Negative experience: Can’t even ask a general question. Ole boy (lightskin) with the sagging pants was on his phone the entire time while I was asking questions. Should’ve went and asked the tall guy with the locs. Just rude.

Negative experience: Poor attitudes, vulgar language, and then they get bothered when a question is asked - this describes my first and last time shopping in this location. You’re in the wrong line of work if helping customers is something that’s a bothersome task.I visited this store on 02/14 to inquire about a game being in stock - not only did he keep his eyes on his phone while shaking his head no. He didn’t want to check other locations. By far the worst experience ever at a Gamestop
Negative experience: drove 30 minutes just to see they closed their store 30 min earlier than stated online. I just wanted to pick up my order. Very dissatisfied.
Fantastic experience: I needed a hand with some customer service issues (due to a purchase from a different GS store) and the awesome store associate (I'm sorry, I missed getting his name!) here helped me out really kindly and was understanding of my concerns. Thanks for the smooth experience!!

Negative experience: Waiting in a line that ran outside of the store all for the ONE associate and apparently she was a manager/key holder because she came out to lock the doors and say “I hadn’t shopped for my own kids I got stuff to get” is CRAZY she knew she was on schedule to work she knew she hadn’t shopped for her kids either WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PAYING CUSTOMERS BTW so why agree to work a shift that your gonna leave while customers are STILL WAITING. Furthermore one associate for Christmas weekend is CRAZY as well Atleast 6 MINIMUM should have been there to handle the type of line that was waiting to even get in. I’m soooooo disappointed ! Never again. Never going to recommend because this was MY FIRST visit to this location. & it will be my LAST.

Negative experience: Literally went there yesterday at 7 and noticed the doors were closed. Online their hours said open til 8 so I gave the door a pull to see if maybe it would open and then pushed it to try going the other way just to be sure. The store employee there walks up to the door and starts angrily yelling at me through the crack in the doors saying that the doors are closed and that I need to stop pulling them, which I only did like twice cause I thought something was wrong. Confused, I told him their hours say that they're open til 8. He yelled again angrily saying that he was doing something with the register and that I needed to stop pulling the doors and stormed off with literally no other explanation. I can understand if you need to count the register man and you perhaps were the only person there at the time but don't scream at me for simply trying to get in when I didn't realize what was going on. It was honestly the rudest customer service I've ever seen and I've worked in retail for over ten years. Y'all lost my business forever because of that.

Negative experience: Bought a brand new controller. Didnt work at all. Brought it back the next day to exchange. Wasnt given a receipt, and apparently theres NO way to pull up a previous transaction without a reciept or account. Which i know is 100% false. You have the ability to pull up previous transactions. You only had two of those controllers and you could have easily checked when one was sold yesterday and verified the seriel. I only wanted an exchange for a completely unusable controller. Instead i had to just waste money and time on a second one cause you guys cant take the time to provide some service.
Negative experience: They have no existing customer service. Literally been trying to speak to someone since I place an order for pick up on Dec.7th.
Negative experience: very bad attention, without education. the worst place to take your child or yourself. there are much better places than this rude mousetrap.
Negative experience: Disrespectful and discriminative. My husband and I walked in and we were not acknowledged I guess the heavy set guy conversation was more important. Soon as a white gentleman came In he was acknowledged and was asked how his day was going. I immediately walked out!

Positive experience: Came to this Gamestop around lunchtime. I browsed for a few of minutes and inquired about their selection of figpins. The gentleman that was there told me that they just don't get too many of what i was looking for i did find 4 that i didn't have and proceeded to get register to complete my purchase. The guy seemed a bit short at checkout and i did feel somewhat rushed; however, when I left I realized why. When I went to the food court and returned, the shop was closed for lunch. Even though he was short staff I did feel that he provided good customer service.

Negative experience: This game stop system shut down o us while purchasing items and that was disgusting and disturbing and the manager went home know the store system was very messed up and took his friend to cash him out over me as a customer, I will never shop in this game stop again.
Negative experience: I went today and the lights were on, but the doors were not open. It was around 12:30 pm by the time I got there so they were supposed to have been open, but there was no sign on the door saying they were out and they’d be back. I waited till 1 and still no one came. Great look GameStop!!!

Negative experience: I called them ahead of time and asked if they had a specific game. They said it was in the story, but after sitting in traffic getting there, they did not have it. They made me waste an hour of my saturday because driving there and back because they either lied or were too incompetent to understand my simple question. Infuriating

Negative experience: If I could rate this GameStop zero stars I would. I went in at 6:05pm to trade in my console. I was told by the staff who was doing absolutely nothing that he would hit take a trade in AN HOUR before they close. When I went in on Sunday the manager had told me 30 mins before close. Not only was he rude and arrogant but irked me to complain or do something about it. Horrible customer service.

Negative experience: Don't waste you're time at this location. I place a online order for a game that according to the website had multiple in stock and got it at a deal. Got the email saying my order was ready, went to the store got in line behind 1 person then notice a sign for pre-paid order pick up got out of the line to stand at the pick up station and waited. The employee was having a nice long conversation with the person that was in front of me and after waiting 10mins finally ended the conversation but instead of helping me went to help the next guy in line who came in after I did. When he did finally come over to me he looked for my order, checked the system and said "oh, you're order was canceled because we don't have any left" I said "excuse me I just got an email stating it was ready for pick up" he said "oh well, if you want I could order it for you if you want?" I needed it now not in a week. I called a different location they had it but would not match the price I payed online. I work retail and understand how it works but that was the worst customer service I've ever had.
Fantastic experience: The cute young lady at the desk was very informative and knowledgeable. Made our purchase easy and quick. Still waiting for my notice for the PS5 lol. Clean store and with the pandemic in effect, I felt safe. Thank you GameStop staff.

Fantastic experience: Daniel helped my family and I when we went in on 01/19/2020. A little before closing we came in to purchase a game and to retrieve points from the app. However, the system was not working properly, he continued to do all he knew to assist us. Not once did he get agitated by it being very near closing time, Daniel helped us to the very end. We are so grateful customer service still exist. You made our 7 year old very happy.

Negative experience: Horrible customer experience! I called to see how much I could get for an Xbox One Original model w/ 500GB HDD and I was told 160$.I repeated "one six zero cash for trade in?" and he replied "Yes". I get there and after plugging in the Xbox he says it needs an update before he can accept it and that they're internet is so slow it could take hours. I took the Xbox home to Woodstock, updated it, removed my accounts and returned to Perimeter mall. After confirming it was updated and the accounts were off he said that I would get 50$ for it. I told him about my phone call (and I confirmed it was the same store by calling the number back and hearing their phone ring) and he simply said "No, it's 50$ for cash trade in". No apology, no explanation of why he said 160 earlier or anything. In my opinion, the 2 guys working there have no business in a customer service role because they are woefully inept at dealing with customers in a respectful, caring, or professional way. Neither of them were wearing name tags but this was on Sunday June 16th between 1pm and 4pm. I will not be returning to GameStop because of this experience.

The store employee was very clumsy with the items.. dropping them slamming them upright to scan the barcodes.. he then proceeded to put them in the bag and again dropped them on the floor. I canceled the transaction after seeing he left them dented and scuffed up. I left unhappy..

Fantastic experience: The manager here was amazing. He held a few items for us before Christmas just because he said there will be a better sale the next week. When I came in, he had it all and for the much lower price that he stated. Overall one of the best customer service experiences I've had in quite some time.

Negative experience: Customer service means everything. Leave your attitude at home when you come to represent the job you work for. I came in to purchase a game for my son and don’t know who the young man was at the front register but he had no friendly customer service in him. I asked if he was ok to try and jolt him out of his mood but got the response “I’m straight” with no smile no nothing. I’m big on customer service won’t come to this location again.
