Fantastic experience: It seems like a odd thing with all the online tech we have but going into a store to buy the things we enjoy still brings a smile to my face. Friendly staff who share a common interest always makes for a better experience and the staff is excellent here.

Negative experience: The worst Game Stop I’ve ever been to. I hate that this is the closest one to me. I’ve been by this shop multiple times and they have the door locked and won’t let customers in or aren’t even open. For example I pulled up to the shop today at 3:15 and there are people inside talking but the door is locked and they just looked at me and didn’t acknowledge me. But I’ve tried to shop at this location maybe 10 times now and I would say 7 of those times the door was locked and I had to drive to a different location. At first I thought it was a shortage of staff but they are in there not letting people in. Needs better management.

Negative experience: Not open during posted business hours. Drove 30 minutes to town specifically for this and just to be closed!

Negative experience: This company is evil and corrupt. I cannot believe how the my fondest memories of going into a GameStop as a kid have been shrouded by the walking corpse it has grown into today. I bought a ps5 edge controller to use on my PC and PlayStation. Well the controller isn't fully compatible with the PC so I wanted to return it. Nope won't do it because I opened it. I HADNT EVEN USED IT. I just opened it to feel it. Because I opened it, it's no longer "new". I'm sorry how the hell am I supposed to feel or try out something before I buy it if I can't return it if I don't like it? They need to be reported to the BBB this is insane. Screw GameStop. Shop online or local business only.

Negative experience: Sign at door said “taking a break for 30 minutes”, after waiting for 30 minutes we went to Walmart to pass the time. When we got back they were still closed and a group of people were at the door waiting for it to open. Worker came by unlocked the door passing the group of people and closed and locked door behind him. Worker then went to his car and left. I am very upset of the time and way that I waited for it to open.

Person was rude while im trying to explain to him that im double checking it and kept interrupting. Why answer the phone if you're just going to put the person on hold multiple times to end up saying a 1 word answer after 10 seconds. Horrible service

They make sure the customer leaves with what they need and nothing they don't, despite GameStop corporate policy. Wil continue to do business here, even if it is a premium to Amazon and Best Buy rewards clubs respectively; because the treatment here is worth it.
