Fantastic experience: This is a 5 star review with me doing some light bashing and some praising. First off: Gamestop is partnered with PSA for an expedited grading process which is immensely helpful. A lot of people don't send cards off due to uncertainties in the shipping and grading process, and having a 3rd party handler takes some of that stress away. This alone would get them a 6 star rating if it were possible. Now for the light bashing: Gamestop needs to find another niche to fill into as well as video and card games. If Vintage Stock partnered with CGC for grading, Gamestop would be in trouble again.

Negative experience: Called me at 4:24pm to tell me my cards are finally there. I was unable to track my cards trough PSA. Never got emails. I get there at 5:10 and they are closed. Could have let me know they were closing when they called.

Negative experience: Update hours it says 10 am and the last couple of times I've been here it's not open at 10.

Negative experience: Went at about 3 in afternoon. Doors were locked and sign on front said they stepped out. Went next door to Best Buy and bought what we wanted.

Negative experience: Honestly am extremely disappointed. I bought a PlayStation 4 from this place on the 13th of February and not a single thing is correct. Not only was it not wiped to factory reset and about 3 profiles still on there that I had to figure out how to factory reset it which is technically what they are supposed to do but the controller does not work and the PlayStation cuts out half the time. So they never tested it before reselling it. Thank god I bought the warranty and when I get home from out of state will be going to another GameStop in Wichita that hopefully will sell things the correct way.

Negative experience: Could update your hours so I don't drive all the way to the mall for you guys to not even be open... so much for picking up my order.

Negative experience: All gameStop locations just need to stop trying . That's right, just give up.you don't care about the games anymore. You're just greedy. When I ordered something online, it showed up broken and had cockroaches in it.I get it. It was used, but that was too much

Negative experience: Got Nintendo switch couple months ago, and they told me that we could get an insurance for $20 that covers if the screen get cracks. I googled it and that insurance is totally nonsense, just wasting money, even I emailed the customer service regarding this situation, but even they didn’t respond!

It would be a great store but every- single- time- they push, push, push for sales and extras that I just have zero interest in, and even when you tell them 'not interested', they continue to push. STOP IT. I know you have to due to corporate, but pass the message, we as customers, hate it. Thank you.

Negative experience: If you're looking to buy a new game without waiting for shipping, or a used game for an okish discount, Game Stop is a decent place to do it. If you're looking to sell your own used games, and you're expecting a reasonably fair price you'll have better luck selling them online.

Fantastic experience: This is the best location

Negative experience: This is not the ideal location. You can expect very high mall traffic at all times as well as poor customer interactions. Not because of the store employees, but because this location is smaller than a 1 car garage. Your time would be best spent at another location. If you are at the mall and needing the quick in-and-out shopping, then you're fine here.
