Negative experience: Just stopped in to try and look for a game, and was extremely unimpressed with the way the manager on duty was treating not only his coworker up front, but the disengaged and rude way he was speaking to customers. There are better ways to handle a busy day, if it was, than disrespectfully talking to your coworkers, and dismissing requests for assistance from those trying to shop. Walked right out.
Negative experience: Employee over the phone was super rude and hung up on me when I asked what baseball cards were in the store.
Negative experience: Something I ordered online was out of stock, and instead of emailing or calling me to let me know they let me drive all the way across town just to let me know that my order was refunded. Which I didn't get an email about either so I guess I'm just going to hope that my money shows back up eventually
Positive experience: Small store. It was really busy when we went but the employee was helpful in searching for a specific game we wanted.
Negative experience: Make sure you check what case they give you. I bought a preowned Xbox 360 game, that had artwork when I picked it up on the shelf. I didn’t pay attention when he rang me out, and got home to realize that the cashier had swapped me out with a case that has the crappy GameSlop art. I should’ve paid closer attention, make sure you do as well.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. I called on 5/15 about a pokemon card drop on 5/16. I asked specifically about the Prismatic Evolutions Super Premium Collection and about how many they would have available. The representative over the phone refused to give me a number (even though they post the number on the front door) and instead told me they'd have "plenty". The day of the drop, I drove almost an hour to get there, and got there an hour early. Only three people were waiting, so I was hopeful, but they told me the sign on the door said they'd only have THREE of the item I wanted. Wasted so much time driving when they could've just told me the number they had and not said they'd have plenty. Waste of time and wasted gift ideas for my girlfriend.
Fantastic experience: Rose went out of his way to help me with my trade-ins towards a new Xbox Series X. He wasn't just helpful, he was fun, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about helping me throughout the process. Rose is an absolute asset to Gamestop. Thanks again!
Negative experience: Went in asked specifically for a hard copy of a certain game.The employee ,who was on a phone call,told they had one copy ,charged me then presented me with my digital download code. I left the store and will not bother going back.

Negative experience: Spent $43 dollars came back the next day to return the game that wouldn't work on that system unless you spent $65 dollars for 12 month subscription, went in to return the game they gave me $10.50 acted like it was the systems fault..
Negative experience: I had a problem with the whole experience. For one an experienced employee left knowing the one working doesn't know what she's doing. Then we tell her we want cash and she puts it on a card anyways and when told thats not what she wanted she said she didn't know how to fix it now my fiance is stuck with a game stop card that we didn't want.

Positive experience: Just bought a certified preowned ps5. Turn it on for a few minutes and it says it's overheating. Getting ready to take it back and see how they handle it, so this rating could could go up or down.
Negative experience: Migi, the Senior Customer Advisor employee is extremely rude and condescending. I won't be back here because of her attitude and dirty looks she gave every customer, including me.
Negative experience: I went there and bought a new controller and opened it as I was leaving the parking lot. Was a different controller and definitely used. Offered to buy it back at a lower cost and couldn’t return it as they have a scam policy. Definitely someone who didn’t check a returning controller and screwed me. This place is not good to go to and you should bet on this company failing.
Negative experience: We showed up at 11 because that's when it said it opened online and the employee didn't even show up to open the store until 11:37 and then claimed that the register didn't open up until noon so our transaction took entirely way too long and after waiting 40 minutes he said that he wasn't experienced enough to do this transaction
Negative experience: Going inside was alright when purchasing my gaming system but I have not had time to go inside the store recently for questions and I have probably called over 30 time and they never pick the phone up it just says there busy and then the phone hangs up but i know there is never that many people that go to this location. Customer service is terrible!

Fantastic experience: Very very nice people in there. I got the PS5 I wanted and had a pleasant conversation. I went to the GameStop in the mall first, which only had the GOW Edition and they directed me to nearby places that had mine in stock. Glad I got to check this place out. Will be returning.
Negative experience: I'll never shop at this location just because of the service I got on the phone. I asked a question about a game and the employee was short with me. He didn't even look up to see if any of the stores had it. And when asked for his name he just hung up. Poor customer service.

Negative experience: Listening to the man behind the counter telling the customer whom is selling a gaming system how he was going to have to deduct for this and that. I'm like dude your buying a gaming system for $100 that your going to sell for twice the amount. Do you need to keep haggling? I will not be buying or selling anything here.

Negative experience: Terrible Customer Experience at this Game Stop everytime I go there (I actually do not like to go to that store but it was convenient while I just got done shipping at Best Buy). Went to buy some cards and get a promo. They kept pushing me to use my points to re-new my rewards account. I kept telling them no (I said no nicely like 3 times, as they are trying to push me to activate it). The manager started to argue with me about why I should do it and save money. I told him I do NOT want to use it. They do not understand what "NO" means. The other coworker joins in to assist on why I should get it and made it worse. The manager started to make fun of the situation and laughed about it.I decided not purchase the cards. I went to the North location with no problems. picked up the cards and left with no issues they had great customer experience.
Fantastic experience: Literally the best Gamestop anywhere! The manager, Corey, is the ONLY reason I'm even still a customer. Gamestop, itself, has gone way downhill, but Corey will do anything he can to help his customers!
Negative experience: The Member's Program or Rewards Program, whatever it was called, was forced onto my purchase. I did not consent to joining the program, and was unaware that I had joined until I looked at my receipt. I had to call Gamestop's Corporate Customer Service in order to be refunded and to be removed from the program. Luckily, Corporate Customer Service was understanding and refunded me all the fees that were incurred.

Negative experience: Came here with a small group of friends and we briefly bought an item. Afterwards we hung around to browse and chat a little before leaving. We had horrible customer service from on of the workers. We were rudely spoken to by a worker named Corey. He approached us and sarcastically asked "are you just gonna hang out in gamestop?" In a condescending manner. He should have just asked us nicely to leave to make room for more customers. His attitude is not very customer facing or appropriate. The other employee on site did nothing to address the encounter. I do not recommend coming to this gamestop until he is replaced or retrained.
Negative experience: Went here and bought a gift card and the customer rep, Corey, was incredibly rude to me and my friends. We were looking around for only about 5 minutes after I bought a gift card and he said “You guys just going to hang around at GameStop???” Wouldn’t recommended coming here until they replace him. He needs a serious attitude adjustment.

Negative experience: This GameStop is the epitome of what Terrible Customer service is. I would never recommend a business like this place to anyone. From the moment you go in there, one can sense a grim atmosphere with worse people working there. It is to no surprise that this establishment has a lot of common 1 star reviews. I had went in there 48 hours from my most recent visit to do a standard exchange of t-shirts that I mistakenly grabbed the wrong size. When going into GameStop, I was thinking it was going to be a quick easy exchange of sizes, considering they had the correct shirt I needed. However, running into the Unprofessional sales associate "Nate" did nothing but treat me with a rude demeanor and said "I cannot help you unless you were a member or had the receipt." I respectfully told him that I no longer had the receipt but could give him the Debit card number that was used to do the transaction. He said "No, I need either the Receipt or Member number." After, having my own experience in retail, for something like this would be such a rudimentary Exchange, even without the invoice. Just simply exchange it. The funny thing is that "Nate" conversated with me the other day when I bought the shirt but when I went into exchange it, he was saying "He needed to prove that I bought it." This was rather offensive to me, considering the idea that I was not an honest person and was making up that I didn't buy the shirt. Overall, this establishment is nothing but a joke and a poor reflection of the GameStop franchise. People like "Nate" and the other sales associate who didn't care to help shouldn't have a position working there. Whether this GameStop cares to acknowledge this adverse review or not, they have lost a long customer and I will ensure not to encourage anyone to visit this location. Thanks again "Nate" for not helping and showing me first hand what a unprofessional looks and acts like.

Negative experience: Half the games they have on display in store aren’t even in stock. I asked to get the game shipped, the game I got in the mail a week later didn’t even work. I came to return it, waited twenty minutes, and couldn’t even get a refund for the shipping. Awful service and they barely have any games, just buy them online.

Get your stuff together gamestop quit hiring these bums who just flirt with each other all day thank you.

Negative experience: This location is generally pretty clean and typically has a lot of clearance collectibles trash to dig through, but also the most cringeworthy and overbearing staff. Good place to go if you already know what you want so you can get in and out.

Fantastic experience: This is not your typical Gamestop. Stefan runs this one, and he's not rude. If you must go to a Gamestop, and I'd recommend against it, this is the one to go to. I walk over 12 miles to get to this Gamestop. I think that pretty much speaks for itself, but if given the choice, stay away from Gamestop.

I waited for 15 minutes and left. Btw, the store was empty and i know they noticed me standing in the register holding the gift card.

Fantastic experience: We've been to probably every GameStop in town, some many times. Most times we walk in, we don't even get a "hello", much less any sort of friendly service. This store, however, is completely different. On my first visit, the employees were super friendly and gave me all kinds of helpful info that no one else has ever bothered to tell me. So, now, every week when we want to buy or pre-order something, we drive 20+ minutes to this store, even though we have 4 other stores closer to us. Keep up the good work!
