Fantastic experience: I had a great experience helped me check out immediately.

Fantastic experience: This place is the example of professional knowledgeable and quick service. I've been to a lot of GameStops and this one tops them all each of their staff members is highly knowledgeable and areas that I needed questions asked. They take care of customers quickly they stick to the point and make you feel as if you are being taken care of. If they were surgeons they fixed the patient.

Negative experience: Tried to buy 2 new games and they tried to give open games at full price say there new just open then wouldnt give me a full refund.

Negative experience: Since when are items at GameStop, more expensive than anywhere else?!?! $75 for a PS5 Controller that is $60 at Best Buy or $55 on amazon. I’m so confused… I thought this was a discount store lol

Negative experience: Well it was ok felt that the young men I spoke to with were upselling me to the point that I just bought my stuff and left . I asked for a refurbished ps4 instead I got a used ps4 I returned it and was given what I asked for. But the upselling should be a bit calmer.

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST GameStop in town! Perhaps all of Kansas!! The staff is always friendly and willing to help find the gaming items I'm looking for. They are NOT pushy with regards to the sales they are expected to make They, instead, help me see what options are available and at what cost and let ME make the decision! Robert, Nate, and Rachel do an amazing job of getting to know their customers, making sure their store is a clean and friendly environment, and that each of their customers feel welcomed! I look forward to seeing more staff come back on a regular basis, because the whole team there have the same mindset! Cannot rate this store high enough! Go see these guys for all your specialty gaming needs!

This store is awesome with their employees willing to help me find new games to try and helping me acquire any specific game I may be looking for. As much as there is online to purchase, I will always start by going here first to try and find what I need. Love this store.

Fantastic experience: Besides the Xbox 360 Lego videos games and old school Nintendo, I didn't know much about video games and these people were more than happy to help with my stupid questions. The amount of money spent on video games and those little five nights at Freddie dolls was a lot but I can't imagine how much would have been spent if everything was bought brand new. Btw, I never had issues with the scratched disc's except for after they were played with by my own children, their friends and even myself, and not put up correctly. I believe they even have a warrenty on everything you buy. You make money selling your old gaming stuff here, but you won't make as much selling on Craigslist or elsewhere. If you are selling your games to pay for rent or bills, go elsewhere. If you are not playing with your games anyways, I suggest bring them here. Not sure what these people give for gaming stuff nowadays but they buy older gaming stuff too.

Negative experience: Worse gamestop in wichita, all they employees are snobs for no reason lol no lie

Negative experience: I use to like this store and never had an issue until today. In 2018 I bought my son a PS4. It was used and came with a warranty. So fast forward 6 months, I had an issue and returned it to the store and a nice gentleman exchanged it with no issues. He placed a gamestop sticker on it and said if I had any other issues with the new one, to bring it back. Okay so today I brought it back in the same store and the employee named Robert , said I did not purchase the ps4 from hane stop and got it somewhere else. Okay, remember, I did not buy new, I bought used. So whoever sold the ps4 to gamestop probably did buy it someplace else, but that isnt my problem. I asked him to look it up in the system to see I got it from them and he refused. I called customer service and they were no help either , said she will send me a receipt to take in the store. How will this help me when Robert claims I didnt buy it from them. Thanks Game stop

Negative experience: Was grabbing a movie from store across the way, and wanted to ask a question. The clerk working had 2 people ahead of me, yet failed to acknowledge my presence as he was chatting for 20 mins with a customer whom seemed to be more like a friend, because before I got fed up both the clerk, the customer, and another customer go in the back room. I worked retail for 10 yrs, and I've never treated anyone with such disregard, disrespect one of the most appalling experiences I've dealt with, and will not go back to this location!

Negative experience: Bought some headphones that were supposed to be new! had a lot of static and the mic was clearly defaulted so we returned and got the same pair from target and then we knew for sure the other headphones definitely had been opened

Positive experience: Always like me some GameStop, hopefully I can land a PS5.....fingers crossed.

Positive experience: Place was organized and clean. It was a pretty quick trip, in and out. Pre-ordered a game for my husband for his birthday today. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because they only had one person working there and had just opened and they were very busy. They answered two calls and helped two customers in the five minutes I was there. They handled it very well and was helpful and polite, but it showed poorly on the business that they would set their employees up in a way that they didn't have the proper staffing support.

Negative experience: I've been a GameStop customer since they first opened. With that being said I am disgusted by the policy of not taking cash. The teller was very rude about it and when I asked where the sign was it literally was so small I couldn't read it when I walked in. I just don't understand why they won't take cash. He hands everyone a receipt, what's the difference. This company has been my go to for games but I just don't understand why I can't pay in cash! A sale is a sale no matter the currency! I can say I will be looking elsewhere for my consoles and games from now on
