. Right before he closed (maybe a second over) see the store he allowed me to switch out my power cord be the original one I purchased I guess had a shortage. To us gamers that was a big deal.

Negative experience: Tried to call the store to check on a product, but got the automated answer that the store was experiencing technical difficulties and to try again later. Drove to the location to find all the lights on including the open sign, but the metal gates were closed. Double-checked online and in the store window; says open till 9 PM, but it was only 7PM.

Negative experience: Store decided to close from 3:30pm to 4:30pm in the middle of a Sunday. Sounds like an understaffing issue. All stores in Cincinnati seem to have this problem. I feel empathetic for overworked employees.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I live in Harrison, OH and we have closer options for Gamestops, but we ALWAYS go to this one. We truly enjoy the inventory here, but most definitely love when Austin is working, because he is always super knowledgable as well as friendly. He has given us honest feedback on games that we weren't sure about and guided us to purchase a game that was better fitting for our needs. This location is a solid 10/10, and we think that Austin is a wonderful asset to your team there.

Fantastic experience: Stopped into the store today to purchase the new Call of Duty. John was super informative on the different versions and made sure I purchased the version (standard) I wanted. He is like a walking book when it comes to video games, was able to provide information about upcoming releases and black friday deals. Very satisfying experience at this Gamestop.

Negative experience: Rude employees. One (John) was playing on his cell phones rather than helping customers. The other hanging out with her friends instead of helping customers. John assistant manager provided wrong information when asked when I could pick up a released game. He said eight so I came back at eight then told nine. These are reason why GameStop is losing business to online sales, and best buy.
