He is always willing to help anyway he can and makes sure you leave happy with what you are looking for. Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience coming in today, was able to get a very fair price on some trades and got a bunch of nostalgic games from my childhood! Also absolutely loved the music they had playing, created a very fun and friendly environment. Can’t wait to come back!

Negative experience: Went in and bought 10+ games and went to buy some amibo animal crossing cards. They looked at the stack of 15-20 cards and told me I would need to wait for them to price every single one fron online comps. Then proceeded to try and almost double the comp prices on ebay. Worst customer service I have ever received from a store. Should I charge you my hourly work fee for having to stand there waiting for you to price these cards where most of them are worth .10 tops! They are not Pokemon, Magic, or any of the other big IPs.

Fantastic experience: Stopped in, looking for some games for a donation to a kid in oncology Christmas present. I just recently had a sibling pass from a fight with leukemia myself, so it is a touchy subject. When the kind lady found out what the games were going towards, she immediately requested a discount rate from her manager, which was granted. Above and beyond impressed and touched by the gesture, and grateful for the humanity and kindness shown towards not just me, but a special young boy who is fighting with all he has to stay on this earth.

Negative experience: The service you receive depends entirely on who is working that day. Some days you'll get someone who is competent that will price match GameStop.com like they're supposed to. Some days you'll get a person who seems competent but is unable to navigate a simple website. I'll probably just not come here anymore even though I've spent around $300 in total at this store.

Negative experience: Zero reason for the attitude towards my husband over a simple question. A lady with very short hair and glasses took forever to even get to us because she doesn't seem to know how to use a computer. That was fine until she started being sassy. It's weird to get mad at a customer for your lack of knowing how to navigate Google. He's just going to buy a bunch of games elsewhere. Enjoy trying to sell your extremely overpriced items with a rude employee.

Fantastic experience: Really cool store with great people running it. My niece and nephew were visiting, theyre both huge video game fans. So we stopped by after the comic con. The people working were so nice and welcoming. Prices seemed very reasonable. Heck, 2 ice cold sodas and a bottled water was less than 3 bucks! Cool little spot and definitely worth checking out. Lots of video games from various consoles, Pokémon cards, magic the gathering, Warhammer 40k, and some really nice anime figures at great prices. I'll absolutely be back. Thank you

Fantastic experience: i went in there and i did a trade for some nintendoswitch games for a gbc and 4 games the guys were super friendly and paid 200 for games that in total were worth 180

Fantastic experience: Showed up one time 15 minutes before closing and some of the team members were moping the floor and they let us know we could continue to browse until they closed. Staff was super friendly even though they only had a few minutes left before going home and we're super helpful with us to find what I was looking for. I've been shopping here for two years now and will continue!

Fantastic experience: Looks small on the outside but tardis huge on the inside. Board games, collectibles, cosplay weapons, controllers and used systems complement the huge array of games for every system. They also buy &trade your used games at fair prices. (I sold my old Xbox games and got a new board game) Friendly staff.

Negative experience: Very poor costumer service, was ignored twice but employees when I walked in and greeted them. Was told the games they said were in their inventory were in a "pile" of disc's in the back and if I wanted it I have to wait for them to go through and find it just to get charged the same price for a new one in the box...

Negative experience: Bought a PlayStation portal I asked if their was any thing wrong with it and they stated they checked and nothing was. it is good condition they checked. New to the device I realized a week or so later the joystick doesn't work up and down just thought it was the game. And also never answer the phone not a good place to purchase just for a couple bucks cheaper of a product

Fantastic experience: Love this game store they repaired my ps5 . I purchased a used co stroller got it home and it would not sync or power o e went right back and they switched it out no problem great customer service

Negative experience: Sold me a overpriced hdmi2av converter that doesn't work. Not worth the time to go back and return. Product was sold without tape over box indicating it was previously used. Didn't mind overpaying for the convenience but only problem is it doesn't work. Do yourself a favor and order off Amazon. Pay 50% less and ordered the top selling converter with same day free delivery.

Negative experience: A little shady cus they sell bootleg games and figures without any warnings... almost 60$ for a emulator cartridge for pokemon ds game.... though they do have some cheap playstation games and can buffer your disks which is cool.

Negative experience: Took xbox one s in for a hdmi port repair just to get it back and have it not work AT ALL!! Took back in just to find out i had to pay more money to fix what THEY BROKE!! Tried saying the capacitor on power supply “coincidentally” broke on its OWN!! I recommend finding another repair place!!!

Positive experience: Great experience and great customer service. Prices aren't really thrift shop prices. Just the standard prices you would get on eBay or Facebook marketplace. Other than that, it was clean and well organized. Great place .

Fantastic experience: Manager is a very nice guy, they helped me with my PSP problems and found some games 9.3/10 game store

Negative experience: You can never really be sure what the customer service will be like. Either really helpful, friendly and funny, or off putting, awkward, and down right rude. Everything is extremely overpriced so unless your looking for something specific you can't find online it's sort of a waste of time to be there. The store is often clutterd and dusty but sense it's one of the only places to get retro games in town they basically have us by the balls. Mostly some form of consistency would be nice.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service, 2 staff members and neither one of them could be bothered to muster up a "hello, good afternoon, how can I help?" The guy walked buy me twice and nothing didn't even look at me, I asked the lady a question and after an awkward 5 seconds of silence didn't even look up to answer my question. Sorry to have bothered the staff with my annoying arrogance of wanting to spend money in this store. I'm from out of town and brought a large collection of games and systems to trade.

Positive experience: It's really a roll of the dice on what your experience will be, depending on who is working that day. Last time was wonderful, as a really nice guy gave me a deal if I bought two games together. In the past, I've experienced a very unhelpful woman, or disinterested staff. They have a very good selection on old games and equipment, and newer stuff as well. Everything is pretty overpriced, but is worth it to get it that day and not pay shipping. There's a chance to find all sorts of old treasures here, which is fun.

Fantastic experience: I'm a regular at these guys at both locations. Great for trading old gaming equipment, games, collectibles, etc. Such a fun place. It's a candy store for nerdz and I can say that because I am one! The parking is interesting and frustrating at this location. But otherwise awesome!

Negative experience: Beware of this store. The guy who was working told us they have a whole bunch of cards in the back that they have. Seems like these store like to hoard cards in the back for themselves. Also was told that Japanese Pokémon cards don’t cost as much. Which definitely a lie. The Comic Book stores are way better than these stores.

Positive experience: I did go here to fix my switch lite, however it would have cost about 100 to get my power port fixed 60 of that would have been a non refundable deposit, so I didn't have it done because at that price I just bought a new one. But the staff was very helpful with the info and understanding with me changing my mind and walking away.

Fantastic experience: Love supporting local business rather than GameStop. Brittany was wonderful and helped me diagnose my problem with my Nintendo switch and purchases. She did all of this while helping with multiple customer at once (price check, checkout, etc). Brittany needs a raise! Edit: (07-01-23) I recently purchased multiple stuff from them. However all of it was knockoff products. The biggest problem was a Switch pro controller. I thought it was an official Nintendo controller, but it was a knockoff that doesn’t even work. I bought this to their (Carlos and a young girl) attention, and they already realize it was a problem. I did get it trade for a game. However, next day I dropped by and still see the knockoff products and controllers that don’t work back on the self. Sadly, Would not recommend to buy any controllers from them. They won’t refund your money and gave in store credit instead.

Negative experience: Plz do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or $$ to help this very self oriented that is only looking to use and do the customer twisted and left wondering why came to the place! I came looking to sell some Magic The Gathering cards, as they claim to buy, sell, and trade in all your gaming and card needs LOL talk about a joke! First day I walked in and they said unfortunately they already bought from two people that day so they couldn't do any business until the next day, I said not even like whtever will get me $10-$20 as I just ran out gas outside store and it would be cool which received a stearn bring em in tomorrow... ok ok so I show up within a couple hrs of opening and a different guy says we have not sold anything today so we can't buy AT ALL and if we could it would only be at bulk prices as in no matter what card u have you will get at most a penny a piece... a huge difference from the 50% on dollar that the TCG app prices them at which was the understanding only hours before they closed previous night! If you don't understand what's going on here these people are trying to screw you for their gain! Supposedly they have been around years, have best selection and so on and so forth yet can't buy any cards because bought from 2 people one night and then made zero sales the next LOL what a business! Go here at own peril! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! STAY AWAY!!

Positive experience: This place really went downhill after the remodel and never has new stuff the day of. FF16 comes out and is in the store but they cant sell it to me because its not in the system. This is around 3pm. Not like I showed up right at opening. Great spot for used games, but I always end up with my only choice for new releases at the Gamestapo. I want to support the locals but the locals are making it tough to do.

Negative experience: Would not recommend buying any higher price figurines here. Many of the product lines that I am familiar with (been purchasing for over 6 years) appear to be poor quality knock offs. For example pic one is what is being sold vs pic two which is the official release. I have brought this to the attention to the store in case this was a supplier error only to see the products back on the shelf the next time I came in. Disappointing.

Negative experience: No communication between employees and managers. I called them when I got off work to see if they were doing cash trades (they stop when they run out of money?) And was told yes, by two different employees. I get there not 15 minutes later and they tell me they aren't accepting trades for cash because they opened a new location? One what does that have to do with it, and two why did two people tell me otherwise and have me waste gas and time to be told no on arrival.. This was only my second time using them and I wouldn't recommend them. They have the highest prices of used good anywhere. Not to mention they are a bait and switch company. They refuse to honor sticker prices and constantly make "adjustments" at the register to reflect recent online sales. Pretty sure that's illegal as it is a classic bait and switch. I've reported them to the labor board and the BBB for their shady business practices.

Fantastic experience: Kyle and Brittany were extremely kind and helpful. My husband and I brought in our GameCube and ended up trading it in for one in better shape. They were both knowledgeable and gave us great advice. Kyle especially took the time to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is interested in video games, trading cards, etc.

Fantastic experience: All in all a great gaming store they usually have everything or can order it for you. The only setback is the price it's usually determined upon the eBay bidding price. They kind of use the eBay as the pricing guide for things especially when you want to sell to them. That's the only negative thing other than that the staff is amazing everyone there is good people as long as you don't take them off. A very good atmosphere gaming music it's the place to go if you want to get the games you want.

Positive experience: They had a great selection of past systems, games and supporting hardware. However the customer service was lacking. I walked in and wasn't acknowledged at all for a good 15 minutes. Only when I had found the item I thought I wanted. Was I noticed for the transaction. That left something to be desired However, the item I got was incorrect. Their return and exchange was quick and easy. No fuss. So overall it was a mediocre experience. Would definitely recommend for harder to find hardware items.

Fantastic experience: Well i was super happy with this place the owner is very cool and helpful and fair. But just a week ago i brought in some things for trade and among the items was a card game the fella helpong me said he couldn't give me anything for it. I asked are you sure, he saod yea but it looks cool. So i told him HE could have it cause it was a lot of fun. Couple days later i go in with 3 games or so and sitting on thw counter was said card game with a 25 $ price on it. O complained to the employee that was helping me and basicly got nothing out of him and he gave me a fucding 130 more for one of the games o was trading. Basicly a slap in the face Advice try and only deal with owner if you can. 5 stars for him. After all that i walked in for the first time in a year almost and found a fare size credit on my account. Thank you for making it right. 5 stars
