Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff
Fantastic experience: A couple days ago I was helped by Nathan, and he was incredibly kind and professional, answered all of my questions regarding games, controllers and consoles, and was very generally very helpful and polite interacting with me!
Negative experience: Worst place to buy any games or consoles not only was I mislead on how the warranty works and paid an extra $150 on top of the $1200 but I called before going back to return the extra controller which I was told since I got the extended warranty would be ok but once again was told something different and drove all the way from the south hill just to get told since the box was ripped a little bit it was opened even though that’s how I bought and never opened it or used the controller this store is a joke they will tell you anything to upsell you and then find any reason to buy honor these extended warranties I will never go back to GameStop fir anything and I wouldn’t reckoned this place to anyone and the banger Josh was rude and not helpful at all they were literally in the middle of doing the return when all of a sudden they supposedly didn’t gave enough money in the till to do the return even though j was willing to get a different controller in exchange

Negative experience: I was there today and I was going to buy a couple “new” games that of course GameStop had already opened and been played. I was going to go ahead and do it anyway until the nice young cashier lady tried to sell me an extended warranty, which I didn’t want. She explained to me that if I didn’t buy the warranty I wouldn’t be able to return them if they didn’t work. I asked why a new game wouldn’t work and she explained that she had bought new games that didn’t work so I was better off buying the extended warranty. So I decided not to buy the games and will instead buy from their website where the games actually come sealed. The way they conduct business makes it really hard to support them.
Negative experience: Walked into the store at 655 to look at the PS4 games real quick and was informed that the guy at the counter was “his last transaction for the night” Safe to say that’s the last time I’ll visit a game stop.
Negative experience: Recently bought a PS4. I took it home games stuck in it. Headbot warranty, I went to this door and the employee told me on my own time. I could get the game out and was snippy towards me. I can't say I would ever go to this pacific gamestop ever again

Negative experience: Bought a pre-owned controller got home 70 miles away i plug it in and charge it overnight to find it will not take a charge at all bought the warranty so they will exchange it but i have to spend more money to buy another warranty because they don’t continue the remaining time on warranty. Like any other warranty I have ever had on any product if it needs replaced they replace it and your warranty continues on that new product for the remaining time of your original warranty. Mind you haven’t even got to use this and have had it less then 24 hours. Hope they can fix this warranty issue and do better in the future.
Negative experience: OMG I tried to return a switch 2 defective battery. The young lady literally tried to get me to vendmoe a Custmer for his switch 2 mario addition saying it would be so much easier doing that. OMG I cant believe she tried getting me to vwnmoe another customer above retail price. On gamestop property go to the post falls Gamestop. The problem is Jason leadership.
Positive experience: eowyn was very sweet and helped me with my console but the way the male associates speak to the women working there is horrible.. extremely degrading and unacceptable!
Negative experience: Refused to sell re7 to me when im turning 17 in 2 days
Negative experience: I preordered a Switch 2 at the 4750 N Division Gamestop. When I went to pick it up with receipt in hand showing it had been fully paid they refused to give me the Switch 2 without paying an additional $7.54. When I asked why and said that I had already paid it in full they said it was tax. Now I'm not a math guy but 10% of a $500 console is not $7. Not only that but I had already paid tax when I purchased it originally at which point they tried to convince me that they could not charge tax on a preorder which has never been the case as long as I've been pre ordering things which is about 20 years now. Will be disputing their charges with my bank.
Fantastic experience: Alex at the Northtown Mall GameStop is awesome! He helped me trade in my PS4 collection and open a GameStop account to pay off a switch 2 for my little guy. I brought little man along and he helped me keep him entertained while we got all of my old stuff traded in. Definitely recommend this location.

Positive experience: Submitted pokemon cards to grade, they were knowledgeable and experienced with the process. 4 stars because it took a long time due to their equipment failing and lagging for the submission. But that's the stores problem not the employees.
Negative experience: Worst policy around, sold me a broken PS5 and can't even get my money back just a replacement that you can't trust.
Negative experience: Manager at this store is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Sold me something that wasn’t compatible with my PS5 and was very rude and pushy. Come to find out it wasn’t compatible, I called to ask about it a return and I explained the same story to her multiple times and instead of listening to what I was trying to tell her, she kept offering me a replacement. I proceeded to explain that it wasn’t broken, it just wasn’t compatible. She told me I had an attitude and hung up on me. When I called back, she told me she wasn’t going to help me and hung up on me again.
Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. However I showed up with a bunch on retro games and I was looking for a specific employee. Manager rudely disregarded my request and more eager to conduct business while maintaining a passive aggressive tone. Do yourself a solid and support the local fame shops instead.
Negative experience: Paid almost 60 dollars for a game that is years old but it was a gift for someone so I felt I had no choice. Asked if I wanted to join their membership program so I said sure since it was cheap. Learned later it also enrolled me for automatic renewal. I wasn't told that and the only way to cancel is to call in. That's pretty messed up.

Negative experience: Ridiculous!!!! So called manager was rude and disrespectful. We wanted to buy a game that was marked $20…when we took to the register he goes oh actually it’s $30. But the sticker says $20. Would not sell it for what they priced it as. And then gave attitude when we asked for a manager. Will also be contacting corporate cause what just happened isn’t right. Please don’t buy for here. Awful people.
Negative experience: I regularly come to this GameStop and browse while at the mall. Normally a decent experience and I’ve bought a few games in the past. This past time I was browsing in the corner with some friends for a few minutes. The sales clerk very loudly and rudely told us we weren’t allowed to loiter. We held up the items we were looking to buy and said we weren’t loitering. She was still rude with my friends and they left. When I went to the counter to pay she immediately changed her attitude. She didn’t apologize for the prior interaction and acted like nothing happened. Won’t come to this GameStop again.
Negative experience: I came in for a switch and I was the only one in the store with one employee and he was on the phone I waited for him to get off for about 15 minutes and then gave up when he showed no initiative to get off the phone, it was a really disappointing experience

Fantastic experience: My son is a huge gamer and we have been going to the GameStop at Northtown mall in Spokane,Wa for a long long time. It is such a great store and they always treat us so well. Alex helped us today and he was fantastic very personable and very helpful. He was so nice and friendly to both us. Thank you Alex!!
Negative experience: Stopped in today with my 7 year old son looking for Nintendo products. The sales clerk who was the only one working at the time began to speak with another customer about the xbox and how he doesn't endorse Microsoft because of his dislike for bill gates. The associate continued to speak with foul language about inappropriate topics such as child trafficking and molestation in the middle of the store with other customers present and my seven year old. First off I expect professionalism in any place of business that I walk into. Foul language and illegal adult topics are beyond excessive. Second as a store that carries Microsoft products I would reevaluate your hiring choices if your sales members are telling people not to purchase the product you are selling.
Positive experience: It was alright. Some things are overpriced but my Son was happy and that's all that matters. Staff was very helpful as well

Negative experience: If I could give this store negative stars I would. My friend went there to return a game he bought because his Xbox would take disc's. He was unaware of that when he purchased the game and the lady said she won't let him return it but would let him trade it for something else. I said not that it's your fault but thats a terrible return policy. She said well policy says I can't return it or give currency so I'm doing you a favor by letting you exchange it for something else! Most rude and worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will also be calling corporate to express my frustration. Do not go to this gamestop! Shadle park game stop is way more friendly and professional!

Prices on new games are on par with digital stores, but Pre-Owned is a good bargain for PS4 and Xbox One games. Staff is polite. A good stop for console gaming, but I would recommend looking online for better deals and a wider selection.

No one wants to be pushed to buy your stupid reusable bags. Staff are always uneducated about games or equipment what's the point of going to a store that specializes in games and gaming equipment but they know nothing

Positive experience: I went and stood in line for a ps5 and yes I was lucky enough to get one of the 4 units available.. the issue i have is putting the console behind a paywall in order to purchase the unit in the first place, if you are not a pro member your not allowed to purchase at all, at $14.99 yes its not that much but its just a horrible practice. Now on to the bundles you can't just buy the ps5 you have to buy it bundled with a Bunch of stuff you dont want or simply dont need so your $499 ps5 disc version is now dang near $900 once again Gamestop should be ashamed for taking advantage of people like this! Not to mention they didn't even have the headset in stock that was supposed to come in the bundle and had to take your name to call you at a later date. Just shameful that businesses can get away with this kind of service.

Negative experience: The manager here is very rude and mentally abused employees infront of customers calls them names ect. I went to trade in my playstation 4 pro and they were only trying to give me $150 in store credit and charge a restoration fee so I denied sell and went to gamestop on Wellesley they gave me $310 in store credit for the exact same item 10 mins later the mall gamestop always tries to cheat you with a restoration fee even when there is nothing wrong with the devise just don't go there for trade ins ever
Negative experience: Very poor customer service. On Thursday my husband and I put $10 for the new Pokemon game. And was told that we can pick it up on Wednesday. The person who told us this is working right now in that store and never once said that it was his fault even though he was the one who told us that we can get it on Wednesday. We asked on Thursday if they would be able to hold it until Wednesday because we don't get paid until then. He said it was fine and that it would be waiting for us on that date. Today is Wednesday. We got paid, however, no game. Why? Very poor customer service and the fact that the man who said he would save it, didn't say anything.

Positive experience: It felt like we didn't fit the expected demographic of customers. The cashier spent more time with another person trying to promote a service, then us. The other person left without signing up for anything, or purchasing anything. We bought a game for our son. We most likely would have purchased more had we received any service besides paying for our purchase.

Positive experience: We only played air hockey. I looked around and was going to do a dance video game but it's all in Japanese, or some other language? They had a few like that. The place was well stock with games for all ages and a lot of simulated games. I didn't see a single employee. So I'm not sure if it's just an open rage place at the mall?
