Negative experience: Do not come here, I called ahead and told them about my Xbox one system even explained I had cleaned it of bug debris thats half a decade old. I just needed it repaired for a possible hard drive corruption they said no worries we'll charge $60 just bring it in, I said ok cool. I go there 2 weeks later to drop it off and a guy in there tells me he can't take it in because of the bug contamination while scratching his palms, and I'm like what do you mean and when I asked where do I go else he said he doesn't know? I feel disappointed this wasted my time driving all the way out here. 4/30/26 around 1:40pm.

Called ahead and Izzy at the store hooked me up super awesome I needed a PlayStation Vita so I could prestige with my girlfriend in Call of Duty Black Ops Declassified and they came in clutch with not only a PS Vita but a fine selection of models and colors for the sophisticated gamer no doubt! I grabbed a metal gear solid lookin special edition vita, pink DualShock 3 for the PS TV so I can stream to the FullMetul YouTube, then a Bungie Marathon dualsense 5 controller for dire marsh (got them Traxus contracts ya dig?), Captain America Xbox controller for Fortnite (marvel mode ftw) and Rivals we are gaming good so happy this store is here they have all the gaming and tcg needs you could have!

Fantastic experience: I took my 13 year old animal crossing 3DS XL to this small repair shop due to its glowing reviews. I was kinda nervous dropping off my only handheld console in the hands of a stranger, but he was so excited to see my DS and I immediately felt comfortable handing over my prized baby to him I got a text it was done right as I got home (1 hr drive) which was pleasant but also completely unexpected because I was expecting to wait like a week. The right trigger works great, circle pad looks wonderful, AND I got the hinge fixed so now it doesn't scream like a dying animal whenever I open it. Thank you Harrison and team !! I love your mission of sustainability, and your trustworthy, enthusiastic attitude. Thank you for taking such good care of my console, and I'll be sure to come back for help if I need it in the future !

Fantastic experience: This place is great. It's a small little spot with A LOT to offer. I have been a few times. The guy and blonde girl who work there are fantastic. They let you do your thing while in the store without hounding you. I bought a few Pokemon cards at a great price. If you live or are visiting the Green Lake area, stop by, you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Previously bought an iPad here as a gift for someone last year for a great deal and it has worked great since. However, I am writing this now for an even better service from present time (today). Brought in my SNES model of the 3ds to get fixed yesterday because it had bad damage on top screen ever since a flight home a long time ago. Proceeded to get a text 23 hours after drop off that my DS was ready to go. Went to go get it and looked fantastic. Was then informed they put in a new battery for me (and then didn’t charge me full price for it at the end). Oh, also asked them to throw in a charger since I couldn’t find my own that I was willing to pay for. They tossed it in for free. I was adamant in tipping for the amazing service but they were insistent I don’t and they didn’t have the option. I then looked at their really niche (great) collection of ds games and grabbed an original copy of the ds version of Harvest Moon for $20 while I was there. This is a place I will be regularly visiting for hopefully a very long time god willing. The staff is amazing, service is impeccable, and I cannot recommend it enough. Wrote maybe 3 reviews on google? This one is the most deserved :) 10/10 bring your business here Also as any sort of collector/gamer with a vibe for retro stuff, you MUST come here just to look at some of the consoles and games they have!

Fantastic experience: They fixed my Fat PS3 and let me know the likelihood of it being unfixable, but they tried loads of methods and updated me along the way. Took about two months for parts to ship and labor. Now its working!

Positive experience: Review Update: Continued testing the Quest 3, found some apps just don’t open. Factory reset it multiple times and just couldn’t get it to work right. Also, comparing to a new Quest, found that this one seemed to be rooted as the bootloader was unlocked. Was able to return for a full refund. Original: Purchased a Meta Quest 3 of which I found from their Facebook Marketplace listing (purchase was made on 12/18/2025). It was a 128 GB model with the Elite head strap and extended battery. For a list price of $350, seemed like a good enough deal, so I purchased it after some brief testing. In store, they briefly charged it up to get it to turn on and showed how it boots and is usable. After further testing at home, I discovered the extended battery itself doesn't charge at all. Attempted to charge it overnight with no update in status to the battery. Since they have a 2-month warranty, I immediately contacted the store through Facebook, e-mail, and via text message. It wasn't until 2-days later when they finally responded to text message. Since it's the holiday season, I wanted to make sure they were open on 12/23- no response, so I headed to the store again (~50 mile drive). Thankfully they were open. Arrived at the store, informed the employee of the situation, they verified the USB-C charge port was busted. They attempted to replace the battery pack with a Quest 2 pack, but they are not compatible. They opted to replace the Elite strap with the standard strap, which was not acceptable at all. They state the price didn't reflect the addition to the Elite strap, however, local sellers for the same Quest 3 without the Elite strap DO go for around $100 less. This is where I have an issue with their business practices. Mind you, it's been 5-days since I purchased the item and when I asked about the return policy, since they weren't going to either replace or repair the Elite strap, the return was either 100% in store credit or 70% cash back, which I would agree it would've been fair had I just wanted to return it for non-repair/faulty equipment. I would've lost just over $100 just to return faulty equipment! I would've been ok if they attempted to make an actual repair on the battery pack for the elite strap or offer a full or even 90% refund, but 30% loss on my end is ridiculous for faulty equipment.

We were there a while because I brought in a lot of things, and over the course of being there several other customers came in. The staff was friendly and helpful to every single one of them, and you could see that they genuinely wanted customers to be satisfied. In the end, they offered me what I thought was an incredible fair deal for my items. They will be at the top of my list for any future buying/selling for any of my gaming needs.

Fantastic experience: If you own a Nintendo Switch I'm sure you've been through the hassle of realizing that something has broken and needed it repaired only for Nintendo to tell you "ship it to us and that'll be $99 minimum...". I decided to try ReLoved to avoid that and support a local business. Best decision I could have made! Harrison couldn't have been more kind and fixed the problem (joy con rail issue) within a couple of days at half the price. This will be my go-to place for tech repair going forward for sure!

We had only 2 days to repair it before they had a flight back home and needed to return it to their brother. They fixed it fast it was done the next day. Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I have purchased a Wii and most recently a PS4 here and we will absolutely be coming here to continue building our collection. Highly recommend. The staff has outstanding customer service and everyone is treated so kindly. One of our Wii remotes did not work when we got home and they exchanged it no problem, and when we got the Wii they gave us a free controller. Their prices are unbeatable. I have been to several different independently owned game stores and none have ever been as wonderful as ReLoved. From a couple who loves gaming we highly recommend everyone check them out, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I had walked in and asked about getting my Switch repaired. They first said it was gonna be two hours. A walk around the neighborhood and I went back 45 minutes later and they were done. I ended up getting some games I was looking for too. My second visit I was greeted with a warm welcome back from the man who fixed my system. Great staff, easy going, honest feel to the whole store and staff. Worth checking out.

Fantastic experience: Recently gave Harrison 4 PS4 controllers to fix drift issues. 2 of them was from an older edition of PS4 and 2 of them was from the new. All four controllers had their drift issues fixed and Harrison was even able to add a hall effects to one of the controllers. Appreciated the service and keeping these controllers out of e-recycling for a reasonable price, highly recommend him for your gaming repairs and needs!

After checking out the store which is great with great prices on handhelds, unique games, and systems…we asked how long it would take to fix our 3ds xl and Harrison said he could do it before we left town. Fantastic experience: Been coming to Reloved for about a year now. He's helped fix ALL the stick drift on my PS5 controllers and also fixed my PS5 when it was having an overheating issue. Haven't had an issue since and i always feel the quality of the repair justifys the price
