Positive experience: I wish I could have a better review for you but upon check out was completely disappointed with customer service. I was told you get a promo card per $15 spent on Pokemon go card product. My son And i spent over 15 each on one transaction and when I asked if we could get a second promo card for my son I was blatantly told "no" for inventory purposes. Pretty pathetic and/or discriminatory. If you guys are that worried about a Pikachu promo card on your inventory rather than giving them to paying customers you all have some serious problems or you have a really misinformed badly trained worker. Thanks

Negative experience: I just want to thank the rude cashier for complaining about my PS4 and trying to take money off of the trade before he even took a the time to check it out. I would definitely have had sellers remorse.

The young guy helping us was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the games and anime that duder is in to, he had a great experience! We will be going there instead of the Western Hills Plaza location.

Positive experience: It didn't have the virtual reality for the Xbox One I thought the one was the virtual reality that can hook up to Dean Xbox but cannot the one is $400 and it's the console itself no virtual reality has to buy their own games and everything else and not one to the Xbox One would be badass though if they had virtual reality for Xbox One and not have to go out and buy another system so the virtual reality had video and hands that UCA that is all white as $400 but they got a generic one that is 300 but don't come with everything you want so virtual reality is a zone system you have to buy all the other games and it comes with like three other games which kind of sucks cuz you're starting all over again

Negative experience: Gamestop is nothing but a company full of crooks and thieves. They are all about the mighty dollar and could care less about cheating customers especially long time customers.

Negative experience: The Glenway Crossing location will sell you broken, busted, scratched up used games that don't work. Then act like they haven't a clue why they shouldn't be sold. Nor have any idea how to professional clean a DVD. Nor why a scratched up disc would be an issue. They sold 4 games out 5 that looked like a cat or power tools had ripped them apart. Intentional incompetence at best, bordering on lazy fraud at worst. Stay Away from this store.

Fantastic experience: Customer service with Timothy in store was fantastic. He quickly resolved my issue from there online store. Now the online store we may never ever order from again. There customer service was a zero star. We ordered a bundle game system for black Friday and got it around xmas.(after we requested to cancel) calling multiple times about delay on there end do to system coming in contact with hazardous chemicals. We still dont know how that happened but they refused to correct issue and send new one. There hold time is horrible. My wife was on hold so long (45-to hour) she would just call and put phone on speaker. And at times it would hang up making her start over. Asking for manager was same she waited over 40 minutes for one. I work in a call centers and know it can be bad but this was ridiculous. Then when we get someone it's hard to understand stand them or you have to repeat yourself to to language barriers. I'm pretty sure they outsource there jobs. And dont get me wrong this would not be an issue if i could just get decent help. Overall I'm going to try to always use instore only if I can. Game stop needs to do better.
