Fantastic experience: Great nice guy good deals

Fantastic experience: It is a good store for people that love video games.

Negative experience: Denied from doing the Trade-In event as they need an ID per person. The manager was making up excuses for each rebuttal. Do not recommend at all.

Negative experience: Love how the return policy is not explained until you are trying to return a device, Tyler failed to mention anything to me about the return policy and maybe had he educated me on how the PS portal works I would not have bought it in the first place. Horrible customer service experience, the manager Dustin just informed me that policy dictated and there is nothing that can be done, I asked about store credit for something else, all he kept saying was he couldn’t do anything and his hands where tied behind policy and offered to buy back for a whopping $36 so that can resell for $169, there is a reason GameStop is failing and this is a big part of it, no education given about products they sell and management is given no authority to do anything according to Dustin. Needless to say I will never shop at GameStop again. Sales and customer service are horrible!!!

Negative experience: Lilly upfront was infuriating. Took forever to get a simple sale done and couldn’t even explain anything to me and didn’t ask any questions that would’ve ultimately sped up the process. I’ve sold many consoles here and this was a horrible encounter. Very incompetent woman.

Negative experience: I used to love GameStop. I was given a piece of hardware as a gift and it died about 20 days after I got it. I tried to return it and the guy behind the counter was nice and seemed apologetic, but he said his hands were tied because there was a 15 day return/exchange policy unless I'm a GS pro member. So, unless I pay you extra money, I can't even get a 30 day defective device return. I tried calling GS customer service, and since they said they are the manufacturers of the device (subsidiary of GS), they didn't have any manufacturers warranty either. It's no wonder they're going under and closing so many stores, this is an absolute terrible policy. Unless I absolutely have to, I won't be shopping with them again. The employees are always as helpful as they can be, but their policies are ridiculous.

Positive experience: I always like walking through here. I went in for a game and had to look at everything. Only draw back was that the guy that rang me up wouldn't take no for an answer that I didn't want to join their rewards program. I had to tell him 4 times I wasn't interested. Still enjoyed looking at all the cool stuff.

Positive experience: It's busy as expected for the holidays, but one cashier makes it hard to want to wait in line when I can. Just order elsewhere online. Sad reality but the truth. 28 minutes to get through the line to buy a set of headphones.

Positive experience: Fair selection, knowledgeable, but not especially helpful employees. Small space, so it's a little cluttered and compact. Store is busy enough that one more employee would allow both registers to operate and 1 person to assist with customer questions, but lack of space doesn't quite allow this.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service. Came in to return a game that is completely sealed. I tried to show my order number from my gamestop account but would not even look at it. Then I went to another gamestop store and returned it with ease. That bearded guy treated me like a thief when i have all the proof of purchase. Wasted my time and treated me unprofessionally.

Positive experience: One of the very few shops at south plains mall doing favorably well. It's just your average GS with games and stuff they all carry. Drop in because it's the only game store left at SPM as far as I know.

Positive experience: Seems dated. I dont want to buy toys or T shirts. Try selling table top merch. I'd probably buy dice or miniatures.
