Fantastic experience: Whenever we go in, they are so kind and happy to help us with whatever we need. They know their stuff, and they're good with my kid who wanted a retro DS game that was locked up.

Negative experience: Websites stated that this game stop had a game in stock, and when I called them, they did not

Negative experience: Went in to trade some of my consoles for a ps5 pro. The trade in process was fine, when the clerk Dylan brought out my ps5 the box was damaged, the insides rattle and I told him this is use, he told me that it wasn’t but he would check another one. The second ps5 he brought out was also box damaged, and I asked to open confirm its new, when he opened it the cords were just sitting inside, obviously used. The whole experience would have been fine as mistakes could happen, but twice? The fact the clerk insisted it was new when it was obviously a used console made matters worse. Do better GameStop.

Fantastic experience: Walked into the GameStop on 29th on the south hill and witnessed an individual customer screaming and cussing at the GameStop worker the worker handled himself with up most respect and the customer in raged even more . 10 stars to the only individual working at the game stop in the first place for dealing with that situation as good as they did

Negative experience: I’m not sure who the associate was that was working around 630pm Dec 27 2023 but I tried to use my warranty on a Nintendo switch pro remote. He said that “ he couldn’t honor my warranty, that the policy has changed, and the computer has the final say.” He went on to tell me that I should contact customer service” so that is what I did. Customer service told me that all warranty matters are handled in the store, that there wasn’t anything they could do on their end, and that the store should honor my warranty. What’s the purpose of buying a warranty if I can’t use it?

Negative experience: Bought 2 ps5’s brand new and extended warranty on both and everything I bought both ps5 controllers had issues and they didn’t want to honor the warranty and then had to take back my sonsconsole and they said they can only give me a used console for the warranty even though that was never told to me when they sold me the extended warranty the guy told me it’s just business like he owns the place or something and no that’s not just business that’s bad business if I bought a brand new ps5 and the extended warranty I should get a new ps5 if the brand new one is having issues within the time frame of the warranty they act all friendly when selling the warranty but act really rude when it comes to honoring the warranty went in with my son and right away the employee has an attitude like we did something wrong and it’s always the same guy it’s like there trained to not honor the warranty that they upsale you on for everything this makes me never want to buy another product from GameStop again Walmart does a better job and the should tell you something and you would think after spending thousands of dollars they would act like they cared just a little bit that your stuff isn’t working properly they just want to act like it’s no big deal worst experience ever and I would really like to get ahold of corporate about this issue I am so disappointed with the way this store is doing business

Fantastic experience: GaneStop got my money refunded FAST when I got a defective Xbox One in the mail. When November rolls around, I’ll shop in-store at one of the Spokane stores, like North-town or the South Hill.

Positive experience: Don't go to trade your things for cash here before 2pm they won't accept it. If you arent prepared to be open fully, Don't be open. Trading is advertised in every window with no stipulations.

Fantastic experience: We shop at the S. Hill location on 29th. I love this place! They have a great selection of games, old and new. They back up their product with super cheap warrenty options that are not complicates at all. Every employee I've met in the last 4 years has been exceedingly knowledgeable and patient with my 50 mom-questions about various games. They also sell refurbished stuff like game systems and controllers, etc. This location is my favorite because it has easy parking and familiarity that I feel comforted by. I totally recommend this Game Stop!!!!

I recently purchased a Nintendo switch game from this place and when I got home I put what looked like assassin's creed 3 but it was some anime game I definitely didn't want, it was the correct case for the game and the cartridge too but wasn't the correct game. I seriously suggest not going to this store. If this place doesn't know what they have then why sell it. I feel ripped off

If your employee states that a return in allowed for full refund or in-store credit with in 48 hours, you should stand by it because YOUR employee said it to a customer. Regardless if it was wrong/right, that's just good customer service. Worst GameStop in Spokane.

They also have a small selection of plushies such as Overwatch,Feisty pets, cuphead, Bendy and the ink machine, and more. I recommend going here.

Fantastic experience: Love this store. Can't say enough good about it. The employees are the most friendliest staff I've encountered. I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello. They never try to sell me on things, they just always offer the help that I need. I've seen them go great lengths to make sure I get what I'm looking for. One of the employees, Chris is especially always the best to deal with. He makes sure I get the best quality the store has to offer and many times will call around to other stares in the area to see if they have what I am looking for. Most of my trips to gamestop are for games my kids are looking for, so I usually walk in already lost and yet Chris is always there to help and make me feel at ease. The store is very clean, and the employees are always patient with my kids which I really appreciate. I've been to the gamestop in Airway Heights, in the Spokane Valley, Shadle, Post Falls Idaho, and up on the North side in Spokane and by far this store on the South hill always makes me feel like I'm their favorite customer, which makes them my favorite gamestop.
