It’s closer to my house and now I have to drive to another location . Just wasting my gas at this point..

Fantastic experience: I called ahead to the store on University Avenue, and Lily answered quickly and politely, answering all my questions clearly. I then went to the store to pick up the game that I had asked about, and found Lilly had held one of the two copies of it for me, without me even asking her to, and was ready to check me out from the moment I walked in. Though I decided to further browse the games available and Dakota helped me find games and recommend some to me and made casual conversation with me and the other customer group in the store, tipping us off about the clearance section. Both of these employees should be highly praised, it is apparently that they have legitimate dedication to their work and they both are positive, professional, and friendly. It was by far one of the best experiences I've had with any store, and I left satisfied and with a smile on my face.

Fantastic experience: This Gamestop is my go-to! Jayton is excellent, Lilly and Braydon along with the rest of the staff are also phenomenal. These guys go out of their way to make sure that things go smoothly and help you to find products even if they're not available at this location! I have never seen anyone have a single legitimate issue with any staff at this Gamestop. I've actually never seen anyone have ANY issue here besides a few disgruntled people in line for pokemon drops. These people made claims that things were not done fairly after showing up too late for the drop, ending up waaaaay too far in line, and then felt like it was everyone else's fault and responsibility to get them the product they wanted. Definitely not the staffs fault or anyone else's but people have difficulty accepting things when they don't get what they want. I buy pokemon products to rip and collect with my kids and now with Gamestop limits due to scalping they actually have to come wait too if they want products. So people being upset and wanting to throw tantrums is crazy to me when 1)My kids beat you to the line and waited for their product like everyone else and 2)literally I'm the only one (besides 1 other person) who gets in line with their kids for product while every other person in line is a grown adult. Most likely they're scalpers but idc that's their business, just don't be mad when actual collectors get in line before you and get the product, that's how lines work and staff going off of the order of the line in an orderly fashion is not them doing anything wrong. TLDR: STAFF HERE IS AMAZING! JAYTON IS A SPECTACULAR EXAMPLE OF A STAFF MEMBER WHO GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND! HIS WHOLE TEAM IS FANTASTIC! DON'T BLAME THE STAFF FOR YOU NOT MAKING A DROP OR RELEASE!

Negative experience: Probably the most unorganized GameStop I ever seen. I toured across the country I have never seen such a badly ran establishment. I visited this place a couple weeks back to purchase a Razer PS5 controller, the sticker price was fine by me. Only to get to the register and the cashier says it’s actually $40-50 more. Then he blames his management for not changing sticker prices. Unacceptable behavior, learn to change sticker prices before ringing them up.

I am a regular to this establishment, and encourage other gamers to do the same. The facility is always clean and well-organized. The business is located near quite a few other establishments, including fast food businesses and other specialty shops.

Negative experience: Called 10 min before close to see if they had a switch lite bc online it said it was available. Keep in mind I live right across the street from this game stop so it would’ve literally taken 2 min maybe less to drive there. Anyways, this dude answers the phone, “thank you for calling GameStop WHERE WE CLOSE AT 8, how can I help” I was polite even though that wasn’t needed and hung up. I don’t know what you’re training your staff but that was the worst attitude I had gotten in a long time and it’s hard to tick me off. Treat people better, This is why people prefer 806 games.

Negative experience: call to check on a game console told me he would check on it and be right back to the phone left me on the phone on hold for 7 minutes and never came back and then no one would answer the phone for over 2 hours after that won't be bothering with this place ever again
