Negative experience: Offered me $60 for a switch with two extra controllers lol no wonder all the GameStop’s are closing down

Negative experience: I see this one is closing. Been going to the video game store at Lenox as long as I remember since the 90s. Will miss it.

Positive experience: Nice and very friendly staff !! Just wished they gave me more for my system that I traded in going towards something else. I knew my system and games and accessories was well over $350 . They didn't give what should've been given for it. Was disappointed on that.

Fantastic experience: Daniel and the guys run an awesome store! I came to trade in an Apple Watch and some games, but ended up buying cards to get graded as well. Everything was super smooth, however, it’s probably time to change the carpet.

Negative experience: Bought a pre owned ps4 slim 1TB... looks like someone used sandpaper on majority of the system. Controller has been connected to the system via cable provided and hasnt been able to turn on. Why arent the systems and equipment thoroughly checked for function before selling it?

Negative experience: I want to just let everyone know that Gamestop is already FREAKING Stingy but these Mall locations are even more stingy. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY ZERO STOCK like normal and every Item you would hope to buy is freaking OVERPRICED. They have some DS consuls, which aren’t usually carried by a GameStop and they’re all at original price and they’re all used so like 300$ a pop. The cashier must’ve been mad that I was purchasing a 3$ item and he started pressing me to purchase the pro membership, which is an absolute rip off because I don’t shop at GameStop anymore because of their stupid prices. The membership now is 25$ and it used to be 15$ a year. I just don’t have a desire for GameStop anymore because of these interactions and how they are ripping off their own community.

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience with GameStop's Limited Pokémon Card Release I recently visited a local GameStop Lenox Mall during the release of a highly anticipated Pokémon Prismatic Super Premium Premium Collection set. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite GameStop's policy of limiting purchases to one per customer, I observed multiple individuals purchasing more than one item, effectively reducing the number of fans who had a chance to buy. This practice undermines the company's stated goal of ensuring more fans have the opportunity to experience these exciting releases . When I called Assistant Manager "Johnny" to express my concerns and request the contact information for the district manager, he declined to provide any details. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to address customer concerns was disappointing and unprofessional. GameStop's recent policy changes, including discontinuing pre-orders and implementing purchase limits, were intended to combat scalping and ensure fair access to products . However, the inconsistent enforcement of these policies and the unhelpful attitude of staff members suggest a need for better training. As a dedicated Pokémon fan and collector, I expect retailers to uphold fair practices and provide transparent customer service. Regrettably, my experience at this GameStop location fell short of these objectives.

Negative experience: Went to trade in an Xbox series S for one with more storage and the one I received was still logged in to the previous user and had the incorrect hdmi to be able to use the Xbox series s to its full potential

Negative experience: Called the location and the female assistant was very rude. I asked about a game and the female assistant literally just said WHAT like she was annoyed and had me on hold for 30 minutes. Do not go to that gamestop.

Negative experience: I haven't been to this location in years. Came here to find a particular product. They didn't have it, so I asked if they knew any other stores that had it. The associate said no. I asked him if he could check. I shouldn't have to ask someone to check. Managed to get the product on hold at another store. However, another associate tells me to just buy it online. Unless no other store has it, I'm not ordering it online. My next problem, the smell. It smells like vomit in there. I had to hold my nose the whole time. As soon as I walked out, I felt like I was going to be sick. I don't shop at Lenox a lot, and I certainly won't be coming back to this location for awhile.

Negative experience: I was told I HAD to get a GameStop membership in order to buy a used Steamdeck, even though it had 2 prices on it. A members price and a non members price. The cashier insisted I couldn’t buy it without a membership. Then why does it have a non members price on it?

Positive experience: Had 1 of the 2 games I was looking for. But ok otherwise

Sadly, the Tucker store is now a shadow of its former self. Amazing staff at Tucker several years ago is no more. Go to Chamblee.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and poorly trained . Game stop is enforcing a policy that is not known to customers. The return policy is completely different from the return policy on the receipt. This is a billion dollar company they can’t afford an update? Daniel the manager is a rude person that lacks customer services skills . I don’t know what happen to this location but it’s going down hill and fast . The worker Jakema didn’t know the policy he was about to give me the refund . So how would I know that an open item can’t be return within the given time frame . I will never shop with game stop again. I called corp they had no idea what to say and said the district manager would call me in 72 hrs. Let’s see ! This is beyond wrong !

Fantastic experience: Great customer service from the associate I interacted with yesterday, knowledgeable friendly, and had charisma... Natural born retail associate... truthfully he should quickly be promoted and kept happy and satisfied before he finds another company that will do so!! He made GameStop at Lennox Mall look outstanding yesterday

Fantastic experience: I stopped in game stop while in the mall and even though it was about to close i still found the game that I wanted and got it really cheap as the cashier informed me of coupons that I had to use. Great customer service and an inviting atmosphere I will definitely be back to shop here again. Stop in and get your favorite games here.

Positive experience: It’s cheaper to buy old used games from obsolete consoles here than online, but typically cheaper to buy new games elsewhere or digitally. It feels like GameStop is more geared to merch now. Shirts, keychains, bling bags, etc. there’s more non game items than there are games haha.
